The initial tour I took, they spent a lot of time with me and I did not feel rushed at all and came back several times to look at the place again. They really worked hard to get us in there. It was a good experience.

They were very nice people and very accommodating. They bent over backwards to help get our loved one situated at the Fairwinds facility. We are so grateful, it is such a nice facility. The food was very, very good.

I would just have to say that the Fairwinds - Ivey Ranch facility is just really a positive and happy living environment for my loved one and for all of the other residents there. It seems to be a great place.

Foundation House is a wonderful community. Better than all the communities around the Northshore Senior Center. Independent living, lots of activities and entertainment, great management who care about all the residents. My father is very independent and it was important to him to keep his independence, but without the burdens of cooking, cleaning, and yard work. He is loving it.

A few things were not completed when I saw it from when I moved-in. It was definitely and oversight, but I got in straightened out and they over-accommodated me and I just cannot say enough good things about the place. All of the residents are just wonderful. I just absolutely love it, it is beautifully built. This is home.

My loved one lived here for multiple years before her care needs necessitated a move, and I thought Brittany Park did an absolutely fabulous job throughout her whole stay! The facility is clean and well kept, and the individual rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They provide all sorts of amenities and activities as well! There's always some sort of celebration or holiday event going on. The facility is in a great location as well, everything Mom needed was located within a few blocks. I highly recommend looking into this place, if you're looking for care options for a loved one!

I had to make a decision four years ago to find an ALF for my mother. When I walked in to Grand Villa I immediately felt like I could live here and the decision was made to move my mother here. That was almost four years ago. Every day since my decision was reinforced by the wonderful care she received from the entire staff. There is little turnover in management. They are very professional and know just what to do all the time. Every department in this facility is well run. In the end it comes down to the people the residents will be in contact with and the RA's (resident attendants), dining staffs, support people, and management here care about the residents and know them personally. I strongly recommend Grand Villa

So far so good at Fairwinds-Ivey Ranch. We are very happy. I feel like they have been extremely accommodating. The staff was very friendly throughout the move in. They answered any question that I had. She missed her cleaning day that she was supposed to have so I called and asked about it and they were surprised she hadn't had it and were right on it. They've just been great. They have been great about any medical help she has needed. She got sick the first week she arrived and they were extremely helpful in recommending doctors. The only negative I would mention is for the price she is paying I think she should get three meals a day rather than two. I have to get her extra groceries for breakfast and would really like to see her get three meals as some other facilities offer.

My wife and I lived at the Fairwinds together and she had a stroke there and I do not think that they handled the situation the best that they could. They are very friendly people though and we enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant is painfully slow. They are understaffed. When people come to help with different things they are not always prompt. For "happy hour" there aren't enough places to sit. Since she has some dementia, he activities are limited for her.

This is a very nice place. The staff really seems to care and enjoy what they do. There are plenty of fun activities for the residents to enjoy and interact with each other. The decor is elegant and the food is very good.

They are wonderful. The food was good, we had gone there to eat when we toured. We were going to move our loved one here, but she passed away before we could. We had moved in furniture, and they were really good, about giving us time to get it out, and not charging us for the time it took. We loved the room it was wonderful. It was really nice and updated with granite counter tops. We wish we had found this a year ago so she could have enjoyed some time here. We tell people about them and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Fairwinds-Rio Rancho- is fantastic. It is a total dream. The price, the cleanliness, and the staff are all great. The only complain I am hearing is that the protein served is too chewy at the meals. But I just think it is hard to make seniors happy on some of that. We moved from a facility in Pennsylvania that was also fabulous but it was $400 more. Her room was refurbished before she moved in. It had new paint, new carpet, and new cabinets. The value is excellent here. We are getting twice what we are paying for. Everything is fabulous at this facility.

My Father moved in two weeks ago, and I have not seen him this happy in many years. He loves the food, having his own apartment that is easy to manage, he has made friends already!, Saturday we had dinner with him in the dining room and 4 people stopped by to say hi. He is going to happy hour 3 times a week. For me his daughter the relief of knowing he is safe and happy has made me feel like myself for the 1st time in a year. I have set up the services so he has 2 showers a week and they escort him to the dining room 3 times a day. If you are thinking about moving your family member to an assisted living community I thought we could not afford it, this was less than the Board and Care and he is 100 times happier! Thank you Springfield place and all the staff that make this place great.

My father in law is no longer here at Grand Villa of Largo and at this moment unsure if he will be returning but he has always had a good experience. Its a clean environment the staff is attentive to my fathers different needs. My father utilizes the assisted living and memory care which both operate great.

Very impressive. Mom liked it and thought she could live there. Very clean, friendly. Cost is a little high. On the possible list.

Although I do not spend much time at the Fairwinds facility my parents so far seem to be happy and well taken care of. The community and staffing is generous and helpful. The food is good my father enjoys it.

I was really extremely impressed with the whole thing.
