Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

I have no complaints about the stay I have been having so far at this community. The staff have all been friendly and helpful to me and making sure I am comfortable in my new living environment. I enjoy the social environment with the other residents as well as the activities with the other residents. The dinning experience is pleasant as well as the meals they serve us three times a day. I would recommend this place to anyone interested.

I researched and picked 5 places to visit what I thought might be a good place for my mom. They all seemed to have kind and caring staff. I narrowed it down to 2 places to show my mom. She really liked both places but felt most at home at Crescent Park. Good food available from 7-7 except Sunday 10-2 included with monthly rent was a big factor in our decision. So far, 1 week, everyone, staff and residents ,have been very friendly and helpful. I recommend having lunch with residents (not staff) and asking them what they think about the place. Or just start up a chat with them when you visit. Often they have had experience with other places too and can be very helpful and can give real feedback

The person that took me around was very nice and cordial. They had a nice room available but it was a long way from the kitchen and cafeteria. Also, it was much older. The price was good, but my parents found another place that they liked more.

I also toured Hawthorne Court a while back. It was a good tour, and the community was clean and maintained well. The people, where were all very friendly and it was a good experience but it was not the best fit for my mother.

This seemed like a nice clean community when we visited. The person that took us on tour was nice. This community allows pets and has a pool. This community did not offer memory care so it would not work for us.

I am very happy with the people and accommodations here. They serve decent food and keep a very clean and attractive place.

I went to tour this facility as well, and it was a good experience. The reason I chose another place was location, but this community was new and decorated very nicely.

I had a good positive tour with this community. I saw them remodeling and it looked poorly. The price was odd. It started out low then they told me if additional care was needed the price would add on more charges. It seemed like the pricing favored the community more than the resident's budget.

Their access to move in furniture was terrible. You have to go through the back and it was very difficult. The staff is pretty nice and the community is well maintained. My mother was here in the past and some of the remembered her. There's one staff member who's been there for 16 years.

I toured many communities and one of them was Franklin Park at Round Rock. It was a good experience and everyone there was very friendly. The facility was clean and seemed to be maintained well. I did not notice anything negative.

My mother seems to be doing fine since her move into this community. She is still easing into the whole thing. It is a pleasant environment and it is a newer community. It's going well so far.

This time around things are working out a lot better for my father with his move to this community. I'am very comfortable with his move here. They are taking great care of him, and his needs. The staff have been attentive, and helpful. There are activities offered through out the day. They do serve well balanced meals overall. I do feel he is safe, and in very good hands at this community. Everything is working out well for us here, and I would recommend it.

We toured this community for care for my mom. It did not have the feeling that we were looking for. The staff were nice. The community layout might have been a issue for my mom. The menu was appealing and they did offer alot of activities. Families might consider this community for a loved one.

Everything is okay for now. In the beginning they gave an assessment that allowed us to move in. When we got him to the community they were unable to provide services based on the hospital report. We had some issues like they were not keeping the room clean, I found some old food. Once his medication was not given for a day because the cap fell off and no one tried to look for it. I had a call from my father-in-law instead about the missing cap. Another time, a resident walked into his room to take a nap and thought it was her room. For the money we are paying we are not getting the value from their services.

Very nice faculty, super friendly staff. Lack of outdoor space was why I only gave 4 stars.

My loved one is still adjusting to the changes with the new community. She loves the food and activities, but she is not too happy with the lockdowns when there is a flu or something going around. Other than that, I would recommend this community because it has been a good fit for her and it is a larger facility, which allows her to be more social.

The Autumn Leaves of Arlington Heights was a very nice facility. The tour guide had a good presentation of what they had to offer. The place was clean and i had a good experience while touring.

We toured this community. My mom liked that they had a lot of couples living here. The staff was able to answer the questions on the care given. We were able to have a meal and the food was wonderful. At this time they did not have rooms available. They do offer activities for the residents. We would recommend families who want care for couples. A good value

My tour of Desert Point went very well. The community was set up very nicely and the staff was all very friendly. They answered all of my questions and took me around the building.

My only concern with this community is that the chef does not seem to know how to cook for older residents. They serve a lot of carbohydrates and the food has a lot of salt. They offer large portions, however I wish they would bring in a dietitian to help them prepare better food. They offer activities most of the day. The staff are fantastic and the residents are friendly. The community is very clean and I would recommend it.
