I have been very pleased with Fairwinds. The only thing I can think of that needs improving is the staff come in too early to take her to breakfast. She doesn't like that but she is working with them on that. Overall it has been a huge help to me having her at this facility. I don't have to worry about her and things are going really well.

The Crescent Park Senior Living is just wonderful. Everything from the staff to the food to the resident interaction. It is all great. There is nothing I would change about this facility. It is even more than I hoped for.

The staff were all tremendously friendly over at the Fairwinds - Spokane facility. I gave them a five-star overall rating, with all of the sub-categories rated a little bit lower and a little bit differently.

The place is clean, tidy, amazing. It is very expensive. Compared to other places in the area, they don't really offer much transportation to events happening around the city. As far as scheduled activities away from the place, they do not offer much. The staff is really friendly though.

My father lived at McKenzie Place in Memory Care for almost a year. Moving my father into Memory care was an incredibly difficult thing to do. I had fears of him being lost scared, alone and ignored. I can't think of a better place for him. Not only did it become a home for him but we were welcomed and included in any activities we wanted to take part in. It was a wonderful environment. It was a warm, loving and engaging place. There was laughter and fun. I will be forever thankful to everyone in the memory care unit for taking care such great care of my father and for enabling him to live out his remaining days with dignity.

My mother in law lives at Fairwinds. We looked at several places before choosing them, and are glad we did. We worked with Kathy in the sales office, who is wonderful; Nichole, the nurse there is responsive to our needs and is very caring. the food is great, the atmosphere is homey..

I don't interact with them, but my mom and dad say they are great. I wish I knew the specific staff members by name because they are all great. You can feel comfortable that your family members are safe taken care of. The food it great!

We are in the process of moving my mother into Fairwinds. Since she's not living there yet, so I cannot review the facility though first impressions are favorable. This review is specifically regarding our Sales Advisor & Move in Coordinator, Aleacia Lopez. I can't say enough good things about Aleacia. She is such a pleasant and professional person we've felt as though we have been working with a family friend. Aleacia has thoroughly answered our questions, provided facility tours and most important made my mother feel welcome as a new resident.

I thought the tour and the initial contacts were all wonderful. They have extremely attentive and kind people working there. Everyone I met was fantastic. I think it is a beautiful facility. They offer a lot of opportunities for socializing and having an upbeat perspective on life.

We looked at several places, and found Fairwinds the best. Mom is receiving wonderful care, the people are caring, the food is great. The transportation they provide makes things so much easier. Highly recommend

Everything at Fairwinds in Rio Rancho has been great so far. Of course it has only been a couple months since my loved one has moved in there, but so far it has all been very good and I can not complain.

We are very happy with them. I don't have any complaints so far. They are doing a very good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't have to worry, because I know my loved one is safe there. I would recommend them to others and rate them very highly.

So far so good. It's been very good for dad. They have treated him and us well. Everyone is very friendly. The food is plentiful and good. They were comparably priced to other places that offered similar services in the area. We are pretty pleased with them, and would rate them very highly.

One area where I do think they could improve is with the meals. The food is good, but lunch costs extra and is not included in the price. They are paying for two meals already (breakfast and dinner), and should be able to choose which two they get for that price. Other than that everything has been great. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

First let me say Crescent Park Senior living is a beautiful and well appointed facility. My mother was there only 6 months before she passed away suddenly and without warning. She loved being there in a wonderful apartment with a lovely view. The staff was most accommodating to her needs and to family visits as well. The staff treated her like family but without being intrusive. She enjoyed the comaraderie of her friends and new friends in a lovely dining room. She often told us about the evening movies, the bus jaunts and the special events. She didn’t have time to be bored. Crescent Park is so much more than any preconceived ideas the public may have about Senior Living. Jill and her staff are wonderful, caring and compassionate people. They constantly check on the well being of their senior tenants. We can’t thank them enough for the life style they offered and shared with our mother.

This is a place where you can feel it is really YOUR home. The staff is always thinking of ways to improve your daily experience and look to fill your needs. The staff and the residents are all very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We especially like the "Anytime Dining" so you do not have to eat your meals at a certain time you may dine anytime between 7AM and 7PM. It is like being on a luxurious cruise ship without any seasickness. There are more activities than there is time to take advantage of all of them. I wish we had moved here years ago.

We toured this community while looking into care options for our loved ones. I thought Fairwinds was a very nice looking place, it was probably my favorite out of all the communities we toured. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facility seemed clean and well kept. They're definitely worth a look if you're looking into senior care in the area!
