Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

This is a larger community with nice grounds. The people we met were nice I just did not get the homey feeling we were looking for in a community. This community does offer transportation and they allow pets.

It was a very nice community when I had a tour. We liked this place a lot. This is where we would go if there is a change that is needed. They are a little bit more expensive. The person we met with was able to answer any questions we had and they were nice.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went.The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and the great amenities that where available to all of the residents. It was just not the right budget for us in the end decision.

I have no complaints of how things are going for myself since I have recently made the move into this community. The staff are friendly and have made the transition into my new living environment very easy for me. I enjoy my dinning experience as well as some of the other activities with the residents. Overall I am very happy and would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

I saw a nice place when we had a tour. The staff are very nice and I liked their community. It was close to mom's birthday so they meet us with balloons for her. they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and welcomed.

We really enjoyed our tour of this community. It's a great place nice and friendly staff. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and informative through out the tour. I did, however, find it a little more expensive than some of the other communities that we had toured and I found the pricing to be a little confusing not user-friendly to figure out what the extra cost may be.

I toured this community for my father's care. We liked the staff that was friendly and caring. The community seemed to be clean and the menu was appealing. They do offer activities for the residents. They would not allow pets and that was something my father wanted to have with him. We would recommend that families see the options for the care in this community for a loved one.

We had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind to my wife, and I. The community looked nice from what we saw. The staff was polite, and helpful. Our questions were answered. Our went well overall, but this was not the community for us.

The people here are all friendly and open. My dad is doing great here. He is able to laundry in his room, which has been great. Recently I discovered they can't provide transportation for my dad because the vehicle is not equipped for those who are in a wheelchair. There was a miscommunication about that. I also had dinner with him and I notice the waitress staff had dirty aprons on and it looked like they were washing dishes or cooking. They were serving the meals with out a clean apron on.

I had spoke to a gentleman about possibly taking a tour of this community and I have to say that he was very friendly and made sure to answer any questions that we had for him. He was patient and even took the time to follow up to make sure I had found a place for mom. It was not the right location in the end decision but I was thankful for his help.

Overall impressions were positive. Facility was clean and brights. I noticed multiple, positive interactions between staff and residents. Pretty much what I expected. Misunderstanding didn't allow us to sample food at lunch, but menu looked good with many options. Good to see they're building an addition to house a theater w/ stadium seating for entertainment purposes. There was no pressure during the presentation to make a deposit or 'act now', which was well received,

We toured this community for the care of my father. This community was nice, but they did not have the level of care that was needed at the time. The staff were helpful and caring to what we needed. The community was clean and we liked the menu and the layout of this community and would have been happy with the value if they had what we needed at the time. I suggest families tour this nice community for the care of a loved one.

Very impressed. Clean fresh bright cheery atmosphere. This was the first place I looked at. I was very impressed. Bright cheery homey atmosphere. Good attention to detail. I would feel very good about having my mom live here

My mother moved a few years ago and has enjoyed the comfortable surroundings, sense of community, activities and independent living of Fairwinds. But in recent months, her memory has declined and Fairwinds-Ivey Ranch is not a memory care facility so "aging in place" isn't completely accurate. The assisted living services provided are very good but I'm having to look for a new home for her. It's sad to have to uproot her from her familiar surroundings and friends. But her needs have outgrown what they can provide.

I had a tour of this community for my mother-in-law and it was our favorites out all of the ones we had looked at. The staff was wonderful and had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents throughout the building. It was just they did not have a medicaid program for her to join in when her money runs out.

When I toured Fairwinds, my mother was under the weather not doing well, she was just out of the hospital. Fairwinds was under construction and it would have been too confusing with all of the stuff going on. Plus, the room that they showed us that was available was facing a spot that they were going to build a building. She would have been facing a building and we did not want that.

Brittany Park was a nice place, but they did not give me the same positive caring feeling as Brighton Court. The tour guide was helpful and able to answer all of my questions, but it was not my top choice.

I realized after I went to the community, it gets overwhelming to tour many places. When searching for a good community, location became an important requirement. This community was 10 miles away and would not be convenient to visit through out the week. The tour was great.

Nice but not particularly homey. Some good amenities and safety procedures.

It all came down to location and price but I had a good tour of Fairwinds. The tour guide did a very good job in giving me information and answering my questions, Everyone there was friendly in the facility itself was very clean and in good shape.
