Overall good facility, the staff, especially [name removed], a CNA and MedTech in Memory Care provides superior service to the residents and is extremely helpful to the family members. If you have a loved one that will be residing in Grand Villa of Delray West Memory Care they will be in excellent hands with [name removed].

Liked the set up of rooms for memory care. Staff seems very knowledgeable. Rooms were good size

Older facility, but buildings have been updated in the last few years.

the only negative thing is the activities outlined and promoted each month are often NOT AT THE MEMORY SECTION which is where my mom is. I do see other activites just for them but all the good stuff (a big reason for choosing this place) is on the regular senior living side of the establishment Otherwise everything from what I see is good here and my mom adjusted well so far.

Hawthorne Court is a very nice retirement home that has independent living as well as assisted living rooms that makes it an easy transition if at some point your loved ones need more care. We have had our father at Hawthorne Court for 7 years now. He loves the independent living. The staff is very friendly and they know the residents by name when they go down to the eating area for meals. We are very happy with all of the activities they offer the residents and family members as well. They always decorate the main entry way with decorations for every holiday and event!! We would recommend looking at placing your loved ones here as we have been very happy over the years with our father's care.

My 95 year old dad looked at 4 different places and just immediately liked Grand Villa. The grounds are lovely, the staff amazing and helpful and the activities are PLENTIFUL! His little apartment is a really nice size; especially considering he is 6’3”! He has found interesting people pretty much immediately and I feel completely comfortable knowing he is in Grand Villa. Or as I like to call it, his “Retirement Resort Senior Camp”!

Very nicely decorated, very clean. Most of the staff are kind and understanding. A number of them go our of their way to help with unusual problems. The only problems I have noticed are common to the entire industry - these include lack of adequate training for persons entrusted with the heavy responsibility of giving medications, and sullen attitudes related to pay and difficulties with adequate staffing.

I love Dunedin. It is the quaintest little town. So many shops to browse. The festivals are fun. Easy to walk to so many places. Grand Villa is very nice. Clean, well staffed, friendly. Convenient to doctors, hospital and shopping. The staff is so accommodating. Quick to respond to your needs.

Staff are great. ED is fabulous. Everyone is congenial LOVE living here - now 2 years. Would like to see large meal at evening time. I am an ambassador for the community and love what I do.

Very convenient place to live. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Executive Director [name removed] is extremely helpful and friendly. There are plenty of activities offered to help us pass time.

Really enjoyed my visit. I was expected and welcomed when I arrived for the tour. I felt this establishment really values their reaidents and takes pride in their Committment to them. I left feeling that all of my questions were answered.

Way too expensive for my Mom!

I like Grand Villa, but I think it may be too big for my mother plus the price is also much higher than my mother can afford. I would like to tour the other options to see what they are like. The move-in special was not that compelling either. With the $100 pet fee and the $200 move-in fee, that only brings the cost down $100. That's about $500 - $600 higher than I think my mother can afford.

I took a tour here while looking for a place for my Mom. They did a nice job of showing me around and answering my questions and the place itself is very nice. They’re just starting to introduce memory care so I didn’t feel like they had enough in place as far as programs or staff were concerned. But they do seem to be working on it. For the assisted living, they looked pretty great. They look like they’re doing everything right; my only concern is that their expansion to memory care is so new, I’m sure it’ll take quite a bit of time to bring in residents and make it feel more like a group.

I decided to tour this facility because they have a memory care unit which is what my Wife needs. Upon arriving, I notice that the unit is much smaller than other facilities and they don’t really have room for my wife to walk around. If I brought my wife here, I would be able to walk her around the facility as long as she was with me. While I’m not there she would, unfortunately, have to be locked in the memory care unit. They do offer a lot of activities and all of the staff members are very nice. They also have a doctor come in once a week to check on the residents. One thing that I really liked is that facility offers a nice view of the mountains. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I took a tour here when looking for a place for my Father-in-law and it was nice. Ultimately we decided against it because of the dining area having set hours. If my Father-in-law wanted to get something to eat, he wouldn't be able to because it isn't open for people to come in and grab what they want, it's all set within specific time frames. Other than that, the staff and people there seemed friendly, the facility was clean and nice. They offer a good transportation service for the residents and from what I saw, there were lots of activities offered. We chose a different community but I would recommend them to others.

There were a number of things that my father-in-law was looking for when trying to find the right home and one of them was an actual full-sized kitchen, which is something he now has at Treeo, along with covered parking. He wanted it to feel more like an apartment and less like a senior living facility and Treeo does a good job of making it feel like that. It’s a great facility. It’s kept very clean and they seem to have a lot to offer. The staff seems to be easy to communicate with and they answer all of his questions. Housekeeping comes every other week; otherwise he’s in charge of keeping his living space clean. They offer activities like outings and they’ve even taken him to a car show before. The other residents seem welcoming too. The only thing my father-in-law has seemed to complain about is the food and that there aren’t many options and it doesn’t typically look like the pictures they have. I think he’s getting a good value for the price that he’s paying and I would recommend them.
