The location was perfect for our situation and was the major standout with this facility for us. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They have just been very short handed and had some staffing issues that have caused some minor difficulties, which is why I gave them a 3 on staff. They have a very full calendar with lots of things to participate in which is very good for an active senior. I would recommend them to family and friends.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I would say you should consider the Grand Villa. I checked a lot of places and I believe I made the right choice by picking Grand Villa, The residents receive 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The activities are great and the activity director is very good!!

My folks are happy with the place. I think it was a good choice.

Keep in mind your ideal location for outside activities your love one might want to attend. I would like to see more church trips on the list. They do have three churches on the list and also bring in church services to the community. The apartment is very clean and nice. My loved one loves the maintenance people - they'll do anything for her. For instance, they hung up pictures for her. They're very nice, and they assist her very well when needed. Really her only complaint the shower is kind of difficult for her to use. It has an adjustable shower head, but you can't position it to where you stand underneath it.

The community has good amenities like a pool, gym, movie theater and more for assisted living

I toured with Fairwinds Ivey Ranch and I did not like the whole layout of the facility. Everything was very spread out and far apart. In order to get to meals, activities, etc. residents have to walk from building to building in an open causeway. This was the drawback for us and the reason we did not choose them.

I think my loved one is pretty happy with everything, except they are totally unhappy with the one meal per day. It's always cold and the restaurant staff isn't very nice when my loved one askes them to heat it up. I think it's a good place for senior living. We picked this community because of the location and price. [name removed] in the office goes above and beyond! She's a great asset to that community

I toured this community and it was nice. It's brand new and very clean. Just wasn't quite what we were looking for.

One of the things my dad mentions quite often is how small the portions are at meal time and how unappetizing the food is. Since I haven't been allowed to be with him in the dinning room, I don't know if his comments are accurate. I know nowhere is perfect, but I think I was expecting a bit more

It is a beautiful place. The care care services could be better. It's really expensive. They keep it clean. The dining rooms look like restaurants. Overall, it's a very nice place.

Our loved one had a motorized scooter and when he passed that scooter had just disappeared. When we brought up this issues we were ignored and it just left a bad taste in our mouth. We felt we should of been compensated one way or another and again we were ignored.

Overall we had a good tour experience with Grand Villa of Pinellas Park.

You can here noises from floor to floor, that is my only issue. The staff is very nice. I have not participated in too many activities. Overall, it's a pretty good community.

The rooms were small. No where to walk or get exercise. It did not feel like an assisted living place.

There is much room for improvement with the meals and dining service, the servers can be rude. The apartments are nice but the kitchen appliances need updating.

Generally, we are pleased with the place and the care. We've had no issues. They seem to be on top of everything. My family member says the food is good, and they have a variety of choices.

This community was very nice but I just did not get that right feeling that I was looking for for my loved one. The tour was good and I got all the information that I needed

Sometimes the cleanliness can vary on the assisted living side but on the memory care side it is bar none it is amazing. They have all types of activities like arts and crafts, and movies. They have a juke box that plays music all the time. They have a bunny rabbit that walks around and that the residents can hold. They have different exercises like chair yoga. There is always something to keep them busy.

This is one of the better communities that we looked at comparatively around the area for you or your loved one. They have activities like bingo, happy hour, crafts, special lunches and more for the residents in the community to stay busy. The staff are responsive to request and they try hard to make sure that the patients are taken care of in the community.
