Beautiful property on a hill with nice views; feels like you are in the country. Well maintained and spacious.

Very clean facility that seems to be well run. Studio room layout was attractive. Significant amount of activities.

We looked from Spokane to Santa Barbara including downtown Seattle and we are building our new nest at Woodland Terrace for more than a few reasons. Walk in the door meeting pleasent, professional, full-time, available staff. My husband, two service dogs and I have been there for almost a year. The Residents are all pleasent people without exception joining in activities as they are able. Beginning our day with exercise a fabulous chefs who meet special diets with ease. Yes, the halls and apartments are quiet with respectful Residents and Staff. When my husband was away needing to be taken to a medical appointment and picked up, I just needed to pick up the phone and it was done. The Residents are motivated to keep moving forward keeping their independence. I highly recommend Woodland Terrace at Bothell.

From my firs visit until mom moved in everyone was so nice! You can tell these employees like their job and this place. Food service to maintenance are helpful and kind. The place is clean and bright! Mom enjoys the courtyard with waterfalls and even a family of ducks! Rate this place 150 out of 100!!!

So far so good! My 86 year old father moved in to Independent Living approximately 1 month ago. The staff is so caring! When he didn't show up for lunch one day (he was out) someone came to check on him that afternoon to make sure he was ok.

Through using A Place For Mom, I was given the name of several independent/assisted living facilities in our area. After visiting three of them we narrowed the choice down to two, then took our mother to both so she could choose her favorite. Fairwinds Rio Rancho invited us to stay for lunch and she loved it. A little over a month later we moved her there. Although the move was traumatic for her (age 89), she is finding the staff there to be extremely helpful and caring, the food to be fine, and the activities varied and plentiful. We are all very pleased and are confident that Mom will continue to adjust, stay active, and be kindly looked after by the staff.

Out of all of the different communities my wife and I had visited this one was by far the best. All of the staff was friendly and very welcoming with lots of useful information of there establishment. All of the bedrooms where very spacious with lots of bright lights throughout the rooms. The dinning hall and all other common areas where also outstanding. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking into retirement.

Top Choice. We liked the choices for exercise and the dining room, we liked the check in system and we found the facilities very nice and the activities for the residents had the most variety.

I love Fairwinds Spokane! Not only do I have the proud honor to say I work there, but I truly believe in the lifestyle that is offered. It isn't just the beautiful community we have that makes us great - It's the people and residents. Everyone cares so much and truly makes the golden years fun and enjoyable for our residents. Fairwinds Spokane is truly FIVE STAR FUN!!

Great place but may be a little large and impersonal for my mom

The staff are really good. We were impressed when we took the tour. I liked that they gave each resident an Ipad which has their community application on it. The residents are able to access the calendar of activities as well as the menu. Mom has not said anything about the food at this community. I would recommend TreeO.

apartment suite in the memory care building had a Bedroom that was a good size. All the latest technology to help residents with dementia. Very clean, friendly staff.

My father is having the time of his life at Mackenzie Place! He moved in fall of 2015 & could not be move pleased. The employees, the facility, the food, the activities are all first class.

When I first dropped my loved one off here for the first day they whole staff introduced themselves and made us feel welcome. My loved one immediately started with there activities and was playing bingo when we left. All the residents say they are happy and like it here. We have found the perfect place.

Very nice. Residents seemed very happy. Appeared to have a good atmosphere. Staff very visible and supportive of residents.

It has been going very well for my mom. There's a lot of activities to do everyday like bingo, physical care, care volleyball, musical performances weekly. ice cream socials, birthdays, welcoming socials for new residents. a theater room with nice chairs and a big screen and popcorn machines. a game room with a pool table. WE have seen people get on the bus for outings. The food is very good. I have eaten there and paid a modest price for the meal. It is restaurant quality with many entrees and substitutions. Next to dining room is a cafe that serves coffee and tea with snacks and fresh fruit. The have a wellness center by dining room, they have residents get their medications from that area, unless they are sick. Mom's room is nice, she is pretty comfortable with all of her furniture. She can see out her huge window that has a tree outside. They also have a lovely garden with tables and chairs set up. Part of the garden grows herb that is used in the meals they cook.

The tour guide to start of was really nice and attentive. They explained the various common areas to the community like their library, cafe and outside patio garden. I thought the place was beautiful very clean. The staff were nice and most importantly it had great safety features.

Had a nice tour of the facility was offered a meal. Really liked the place and the people. They are our first choice for respite care for my wife and will be at the top of our list for permanent living when the time comes.
