The new director is great. When I had a question about the new doctor that was coming into the community he made sure I was able to speak to him very quickly. The staff are attentive, friendly, good with communication and are able to handle mom's condition. They are encouraging her to participate in the daily activities. The food looks good and well balanced. They just recently updated this community and I would highly recommend it.

I was thankfully guided to Grand Villa of Pinellas Park by our wonderful representative at A Place for Mom, [Removed]. She gave us a list of options and gave input on her preferred places. It came down to two places but at the end of the day the care, the convenience, and the comfort my mother felt at Grand Villa was overwhelming. She is in her second week and she is already make friends and finding a sense of belonging she was looking for.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at this community , the staff have been outstanding. The waiters in the dinning room especially are always going out of there way to accommodate my needs and make sure I have everything I need. My favorite activity would have to be my bingo nights with the other ladies, I really enjoy the company. Overall I have no complaints and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

My aunt and uncle could not be more pleased with there new living environment, they have a beautiful apartment with a spacious closet. My uncle has really seemed to enjoy the company of the other residents and has found a lot of common interest with a lot of them. My aunt has had nothing but amazing things to say about the dinning room experience, they offer there menu all day and have lots of delicious choices to choose from. The only thing i wish the staff would do more is inform my loved ones a little more on how the van service system work and explain in detail the different places they can take them.

Our loved one is doing very good at the Grand Villa of Delray West. We are very happy with the community and assistance they are providing to our loved one. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The community offers a variety of options for meals and it is pretty good.

This was my mom's choice but they had a waiting list. Smoking was also difficult, they had the designated area around the building, that lead you through the building and through two locked doors. it looked as if there were activities from the schedule that was posted. I liked the bistro area. It looked like it was a hang out area for residents and if a meal was missed they would be able to grab something from the bistro area. They did a good job with the tour.

This community is beautiful. It is nicer than the community we chose but it did not offer the assistance that my sister required. This community is more for independent living. This community is a higher cost.

We are due to move in on Monday, July 11th. However, since we took possession of our unit last month, we are very pleased with the staff, facilities, and everyone's effort to have our unit outfitted just the way we desire. The dining room staff are great, and the food is wonderful.

My father is doing well here at this facility. They are taking very good care of him and his needs. The community is well-kept, his room and the community is very nice and clean. I know he is safe and in good hands, They are providing him with great care. This is a community I would recommend.

Our 90 year old Dad had been living in a Senior Retirement Independent Living apartment for the past 14 years, but his health and mobility had started to decline, so we began a search for an Assisted Living facility to move him to. Dancing River was on the list of places recommended by A Place for Mom. What we liked about Dancing River was it was very similar to the IL apartment he had been living in , but on a much smaller scale. The location was another key factor in our decision as it was convenient for his children to visit on a daily basis. The staff and caretakers are very friendly. He has only been living at DR for a couple of weeks, but so far, it's all good!

We just moved my dad into the Heritage Assisted Living facility, the staff has been great, they are friendly and have a great sense of humor, the food is good and overall we are very pleased with the facilities, they are clean and everyone is helpful. I rated Heritage 4 1/2 stars because you need to be careful about what services are covered and which are extra when you move in.

My mother lives at Peachtree. At first she did not want to move into assisted living but now she doesn't want to go anywhere else. The administrator is also a nurse and is very helpful when it comes to geriatric issues. The residents have parties and luncheons all the time. It is a small facility and I know most of the staff. It's nice knowing that the people caring for my mom are folks that have been there a while. Many of the residents family members visit and bring snacks and desserts. It just feels like family at Peachtree, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller sized community.

My mother enjoyed her stay here, and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the community.

We just moved my mother in and it appears to be a great place. Nice unit, friendly staff, large variety of activities available and a reasonable price in comparison to other places we looked at. She is still adapting to the big change in her life, but we hope she will do well there.

This is a nice facility that is clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and attentive to the residents. There are plenty of activities and the residents seem happy and well groomed. Overall, we have had a pleasant experience so far.

I liked it a lot, I liked the restaurant. They also offered a lot of amenities. However my parents liked the feel of another one better, and since they are going to be the ones living there, we went with the other one.

We are so thankful that we were introduced to Ashbrook Village when looking for a suitable Memory Care Facility. The facility is extremely nice but the staff made us very comfortable with our choice. From bottom to top of their team, ALL were caring and showed wonderful compassion for my mother. It gave the family great peace in knowing that she was receiving the best of care! I'd highly recommend Ashbrook to anyone looking for a great place for their loved family member.

Fairwinds is pricey, but they do offer quite a few amenities. The facility is very nice and always clean. The staff is gracious and pleasant. The food here is good. The other residents seem happy and thriving.
