The care is going well, there seems to be a problem with a computer program they have-I know they're working on it- but it gets statements delivered to the workers there, it goes in the computer but then it doesn't go on the print outs that they get. What stands out to me is how extremely happy my mother is there, she's making friends, the food is outstanding, they have a chef there and he puts flavor in the food. you know how sometimes older people can't taste things very well? He makes it so they can. This was the place she wanted to go to, she had heard from friends that it was really nice. In the late 80's, my grandparents also lived there and she wanted to make sure it wasn't like it was back then and it wasn't, it's been updated. They have a swimming pool there and she loves to swim, it's a seasonal thing but they have water aerobics and she loves it.

My mom and step-dad do not want to move right now. I did place them on the Washington Oaks Wait List. My hope is they will move here in the next year. Washington Oaks exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of food, energy of the community, caliber of activities, room size and price. If I was older, I would move into Washington Oaks immediately!!!

From the time I called Jennifer at Peachtree I have received exceptional service. All the caregivers have been so nice to my Mother, Mother said I can't believe you found this place. The food is good, the facility is clean, my Mothers room is clean. I would recommend anyone to check the facility out. After I went to the facility I knew this was the place for my Mother. My Mother is happy at Peachtree!

We were treated with caring & dignity from the beginning. a great activity director, who has the knowledge and personality to get patients involved. All the employees are friendly, caring and helpful. The food is very good and there are several dining rooms to chose from. I highly recommend this facility although it is a bit pricey. There are many accommodations available for use by patients.

This turned out to be a great fit. All of our needs are being met. Staff was and continues to be helpful and accommodating.

I think it's a great community. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good. We really liked it but our loved one needed a higher level of care then what they could provide. We really like this community and it would have been a good community but we just needed more.

They're fabulous! Honestly, these people are amazing. My dad doesn't get out at all; he's not a very social person but from what I've seen, the activities are really neat. They've had and arts and crafts show, a barbeque for the 4th of July, you could sign up to go on a boat, and trips to casinos once every two weeks. We had to make all the arrangements from out of state and everyone has been great. Nora, at the front desk, has been so helpful. Alicia and Dan in the marketing department have just been incredibly cool. It's been the perfect experience. I would recommend it to anyone!

We were very impressed, ready to move Dad in. later we were trying to figure out what we should have asked. While we were there we didn't see any caregivers at all. Want to keep looking.

I really like this place. Great woodshop. great facility. Residents and staff seem happy. This would be number one, on my short list, extcept they do not accept medicaid. That is the only draw back I could find.

We really like Fairwinds, our grandmother used to live here and we had a good experience during that time. So when it was time for us to look again we decided to go with them based on past experience. The community is very beautiful and the rooms are very nice. Compared to the other communities in the area it is the best one next to the brand new communities but those are really expensive. We are happy with Fairwinds and what they provide.

They chose this community based on a lot of different factors. The food is really good, the staff is really friendly, the community is very clean and pleasing to the eyes, and the apartments are good size. He recently did an activity that had something to do with Military which he liked and she will be using the hair salon very shortly to benefit from that. They seem to really be happy here. The community is just lovely and I would recommend it to anyone.

This facility is top of the line, and was highly recommended by our physicians. It is really like a family there, with the entire staff giving positive comments, so helpful, and even the residents reflect cheerfulness and well-being. The chef is wonderful, spreading around good cheer and the most wonderful food, served at night with beautiful dinnerware and linen napkins. Even though there are over200 residents, they give the most individual attention to each person, meeting every morning to discuss the needs and wishes of their charges. When we first got there, they told my husband he would be shown where Poker would be played--I was surprised they knew him so well! And 15 RN's and techs came in at night to watch me with medical things so I would be able to rest and be confident about his care. There=s nothing better than Fairwinds!

The biggest reason we chose Fairwinds is because it is within walking distance of us. The staff is really friendly and the community is very clean. Our loved one liked the community so we decided to just go with it.

Both of my 90+ year old grandparents moved in to “Fairwinds”. The reason we choose them was because the people are really nice and friendly. The community is very clean and well maintained. My grandparents like the food they say that it’s pretty good. Fairwinds have all sorts of activities to do, the even have a swimming pool. It was an easy choice for me and my grandparents to choose the “Woodward Park Fairwinds”.

Our #1 choice. Spoke to Director. Very resort looking. Residents seemed happy, nice reviews, pool, rooms are very nice, nice grounds. Up to 30 days respite. Need to verify prices, Residents looked happy and had great things to say.

Lovely facility...new, clean, lots of amenitites. Food is WAY overpriced and not something we could afford even once a day!

I love it here. Everyone at WA Oakes is especially cordial and comfortable. I love all aspects of WA Oakes, except the absence of deck/patio.
