Love this place! It is exactly as described. It's a happy place ... lots of laughter, wonderful staff. And the food is incredible.

My parents recently moved to Crescent Park and we are very pleased with their facility. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. All of the residents have been very pleasant also. As a daughter, who worries about her parents and works full time, I am greatly relieved and grateful for Crescent Park and their staff. Thanks for all that you do there!!

Peachtree has gone through a lot of renovations and has added an independent living building. Everyone is friendly and staff is helpful. The residents seems to be happy and from the pictures they post they do a lot and are treated like family.

Treeo is great. My mother-in-law has only been there about a month, but she seems very happy with it, and she’s really pleased to be there. It’s got the feeling of a hotel there, not like a nursing home, so it’s nice for the residents. They can feel as though they are choosing to be there, not as if they are being shoved in against their will. I go there to visit two or three times a week, and I love that they have big windows there that let in a lot of light. It sort of gives you the feeling of being outside without having to actually go out. The food is pretty good there, not like a home cooked meal, but still very good. The staff is very friendly as well, and they are great at responding quickly if she needs anything. They also have activities to keep the residents busy like exercise classes, fall color tours, Oktoberfest, and other events. Over all, my mother-in-law is doing really well, and I’d recommend Treeo to others.

Fairwinds was my first choice when I was looking for a home for my mom to go to. I ultimately chose a different community, but at no fault to Fairwinds. Their grounds are beautiful and it's specialized for independent living and assisted living. The only reason I didn't go with this community is because my mom will eventually need memory care, which is something they unfortunately don't offer.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. I do know they are safe, and in good hands. They have a very friendly staff, and they have been helpful when needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness. Their room, and the community are neat, and tidy when I visit. They provide nice meals for the residents. I do feel satisfied with their move to this community, and I would recommend it.

Both our mother and father have been at Grand Villa since July 7th. Although a very short time, the staff has been wonderful in welcoming our parents and us children.

Excellent care for my husband who needs a lot. Expensive like all good assisted living places but you get what you pay for.

We just moved in less than a month ago. Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful. The food is good, the neighbors are friendly and we are already making friends. The location is great - easy access to highway 70 and to shopping places. I think we will be very happy here.

If I ask around I can always find help. I like [Removed], they are really good people. I like that they have an EMT on staff. It's a hard job, there is a lot of turnover with the Nurse's Aides. They seem to hire staff that is very kind and like people. They are always really sweet and nice to my dad. I like that the dining coordinator tries to seat residents close to people they have things in common with. You have the option to sit where you want but it's nice they try to introduce residents to each other.There are nice activities offered, I like when they have live music and serve cocktails. It's nice that they offer a coffee bar. They offer multiple places where you can congregate and socialize. Having those options makes things less tedious for residents. Our family chose this community because it's newer, they offer excellent care at a decent price and it's in an ideal location.

My family extensively visited and reviewed Fairwinds (Avondale) in Redmond during the fall of 2016, for my father. In short, before visiting Fairwinds, he was totally against moving out of his house. Afterwards, he not only agreed to move there, but he was excited about it. Fairwinds was the best facility we looked at, out of many, and here is why. [Removed] was fantastic. She was incredibly helpful and went very, very far out of her way to accommodate us. For example, given that my father was apprehensive about the food, she let us try dinner (on the house). We had a 4-course meal (from the same menu as all residents), and all the food was great. They have an amazing menu! I wish I could eat like that every night! [Removed] connected my father and I with several current residents for conversations about Fairwinds. All of the people we talked to were happy and interesting people. During this time, I met the families of several residents who were all very happy with Fairwinds Redmond. I also talked with other residents who I met (spontaneously), and they were all happy with Fairwinds. [Removed] even sent us floor plans, and personally measured his potential room for furniture. [Removed] had great communication with us, and was always there for our many, many questions. Outside of [Removed], the rest of the staff at Fairwinds Redmond was really friendly and helpful. I observed the staff in all the facilities I looked at, and the staff at Fairwinds was the best. Unfortunately, before we could move my father in, he had an accident which meant we had to move him to a facility with a higher level of care. Although we had already put a deposit down on my father’s room, [Removed] and Fairwinds were incredibly accommodating. They not only refunded the deposit (which they did not need to do) but they called to inquire about my father’s health several times after this (again they didn’t need to do this- he could no longer move there). These shows not only outstanding business ethics, but also that [Removed] and Fairwinds provide a personal touch, and that they really care. The only thing that must be taken into consideration about Fairwinds is that it is for relatively active seniors. Although they can add services to accommodate seniors as they progress, if your relative requires intensive care, or has more than moderate dementia, Fairwinds is not equipped for this. To be clear, Fairwinds makes tells people this upfront. It was my father’s health that unexpectedly changed during the course of his move there. Had that not happened, he would have moved in. I highly recommend Fairwinds in Redmond. It’s the best facility that I have seen, and I have looked at many. Crescent Park Senior Living was a nice place. It had a beautiful view, and the people we met there seemed happy. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, it was a good experience but not the best fit for my mother.

My tour of Washington Oakes Retirement Community went well. The facility was clean and the tour guide was very informative. It was a nice place, just not what I was looking for.

Well I am fairly new to this and having to put my mother in a assisted living facility and I am going to be honest with you, I am very impressed with the staff and cleanliness and knowledge of the staff! I have been getting all of best response back from the staff and I am very satisfied with the people who are in charge of the day to day operation of the facility. They are making me feel like I didn't make a mistake on my part. I have been getting more than most people who are in other facilities and everything is up and above the price in the other places! I'm sure that I would recommend that facility for another families loved one! My mother has been only there for a couple of months and she's ajusting well there and fitting right in. I am hoping everything that is available to her that she's going to continue to be able to make sure that she's using all of the programs and takes advantage of them. I'm going to be watching the people and the whole situation very carefully and so far everyone has been great. Thank you for everything you do for my mom.

They offer daily activities as well as family get togethers. The community is very clean. My aunt has made friends. The food is fabulous. The staff are wonderful. The are willing to talk to us and they keep us informed of her care and any changes. I would recommend this smaller community.

It was difficult in the beginning because when she moved in she got sick. Also, my only complaint is the fact that they don't have someone to show new residents around or invite them to the dining room. My mother just sits in her room and does not interact with anyone. Other than that, it is a very nice place, the food is good and they have taken very good care of her.

The Fairwinds along with many other communities that we toured was great. It was clean and everyone was very friendly, but we found another community that for my loved one;'s needs much better.

When I toured, I liked the Grand Villas memory care a lot. It is about 30 seconds from my office so I could have lunch with my mother every day!

Recently we moved our 92 year old mother from our home to a studio apartment at Fairwinds Brittany Park. From the moment we walked in the door, we were sold. The building was light and bright and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. In addition, the residents we observed and spoke with were truly happy and content. The apartment was roomy, well equipped for a senior, and just flat out adorable. Our biggest concern was that Mom would be reluctant to come out of her apartment to meet new people, yet this was the main reason we wanted her to be part of a senior community. After only one month, what we have discovered is that Mom is adjusting well to her new living situation. This is mainly thanks to [Removed], and the effort made by staff to engage her with other residents who have life experiences similar to her own. Now when we visit she happily chats about the new friends she is making and we have confidence that it won't be long before she starts to participate in some of the many wonderful activities that Brittany Park offers their residents as well. We highly recommend Fairwinds Brittany Park.
