This was our second choice. Staff was friendly . The lady that gave us the tour provided us with lots of information and was very helpful. Place was bright , clean and well kept. Activity rooms were a little small.

Mom has been here since January. Very impressed with this place. It is very clean, food is good, many activities for the residents to participate in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can tell that they all love their job. The outdoor space in the backyard is gorgeous. My family and I have no complaints. Mom is very happy here. I would and do recommend this place to all.

Our first choice of the 4 facilities we toured. [name removed] was very helpful and welcoming. Great information! Lunch was excellent, and [name removed] (server) was a delight! Lots of activities, as it is a larger community.

[name removed\ was delightful--professional, competent, and very likable. The tour was excellent; he answered all of my questions and showed me two different apartment layouts. Definitely considering this community when it comes time to move (in 2022).

Place was buzzing with activity, updated, all facilities were clean and organized for next group to utilize. We toured 2 bed/1 bath - very spacious, clean and well thought out (lots of closet space). We liked the storage option for each floor, laundry facilities were clean and dining room was full with laughter while eating a delicious meal. Residents were eager to share their stories of Washington Oakes and 1 resident even took us for a tour of her apartment - beautifully decorated and maintained. This is our choice for our parents. [name removed] (our contact) was wonderful - laughed/joked with the residents, answered all of our questions honestly. All in all a great experience.

Very nice facility (though it was undergoing remodeling so quite a bit more "activity" then normal - but nice to know they are keeping it fresh). If we relocate dad to Fresno this will be on our A list.

I really like this place. Small, simple, nice people. Bigger kitchen than most (important to Mom). Great courtyard in the center.

Nicole was very helpful, gave us an excellent information and a tour of the facility. It's a lovely place and reminds me of "home away from home".

This is the ideal place for my in laws as it meets the needs of both parents using really only 2 levels of care for asst. living arrangements. The rooms are spacious and it is only one floor.

This facility was gorgeous! I toured it while looking for a new home for my Mom. But unfortunately, it was too expensive for our budget. The menus, kitchen, and dining area were all wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and about medium sized. The whole building was bright and cheery and seemed welcoming. I think I would’ve moved in myself if I could have. They had a few activities they were able to tell me about like tours of different places in town, shopping, doctors’ services, and incoming entertainment. It was a genuinely nice community, just a little too expensive.

[Removed] was a great guide, I very much appreciated her squeezing me in at the end of the day. The units were very spacious with all I could want in a new home. This one is on the short list.

This facility has exceeded my expectations. Due to the recent fire in the area, I had to find a place for my Mother very quickly and they were very cooperative and flexible in getting her in. When you first walk into the building you notice how open, festive, and cheerful the community is. It is an older facility but they do a nice job in keeping it updated. I’m very pleased with their services and follow up. They do have a full activities calendar including things like happy hour and movies. I’ve also been able to eat here and by no means is the food gourmet, but it is acceptable. It’s more of a restaurant setting and you have a few different choices besides the special of the day. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The community looks wonderful but is out of my budget.

Everything is great about MacKenzie Place. The apartments are wonderful, open, airy, and full of light, the food is great, and the staff is very pleasant and smiley. They have so many activities; exercise classes, cards, games; anything you could think of, it’s here. Possibly the best reason to be here is that it’s close to our children. We are as happy as we could be. I’d certainly recommend MacKenzie Place.

I toured this facility when I was trying to help my sister find a place for my brother-in-law to go. Autumn Leaves is strictly memory care, so their care is very specific. When I toured, I met a wonderful woman who talked with my husband and I about the different things the community had to offer. It honestly was a totally different kind of thing. Everything was all on one floor and almost looked like houses in the area instead of a facility, which sort of made it hard to find at first. The director seemed like she listened to our questions and was able to give us information that I didn’t think she’d be able to find or give. She was definitely listening to what we had to say and that was a nice aspect of it.

This facility was wonderful. I would have loved to have my Mother stay here but they were the most expensive place that I had looked at. The apartments were larger than other places and they had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The facility itself had a homey feel to it. The staff members were very friendly and it was just an open community. I liked that they had a heart for all of the residents. I would recommend this community.

This was another beautiful community that my father and I were deciding on where to go while touring other locations. They have Broadmoor chefs that create great food, they have a very upscale feeling with the environment, and they also have personal trainers onsite.

I toured this community with a friend of mine and we absolutely loved it. They have been very professional and courtesy the whole process, there was no pressure on us to make a decision. It is very spotless, The staff is very helpful, caring and attentive. There are some entertainment activities that he has joined. They have a wonderful restaurant there with great food. I would recommend this to my friends and family

Beyond my expectations this is a great place to live it’s going to be my home for rest of my life. What do I like about Cresent Park ; the staff everyone’s very helpful, the residents they are active enjoy activities, movies, trips. We have our own movie theater, breakfast lunch and dinner, you can eat anytime. Sunday they serve brunch with mimosas, maybe I drink too many but it’s great. Besides they have a bistro that serves short meals. I personally have a 1 bedroom with a den and another plus is this community has 2 elevators and plenty of parking space. If your interested in seeing this place come and ask for [Removed]!

Recently moved my mom to Round Rock after her Senior Complex in Beaumont was evacuated for Hurricane Harvey. This has been a great move for my mother - The team at Franklin Park worked to get my mom in a temporary studio apartment while we recover my mother's belongings from Beaumont and move into a one bedroom. Everyone at Franklin Park, including every staff member and resident, smiled and welcomed my mom. There are activities for everyone, exercise room, beauty salon, and beautiful courtyards. I love the fact that the dining room does not have assigned seating so everyone can sit at different tables and get to know more of their neighbors - AND THE FOOD IS AWESOME! I cannot say enough good things about [removed names], and the list goes on and on.
