I recently toured MacKenzie Place, and I found it to be a terrific lace. It has a pool, a gym, and various other things available to the residents that are really not standard to these places. It’s a really well-kept place in a beautiful location.

The staff at Fairwinds is great. When I brought my mother in, she was unable to walk and the aids there made sure that someone is with her and checking on her every hour. She enjoys the food and there's plenty of it to keep everyone satisfied. The other residents are really nice and friendly, they try their best to include everyone. The director is great at organizing different types of activities so everyone has something to do. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the staff forgets to check the fridges in the rooms. My mom went 10 days roughly with food in her fridge that hadn't been cleaned out. It is a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for and in this case, it's a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking in this area because it's nice and clean, the smell is always nice and never overwhelming.

We toured this community for the care for my parents. We liked the staff and the care that is available. The menu looked appealing. We would of like this community, but we needed additional care. We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care of a loved one.

The activities would have been good for my mom to participate and stay active. We wanted something with a small layout. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I am so glad that I chose this place everything is going well for me here. I truly am very happy and content here. They keep you very busy with all the activities and social events they offer. Everyone is so friendly from the staff to the residents. The food normally is very good served hot but there are some days where the food may not be as hot as it could be and you just have to send it back and have it heated up.

Mom is doing well here, she has a nice apt and she has brought her own furniture so it feels more like home for her. The community is very nice and the staff is friendly. Mom has even started taking part in the activities and the field trips plus she enjoys going to the dining room with the other residents and the food is good too. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour here so you can see the community first hand.

My parents are doing wonderful and they are doing very well at Fairwinds - Spokane. It is a clean and well-kept community. What drew my parents to this community was their big gas fireplace in the front lobby. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. They are very welcoming to our family members when we come to visit. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns. I have dined there with my parents and the food is very good. They offer good choices and there is a lot of variety. They offer various activities. My parents so far have enjoyed day trips off-site and they loved the luau they recently had out in the courtyard of the community. My parents also enjoy the musical entertainment they offer. I would definitely recommend this community to others, I already did, twice.

Place was bustling with activity, people coming and going. Nice apartments and common areas.

My Uncle is doing really well here the staff are friendly and care about their residents, The community is very nice and he has a very nice room that he shares with a roommate. My uncle enjoys being apart of the activities and the special events they have. He enjoys going to the dining room likes the food and visiting with the other residents, I would definitely recommend a tour of this community.

This is such a beautiful community and my Uncle who has lived in this area for some time felt this was going to be the best place for him. My Uncle is doing very well here and the staff has been just great, they are attentive and come immediately when he has to use his alert button they keep an eye on him and I feel comfortable with him being here. There are a lot of amenities here for those residents who are interested and I would recommend a tour here as it is a wonderful place.

The care at this for my mom is outstanding. We like the enviroment and the cleanliness of the community. The menu is good and there is a lot of variety. I like knowing that she is activie with a lot of the activities. They offer trips away from the community. We would recommend this community for the great care and options for other families.

A very nice facility with a lot of activities, caretakers who really know their residents, and up-to-date apartments. Great selection of units, valet parking and beautiful grounds close to shopping. The staff are helpful, kind and seem to really care about everyone. A lot of employees have worked there for many years, which is a very good sign of strong management.

Mom loves living here. The food is wonderful to taste very good. The staff is so friendly and engaging with the residents. We couldn't have asked for a better location it's close to all her doctors and the hospital that she would use. The community is so clean and well maintained. Mom is being well taken care of here.

I've visited Crescent Park several times. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are happy to answer my questions too. The meals are excellent - good options to choose from and always very tasty. The facility is clean every time I visit. I would definitely recommend Crescent Park.

We have been pleased with the care from this community. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The menu does need some small improvements. We like that they offer her activities with the other residents. The community is clean and maintained. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one

We like everything about this community. My husband has been fine since he moved into the assisted living part of the community. We have no complaints. It is very clean in and out and the staff have shown to be attentive with my husband.

Everything has worked out very well for me with my move to this community. I'am pleased with the everything they have done for me. This is a terrific community with kind people. The staff is good, and they have been very helpful in everything. It has been fine experience for me in this community, and I would recommend it to my family, and friends.

I had the chance to talk with them before trying to visit them. They were very nice to talk with and were upfront with me when I was asking questions. Unfortunately the price and location was not the right fit for us but they were helpful in the process of our search for a community.

Very fancy, very nice, disorganized at the front entrance and reception staff does not multitask and keep necessary business running smoothly. Staff does not use sense of urgency management. Marketing staff very friendly and helpful.
