We're very pleased with how things have gone, they do an excellent job at Emeritus at Dunedin. It is a nice looking, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking into senior care in the area.

We're very happy with how things have gone at MacKenzie Place! The staff are friendly and professional, and they're always right there to help out when you need them. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got a lot to provide for their residents.

We like the place because it options the most options, and looks the most kept up of any of the places we looked at. We've had very good relations with the MacKenzie They are pretty expensive, but we thought that their superiority was worth the price. It looked from their calendar like they provide the kind of activities that I expect or maybe more; educational or demanding. For instance, they have lectures on history.

I don't know that they could improve anything, and I like that my mom is going to feel at home there. My mother is able to accept it as a place where she can be. She is safe, and eating well, and she is getting happier as she adjusts. She doesn't need much physical care; she is independent. The maintenance people are great; they helped us move and set up. They made the move a lot easier than it might have been. It's very positive there. They are very caring about the seniors. If we had it to do all over again we certainly would.

Recently stopped in to visit a resident of Grand Villa, it is so bright and cheerful everyone looks so happy and having fun. Building looks and smells very clean,very nice atmosphere

Treeo is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about them! The facility itself is always spotless, and feels open, airy, and bright. It is laid out well as well, there are plenty of elevators so things never get backed up. The rooms themselves are very nice as well, they feature full kitchens (ovens can be disconnected if necessary) and even come with a nice marble desk! And the staff here are wonderful, they go above and beyond in every regard to make sure their residents are getting everything that they need. The food is amazing, and they have all kinds of activities. They even try to tailor the activities to the individual residents. After finding out my loved one was an avid reader they set-up trips to the library and the book store. I also really appreciate how flexible they are with the billing, they'll bill on whatever day of the month works best for you, and via whatever payment method is the most convenient for you. I am so relieved to have found this place. My uncle loves it here, he is making friends and enjoying life. I can't recommend them highly enough!

It's been wonderful. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. There have been a few problems, people come in early in the morning unannounced and waking her up to deliver things she doesn't need right away. They do an exceptional job with the activities. She likes the food, but she said they give too big of portions, and once she brought it up they were able to give her less. She loves the taste and the variety of the food. They have been overwhelmingly kind and good to her and to the family. They make us feel right at home when we are there. The only thing is that it can occasionally be difficult to return a call, I know they are busy but sometimes it can take all day. It is one of the best places for the money.

This place is wonderful. They have so much to offer; It's a full time 'Resort'! They have a heated pool, movie theater, Ice Cream Shop, Tennis courts a spa and much more!! It is newly renovated and gorgeous! NOT your typical assisted living facility but so much better!!!!

Things have gone great at Fairwinds, I'd give them top marks across the board! They were really fantastic during the whole during and sign-up process. They were friendly and answered all of my parents questions. They were very respectful and we didn't feel like we were listening to a sales pitch or were being rushed. It's a very nice looking place, and everyone is very friendly! My parents also seem to like the food, and believe me they'd let me know if they didn't!

They are great. Springfield place is doing a great job. My loved one is very happy there. I would score them very high, in all things. My loved one is all settled in and doing very well.

They are doing a great job. The staff is friendly, and they keep it clean there. It's a little expensive, but they do such a good job. They are very responsive. They have great activities, and the food is good. I don't really have any complaints or things I would like to see done better.

We helped my inlaws move into a 2 BR villa this past October. We had csidered many options getting them to move closer to us from a house, a condo or an apartment. We checked out Fair Winds on the recommendation of a friend whose own parents had moved in. When we set up an appointment to tour Cindy from Fair Winds had us meet at a Villa. The couple who opened their home to my inlaws were warm and friendly. They said how happy they were living there. They let us tour their home. The Villa and the apartments are roomy and well made. We Had lunch with another couple who talked to Mom about all the amenities and how much she loved living there. She told her, you don't know how bad you need this. It has wonderful food in the restaurant, classes and activities. Someone to clean your house. It's like living at a resort. She was right. They have been very happy and so are we. It's comforting to know there is always someone nearby if they need help. And knowing they are having healthy meals is good too. They even coordinated rehab for Mom after some surgery. Moving them there was a great decision for all of us.

I met with Jane Theberge and was very impressed with the facility. I put Mom on the waiting list for a studio apartment.

At times taking care of my grandma was extremely stressful, however her move to Fairwinds Rio Rancho lessened that stress level greatly. The staff is both attentive and courteous and the residence are happy and active - truly some of the best people I've met in my life. The food there is delicious and the extra activities provided (Balance class, bingo and happy hour - just to name a few) are sure to keep the senor in your life busy! After a very tough family choice, it was deemed best for my grams to move in with a relative that could provide 24/7 care but grandma still visits all her Fairwinds Rio Rancho friends weekly - we couldn't keep her from there, even if we tried! :)

This place is wonderful. I only wish that We had found this years earlier. The staff is so nice and the food is great. The facility is kept up very nice. Well worth the cost. Not the cheapest but in my estimation the best!

While touring assisted living communities in the Grapevine area, I took a checklist and would take notes after viewing each community. Did the place smell, Did the residents look happy, how was the staff and their interaction with the residents, what is the activity calendar like, outdoor space(mom likes to sit outside a lot). Dancing River was the only community to get an A+ and it had everything we were looking for and more. Dancing River really is a magical place. I moved my mom in a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. Greg is the manager and he is so kind and attentive. It was a struggle moving mom out of her home and we definitely waited too late to make the decision. We let mom tell us when she was ready when really we should have helped her and made the decision for her. She is so much happier and when we walk down the halls together all of the staff welcome her and smile at her and address her by name. That may seem small but that really means a lot. There is another manager there named Barbi and she is spectacular. She helped us with the move and is an absolute angel. She really has a heart for what she does and it shows. I would definitely recommend Dancing River if you are looking for an assisted living community.

All of the rooms were like two bedrooms, so like a sitting room and a bedroom. They have a woodshop with saws. They take the residents to ballet and on quality trips. They were the most cost effective community that we toured and I really liked them very much.

Apartments are beautiful, all with balconies. The food is top notch, with cloth tableclothes at dinner. Lots to do and very clean and friendly. More like a Hyatt hotel than a senior facility. They have their own salon, which makes it easy for Mom.

We found the community for a friend, so we’re not the ones living there, but from what we’ve heard everything is really good. The staff is fine and friendly and the community is a clean and safe environment.

The people at Fairwinds helped Dad through the final days of his life. They were amazing folks, caring and clean, warm and wonderful. I want my last home to be so wonderful.
