Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

We chose Grand Villa of St. Petersburg because we really like the director [name removed], he seemed to be very well versed and has a long history in this field. He is very approachable and reachable. The room sizes are very adequate. I have eaten some meals here and they were good, above average. They have a lot of variety on their menu. My favorite part about the community would be the support of the executive team because of COVID and their capability of reaching out to us in different media formats to keep us knowledgeable. I would recommend the community.

We chose Grand Villa of Delray West because of how clean and well managed things seemed to be. My mother already lived not too far from the facility, so she was able to maintain her doctors offices, her hair dresser, all the things about this community were familiar to her. They had a lot of choices on their menu, up until COVID, she was able to have ultimately anything she wanted. They did some wonderful activities during COVID such as they would put chairs in the doorways of each rooms and in the mornings they would open their doors and the staff members would do exercises. They had creative ways to let people still interact while socially distancing. My favorite part about the community would be the care that they gave for the residents and how genuinely concerned they were for their well being. People came in and checked on her, the director knew our names and would greet us when we would visit, they knew my mother and her habits. They really seemed to be interested in making sure that the residents needs were being met and they they were well cared for. It was the best place we could of moved her to.

They kept us totally shut down due to COVID, until a month ago. We had zero cases of COVID, in about 258 apartments, 20 assisted living, and 20 memory care. The community has been great. The shuttle is nice due to it being convenient for travel around the buildings. The transportation will take you to doctor appointments. They have delivered every meal to us due to COVID. They have three restaurants on site. There are lots of services on site as well.

My mom in her mind needs little to no assistance with daily life, but in reality as she gets older and her memory declines she does needs some assistance no and then to get through the day. Even though Crescent Park is a independent senior living community the staff from housekeeping, the kitchen all of the way to senior leadership at Crescent Park give her the assistance, time, care and respect which makes her feel she is important and belongs in the community. Each time I am with my mom at Crescent Park I sense they all know my mom and genuinely care about her and are always willing to spend the time necessary to assist her with whatever assistance is requested. I, along with my family are extremely pleased and comfortable with mom living at Crescent Park Senior Living.

The community looked clean and well maintained while my family drove by the community. The outside was very well manicured. This community is close to family for my loved one in case she needs anything. The nurse are good about communicating with our family.

I choose to this community due to this being within walking distance. My loved one is on the first floor and this helps her be able to move in and out of her room easily. The community allowed me to hire a staff member to be able to sit with my mother for two hours each day for her companionship.

I would recommend Grand Villa of Delray West 100%. The people have been amazing. My loved one has found friends and she loves it there. My loved one is happy and that makes all the difference. The rooms are lovely.

This was a good place to place someone. The staff is nice and concerned about their patients or residents that were there. The food was adequate. My parents were part of the memory care unit and they would do activities for the memory care patients.

It seems to be a large, vibrant community. The only improvement I could see now is that the residents haven't been able to socialize during the dinner-time, according to my father-in-law. They were giving meals in their rooms due to COVID, and do have the option to go to the dining room. The seating of individuals at tables during meals seemed to be a practice to the pandemic. In the prior communities they grouped residents together to join at dinner table. My father-in-law enjoyed this, as he is social and helped him meet new people.

They are a wonderful and safe community for your loved one. We know she is safe and well taken care of there. We chose this community because we liked the looks of the facility, we liked the staff, and we loved the food. They were so friendly and so welcoming. They have so many activities. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

They have been very conscientious during the Covid-19 pandemic. My loved one's apartment is always clean when we visit. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. My loved one likes the activities they have available a lot as well.

I am very satisfied. They have been really helpful. They have a wide range of services. They have everything I needed for my parents. I would recommend them to anyone. My parents like the food. They have done a great job keeping everyone safe during Covid-19. They are very personable, they know all the residents and families, that means a whole lot to. I can not say enough about Fairwinds River's Edge.

They treat everyone really nice at Fairwinds River's Edge. They know everyone's name. I would recommend them to other family or friends. The food was good. They have a small deck out side for residents to use. The room sizes and layout were average.

Kind, caring, compassionate and professional staff. This place was a gem for us, being that we live out of town. We can't say enough good things about this facilty - from the food, to the rooms, to the facility, to the staff.

They are very accommodating. Room sizes are good for seniors. The food is good and they are accommodating to make sure there are menu options that all the residents enjoy. The staff goes above and beyond. It has been a great experience moving her to Grad Villa. I can sleep at night knowing she is well cared for. They have done really well keeping everyone safe with the Covid -19. They have a lot of activities. The staff really knows all the residents. The head nurse is wonderful.[name removed], the executive director is fantastic he has great communication with me. It is a small place not overwhelming. They really go above and beyond. Grand Villa meets all our needs. They put my mind at ease since I am so far away.

The staff at the Grand Villa West in Delray Beach has done an absolutely phenomenal job in keeping everyone safe during these trying times. Even before this the Grand Villa operation was first class. But I couldn’t be happier or more proud that the coordinators, staff and everyone involved is making the tremendous effort to keep our loved ones safe, healthy and well cared for.
