We are very pleased with this community. We have peace of mind that our loved one is at The Landing of North Haven. The staff are great. The atmopsher is wonderful. We have been happy here. The staff are caring and responsive to the families and residents.

The community is very good. This is a smaller community for my loved one. The staff is very good at checking on the residents, continuously.

We worked through Harmony Senior Living Associates to place my Dad in a facility that would match his interest, likes, and personality. Once we walked in the door and met [names removed], it immediately felt like home. From the friendliness of the staff, right down to the beautiful facility and location. Located on the river, it has amenities galore. Even in this pandemic world, the staff is uplifting, positive, and makes every effort to meet and greet everyone that comes through the door. My Dad loves his new place. Even though he has only been there 2-1/2 months, he feels like it's home. I would highly recommend GV to anyone who needs a place for their loved one.

The environment is gorgeous around the facility. They have 3 restaurants here and she loves the food, they get a $300 included in their package when you move in to spend on food. They have a lot of activities going on as well, there is always something happening. They have a movie theater, so my mom goes everyday at 2 and watches a movie that they show. They also provide transportation to grocery stores and doctors appointments. They are on the unity campus and everything is super convenient to residents. It is a really nice facility and they provide a lot, I would highly recommend them.

My father has been a resident at Grand Villa for two years. It was a very hard decision to move him from his condominium to a facility. But I am so happy we chose Grand Villa. Obviously the last year has been very difficult, due to the pandemic, for residents and workers. But in spite of this challenging time, the workers have managed to keep residents safe and happy. I have met so many amazing individuals who work at Grand Villa, and I am so grateful to all of them for providing a caring environment for my dad.

It's a nice facility and it's on the newer side. It's well maintained and the staff and food have both been great. My mother in law is happy there. They raised the fees without any warning and I would have contacted them first and given a heads up. They have been very careful with covid and have had a good plan for covid.

I am a resident here at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park. I cannot say enough about the staff here, everyone is wonderful. The staff are friendly and attentive to my needs. I have a good time with the other residents and staff. The community is clean and smells good. The food is delicious and I love my room. I would recommend Grand Villa of Pinellas Park to anyone looking for assisted living.

I am a current resident at Grand Villa of Pinellas Park. I would not want to be any other place than Grand Villa of Pinellas Park. The residents care aides, kitchen staff care so much for us and work very hard to make us happy. I am so happy that [name removed] found me and brought me here and I am so grateful. I also am grateful for [name removed], she cares about us, she love us and her door is always open to us. We all love her. I would highly recommend Grand Villa of Pinellas Park if they want to be loved and cared for.

When we were able to visit the community is was absolutely beautiful, and the staff members are exceptional. The quality of the care there is fantastic and the activities are excellent.

My mother-in-law lives in an indep. apt. (a bit over 3 years) and my parents currently live in Assisted Living (1.5 years). We have been so grateful and happy that we chose Fairwinds. They treat us like family members, but better still, they treat all the residents with loving care and concern. The General Manager is dedicated to ensuring quality care. If there are questions or issues, he is available and willing to listen and help. The facility is beautiful and the remodel is warm and inviting. The entire staff is fantastic: chef/servers; the front desk/activities staff are always available and are the most friendly, helpful and kind people; led by a wonderful nurse, the AL caregivers do an amazing job. Everyone is sweet to my parents and provide excellent services and care. They love their apartment and the staff helps them maintain independence. No facility is perfect, but we've been extremely satisfied with Fairwinds and would not want our loved ones to be anyplace else.

Virtual tour was very informative and helpful. Excellent tour guide! Really got a sense that this is a community of excellence.

My father has lived at Grand Villa West for 5 years now. He started In independent living and just recently moved to assisted living. Grand Villa is exceptionally well run. The grounds are beautiful and the common areas are immaculate and attractively decorated. My father has the same 1 bedroom layout in assisted living that he had in independent living. It is a spacious apartment with an excellent layout, big closets and very nice patio. The staff are very attentive and extremely helpful. The Executive Director, [name removed], is a champion of excellence. Throughout the COVID -19 pandemic, [name removed] and her staff have done an extraordinary job of keeping the residents safe and the families well informed via email, phone calls and videos. My father is extremely happy at Grand Villa. I live in New York and while it’s difficult being so far away, I have much peace of mind of mind knowing how well cared for my father is at Grand Villa.

I would encourage others to check out Grand Villa of Delray West. They are very accepting of all their residents. The community does a great job at meeting the residents needs. The staff is very attentive to families and residents.

The staff members at Fairwinds are outstanding. Even with the lock down they are coming up with crazy ideas for activities to keep us active and busy. We love our apartment, and we would definitely recommend this community to others.
