Wonderful communication from [Removed] as we worked through the process of touring and visiting Crescent Park, to helping my Mom with her decision regarding where she wanted to live, to selecting the apartment that best fit Mom's wants and needs, through the move-in and getting settled process. My Mom has been living at Crescent Park for 2 weeks now and we are all very pleased with the entire experience. The entire staff has been very welcoming and helpful and every day we find another reason we're happy she chose this as her home.

I have been overly satisfied with the amount of activities this community provides, they have lots of different events including happy hours and private parties hosted by the administration. The housekeeping team washes my bed sheets and towels once a week and keeps my room looking brand new. The meals are outstanding as well, I have no complaints about my new home.

Gorgeous community with caring staff. Lots of activities to keep seniors engaged all day. Love that they have everything from independent to memory care with all inclusive rates for loved ones to age in place

We have been very happy with care. The rooms are a nice size and the community areas are large and bright. They have a large dining room. They serve their heavy meal at lunch which took some time getting use to and they offer sandwiches and lighter options for the evening meal. They also have and always available menu options that are offered. There is also a café that the residents can go to if they want light snacks during the day. Housekeeping is good. Laundry had been an issue but that was fixed. Labeling of clothing is a must which we did not want to do initially. We would like to have the pool heated. That would be a nice to do.

Mom thinks it is a really nice place. Moving was easy. Everyone she has met has been super nice and helpful.

My folks glided into Fairwinds. Apprehensive at first, of any change in their living situation, Fairwinds made it easy, inviting us back for several meals to become comfortable with the lay out. The more we visited the more my folks could see what they were missing. No more isolation, no more fixing meals, no more utility bills. Fairwinds takes extra special care of my folks. They are super friendly with a great atmosphere. Recently, my folks returned to their house for more knick knacks. They decided they do not ever want to live there again. They realize Fairwinds is a healthier lifestyle. They have made friends at Fairwinds, people who lived the same history. We are all happier knowing my folks are not alone.

I have an absolute positive response and faith in the staff to care for my needs. Also able to get where ever I need to go.

My grand father is doing pretty well here at this community. It is a good looking community, they do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is very patient and friendly. One issue I have had been a new employee was informing us with wrong information, but she was new so that was understandable. There are nice activities available. There is good selection of food to choose from. I'am comfortable with his move here. I would recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my mother's respite stay experience here. She was very happy with her stay here. She says everybody was very kind. The staff was great, they were very attentive. The community met all her needs, I knew she was in good hands here. They were very accommodating with doing everything last minute for me. The community looks great, everything very nice and clean.

My mom has excellent care here with this community. This is a very clean environment for her to live in. The food is very good with a nice variety to choose from. The staff is very nice and very helpful with my mom's needs. Alot of activities that she enjoys with others. I would recommend this for other families for good care.

Things are good at Fairwinds. Everybody here is wonderful. The food is good.They offer a wide variety of activities such as bingo, informative speakers and educational classes, however I think they need more card games.

This is a nice and clean community and my mom would have liked it here if they were more wheelchair friendly. The doorways are narrow and about 28 inches wide. Some doors are heavy and difficult to open. The bathroom did not have appropriate wheelchair access. No cabinets are below the sink for those who can not reach above. This was not a good fit for my mom and not meeting her needs.

What a wonderful place. This would be one of my first choices, in fact I would love to live there myself. The question is would be affordability.

My father really liked residing in this community. It was an updated community with lots of amenities. They offered a salad bar the whole afternoon. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. In my father's room they had a garbage disposal and small dishwasher. He was able to also wash his clothes with the washer and dryer included in his room.

Mackenzie Place was my second high choice it was immaculate throughout. They offered many amenities and the rooms were a good size. The staff made me feel welcome and addressed all of my concerns. The only reason I didn't move in was that they didn't call me to tell me they had an opening.

The staff are doing a wonderful job caring for my mother in law. They communicate all of her care needs with the family regularly. The community is very clean and organized. My mother in law has enjoyed the variety of food offered. They have a beautiful courtyard with a fountain that flows into a river.

Time of events had changed for our family. The room that we put a deposit on was no longer needed. The community offered a very positive experience and place to live. We were pleased with all the community did for my family.

I'am settling in pretty well here at this community. It is a lovely community, they do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. There are nice activities offered, hopefully with some time I can participate in a few. The staff is lovely, they are kind and welcoming. The food is very good, they serve nice meals. Overall everything is working out well for me here. I would recommend it.

When you visit Fairwinds, you see many things for yourself - how beautiful and spacious and lovely the joyful atmosphere is; people having a good time during an activity or visiting at the Bistro of Hearth Room; Fairwinds people smiling, greeting and hugging residents throughout the complex. . . But what you might not see, yet, until you move in, is how very much the staff love the residents. They know each face and name, because your loved one is important to them. They become not just their neighbors but their community family. And they are all experts in their field, even to the point of saving a life, as they did my mom's. They will do anything in their power to make your loved one have a wonderful life at Fairwinds. I know.
