So far it has been very nice. They treat my grandfather well. I'm glad we found this place. The inside is very clean and well kept. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The care services are excellent. My grandfather is well taken care of. They offer a lot of activities. The Grand Villa of St. Petersburg is a nice community. We are really pleased with everything.

My new experience here at Fair Winds Rivers Edge as a new resident has been very satisfying and rewarding. Satisfying as to the accommodations and service and friendliness of all residents and employees. Rewarding in being able to participate in the many activities available, especially the physical classes and swimming pool. My time is my own to choose as I desire, this style of living is new to me and I am thankful to the program designed here at FairWinds Rivers Edge to enjoy my Senior years. My family is happy and grateful that I fit in so well. Looking forward to more delightful living here at FairWinds Rivers Edge.

This is truly a great place to live. I wasn't sure if I was ready to make this kind of transition but after meeting with members of the staff and taking a tour, my husband and I decided to give it a shot. From the day we moved in, I have become more and more excited about my new home (and yes, it truly is my home!)with the friendliest staff as well as the residents we have met. Hats off to Spectrum Retirement Communities and to Crescent Park Senior Living of Eugene, Oregon!

I think they do an excellent job at Grand Villa of St. Petersburg! It's just a very nice place overall, I'd give them top marks across the board. It's in a very nice area (when I first visited the direction I approached from had me drive though a bad part of town). The place feels like a palatial estate! It's clean, well kept, and the private rooms are a good size. The staff is friendly and professional, they provide plenty of activities and outings, and they take great care of the people who live here!

It's been great for my mom. I was very impressed. The apartment is very nice. I can't tell u how friendly and helpful everyone has been. My mom is doing very well. She is participating in the activities. Eric has been very helpful with my mom. He's been very good. The only downside is the kitchen area. The cabinets are way too high. My mom would have to get on a step stool to use them. The microwave is high as well. Everything else has been great.

My 94 year old Mother has been living at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park, Florida since April 15, 2015. I moved her here from North Carolina while she was recovering from a femur fracture. I cannot thank the staff at Grand Villa enough for all the wonderful care on every level that she has received. She is so happy there which has helped so much in her recovery and general well being. She seems to make great progress everyday and I am hoping that within no time at all she will be better than ever. The facility is beautiful, very clean and welcoming, there is always happiness in the air with lots of smiles and laughter from both residents and staff. The food and different choices of food is unbelievably delicious. The entire staff goes out of their way to help in any way that they can to meet the needs of the residents there. They are not only wonderful with the residents but they have been wonderful to me, the daughter of a resident who is very proactive with my Mothers wellbeing. I would diffinently recommend Grand Villa of Pinellas Park! There is always a fun activity going on, so there is no need for anyone to get bored. It is a very special place!

The Fairwinds community is fabulous. My mother is always busy with activities. If you are searching for an assisted living community for your family member this is a wonderful place to put them. My overall rating of this community is 5 stars. I think this is a 5 star community. It's super clean, everyone is friendly, the care givers are great, and they have many activities to keep the residents busy.
