I have alot of problems with my lungs, since been at facility lungs have approved. Everyone is great and have alot of veterans that being veterans. Care is above the value and big variety of activities that both residents can participate..

My dad, who lives there and he has had a pretty good experience and has specialize needs and they have been great in working with him through those things. so, overall, I would say, the Fairwinds Rio Rancho has been great.

I think this place is wonderful. I had to move my mom from WI to St Charles to make things easier on both of us. My mom was very scared of what this would be like. From the moment we met Stacy it was so easy! The staff and the people who reside there are just so freindly and warm. My mom has only been there for 1 week and already she sits with people for lunch and dinner and tried a few activities and seems happy and excited. Believe me she did not want to go!! It is just nice to see her smile and having fun. It is an easy not only for her, but also for me knowing she is under great care and someone is there if she needs someone. Plus I am 10 min away compared to 400 miles away. Thank you!!

My 91 year-old Father has lived at Grand Villa for 9 months and is happy there. Larry Prescott, the Administrator, is a good guy who really cares about the residents and resolves any problems immediately. I am grateful and impressed with all of his efforts on my Father's behalf. Larry has gone out of his way to meet any request that we have made. There are a lot of beneficial activities which have kept my Father's mind sharp. He especially loves Trivia, and the musical entertainment. Thank you!

I looked at every Assisted Living facility from the 405 through Westlake and Fairwinds so far surpassed the others that the decision to move my Mother there was a "no brainer". Yes, it is expensive, they all are, but the space is gorgeous, her "apt" is lovely, the food is great and she loves the activities! Most places had skilled nursing sides that looked and smelled like a hospital and independant-living sides that were massive and decidedly "un-homey". Fairwinds looks like a luxury hotel but has all the care of skilled nursing. What a find!!!

This is truly a grerat place. Lots of activities and great food. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Truly a wonderful place to retire. My favorite and I would love to be there in retirement.

It's great, she really likes it there. She really likes the lady who does the exercises there. So far we don't have any complaints or concerns. They do a really good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

I recommend Ashbrook Village! The food is wonderful and the facility is kept very clean. Just as important the Ashbrook team is very friendly and takes very good care of my mother. They take time to engage my mother in conversation and fun activities. I couldn't believe it when they told me my mother was participating in the morning fitness class. They truly care about my mother and have become family.

Dad is really happy there, he loves it. The staff is very kind and considerate, very friendly. I always get greeted at the front desk. The servers are nice and friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. I don't really get complaints about the food, there have been a few entrees that weren't his favorite, the overall quality is really good. The desserts are very good. They have had birthday parties, for the residents, and a couple of gentleman gave a concert, and they are having a magician. He is very satisfied with the exercise room. He has now scheduling a massage with the masseuse. It's great.

My father lived in the Memory Care wing at this ALF for about a year. He was truly happy there! He loved it and didn't want to go home. The staff was kind, patient, and loving. They provided him with great food, companionship, a structured schedule, a clean room and medication distribution. I never dreamed that he would adapt so well. He was safe, clean and dressed everyday. I cannot thank the staff enough for the caring and warm atmosphere that they provided.

The owner and the staff are all very open and very friendly, which is very much appreciated. Mom goes out of her way to tell me how nice the people are. Her room is well maintained, and it is a very comfortable environment. It does not have a nursing home atmosphere, but rather it feels like home. One area for improvement would be to have more activities. Mom likes to get out and do things like gardening and such, and they do not have as much opportunity for her to do that sort of thing as I'd like.

Although my family member was only there a short time, he received excellent care from all the employees at this facility. Maintenance was very helpful, aides were caring and attentive, dining room staff friendly. The food was very good, and the Friday afternoon happy hours a real treat - loved the live music.

It's going great she loves it there. The people are friendly, and she is very happy. I would highly recommend it to other people. I don't have any concerns, or complaints.

They have been absolutely fabulous at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park! They have done an excellent job taking care of mom. The customer services all the way through from the ground floor to the top is just fantastic. The activities are good, and mom even made a couple of suggestions which the activities director took to heart and implemented. I would highly recommend Grand Villa of Pinellas Park to anyone and everyone!

This place is unbelievable! It is absolutely fantastic! My loved one had been in another Grand Villa location which we did not have a good experience with at all, but coming here was like night and day! The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well kept, and the staff are all wonderful. They take such good care of the people who live here, and even the food is fantastic!

We moved my other in to MacKenzie Place - Colorado Springs and she is absolutely in heaven! She has made friends, is very active (more so than she has been in a very long time), is always smiling, etc. In fact, I just visited mom and she talked our ears off for a solid hour about how wonderful the place is and how happy she is there. It has been a simply wonderful experience! It has really been just incredibly pleasant!

Several years ago I had a client "Rocky" in the memory care unit. I can say without reservation that he got the best of care while he was there.

They've done an absolutely fabulous job so far at Grand Villa, they're awesome! The staff are all very very friendly, and they treat my parents like they are family. When we drop them off after an outing the staff are always right at the door to welcome them back! Mom really loves the aide who helps her out, she says "She treats me like a queen!" Our experience has been wonderful, and I highly recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking into care in the area!

The facility is brand new, and looks like a resort at Disney world. They are on top of trying to engage my mom, and their whole point is to keep them active all day and not just sitting in a room somewhere. Mom is very happy! They really are wanting to be state of the art, and they do a great job!

Visited the place .was impressed with how the staff is willing to help you. Great location. And a movie theater .Great view of the Coburg mountains.cant wait to see it grow
