My Dad is extremely happy at Crescent Park. The staff has done an excellent job at helping getting him involved in activities and meeting other residents. Everyone living there truly seems happy to be there. The Bistro, library and pool table room are my favorites.

Things at Fair winds have been very good. It's a convenient location for our family to visit. The one thing they could improve is the base rent only includes dinner and there's an additional charge for breakfast and lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the admission process and made things go smoothly.

Very nice community, a little older than some we visited, but the staff was very friendly and we felt very comfortable there. My parents put a deposit down, but are wait listed for a 1 bedroom -- 4 ahead of us so not sure how this will work out.

The Grand Villa of Delray West was a very nice community but it was very expensive. It was beautiful, though and everyone was very friendly. The assisted living side was much more expensive as well. I would recommedn it to anyone who can afford it.

We loved the Ex. Director and how she was very involved with her residents. The residence was bright, cheerful and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and a true joy to chat with about the history and services of the place. We still have to do more research, but this was our first choice if the price had been in our budget.

The property was beautiful. The tour guide was wonderful without applying any pressure at all. I liked the oven/stove in the room and the 2 restaurants with full menus. However, most rooms did not have a balcony/patio.

This community offers many and varied activities. It is maintained well and is very clean with no odors. The lunch we had was well prepared and fresh. On a personal level, we both found the paint in the halls of the older section to be very dark. Brighter would have been better but we can live with this.
