Nice and expensive

Really like Fairwinds. The tour was great. I wish we didn't have to wait to make a decision or move my parents.

This community is nice and clean. The staff was helpful when I asked questions. The ground were nice and they had nice activities. We didn't choose this one due to the distance, to far for us.

My mom is great and really enjoying it. She is doing well with the meals and the activities have been good. The community is dog friendly and that makes her happy. She's happy with cleaning service.

Fairwinds - Desert Point is a really nice community. The staff was very friendly and were helpful in answering the questions that we had. We chose another community that would have units that did not have any stovetops in them. We wanted our loved one to have full meal service so that she would get the proper nourishment.

We toured a few different communities and this one seemed to be the best fit for my mom. She is doing well here.She is starting to meet new residents and make some friends. She is participating in some of the activities. She really likes the food. The community is always clean and well maintained.

I have no complaints of how my tour had went at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the overall property and thought they did job of keeping it maintained. They had an activity program and a great meal plan program for the residents. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision.

This community just felt right as soon as we walked in the door and it has been a real blessing for us. The location is perfect in a very safe area where dad can still enjoy to talk a walk. The community is a continuing care community so if we should need memory care he would stay on the same property just move to another area of the building which is nice. The staff is wonderful the communication is great between us. Dad is doing the activities he can he enjoys to keep busy. The food is great he is eating about 2 meals there a day. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Met with sales rep & toured facility. It was clean although way out of our price range. It's geared to an upper class client used to high end accommodations in life. There are many options for the residents including outdoor raised garden beds & covered parking for those that still drive, however that is add'l cost. Very nice, wish we could afford it for my dad.

Recently spent a day with staff of Crescent Park Senior Living. All staff were friendly, engaged, and seemed truly interested in their jobs..and in ME. However, the visit was pointless, no matter how enjoyable,as it soon became obvious that Crescent Park is far beyond my financial capability. This, in spite of my making clear before scheduling the visit, the actual extent of the limited resources available. Ultimately quite discouraging!

When we toured this community I liked it much better than where dad currently is but he didn't like this place as much. The staff was nice and friendly. The community appeared clean and well maintained. But since this was my dad decided he went to another community.

My dad is doing fine since becoming apart of the community. He has been great and very happy.

My mom has recently made the move into this community and so far she is loving it. I am so impressed with the staff and how easy the transition was for my mother in her new living environment. She has been participating in a lot of the activities with the other residents and making many friends. My mom has enjoyed the dinning experience as well as the tasty meals they have been providing her. Overall it has been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff have been able to assist her with all of her needs and treat her like she was family. The residents have been welcoming and my mom has been enjoying some of the activities with them throughout the week. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys the dinning experience from time to time.

We did not see much of the people who lived there but it was in the middle of the day. We did see some people playing cards in the game room. It was very nice and clean. Lots of things for the people who lived there to do. Great that there is lots of choices with the meals. One of my favorites.

This was the 3rd place we visited. Very nice my mom thought it was a bright and happy place. It was on a Saturday so they had root beer floats in one room and were getting ready for a movie in an other!

I really liked the Grand Villa of Melbourne. The staff was very friendly and they gave a nice tour of their facility. It was very clean. My dad would not have liked it because he would think he was on a cruise ship. Lots of activities going on, beautiful, fun, community.

We had a nice tour of Fairwinds. The staff was very friendly and the community itself was clean and well-maintained. We chose another community because we wanted a bigger community for my mom that was a better fit.

We had a very nice tour here, the community was very nice and the staff giving the tour did a great job. We also enjoyed having lunch there and the food was pretty good as well. This would have been a good fit for my mom except that they are set-up more for independent living and my mom needs assisted care.
