Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

We live in Lake Orion and were thrilled when we realized Grace was an assisted living community. Our mother lived in a senior living building in Rochester. It is beautiful but way to big for her to get around. She didn't get to use most of the amenities as she was afraid she'd get lost. When she started to need more and more care we realized we had to move her closer to us. Additionally the price went through the roof. We were worried she would run out of money. Our prayers were answered when we moved her to Grace. She is now getting the care she requires, is closer to us, is happier than she has been in years and she's spending about $2000 a month less and getting way more attention. We couldn't ask for more. The personal connection from the owners and care staff makes her feel right at home. Thank you Grace for giving us piece of mind that our mother is protected, cared for and happy.

This review is based off of memory care because they do offer assisted living as well. We chose this facility because of the proximity to my work and home. The room sizes here are very good. Overall, we have had a good experience here and would absolutely recommend to others.

They took really good care of our loved one while she was there, the community was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was wonderful. Our family was very pleased with the value, and the quality of the care was great, as well as the constant communication. There was a lot of activities posted to their board as well as a lot of residents participating in activities.

Liked this place a lot, and they would keep her in assisted living. Shared room is large. Memory care also good size and active.

When we were able to visit this community last fall, it was perfect, it was very nice. Before COVID we were very impressed with the activities they had to offer, and we would recommend this community to others.

The community is a great place, there is positive energy there and I felt safe. The rooms are average, the food is really good and they have a great variety. I would definitely recommend this community.

They are always willing to help, can’t do enough for my mother and that gives me so much peace of mind. [names removed] you are the best and thank you!

I recently moved my father to Dancing River. Both my in-laws had lived there very happily a few years ago. I was pleased to find many of the same wonderful staff members that had so compassionately cared for them. The entire staff has helped make this transition for my dad (and me) easy and fun. Due to COVID they arranged to have his furniture packed, moved and set up for him so when he walked in his apartment for the first time he saw his things set up like home! He loves the staff and the food, and we are grateful that he is in a community where the staff clearly has a passion for what they do.

I work in the senior living industry and have been in the community often. Every time I visit, I hear laughter, people having fun, and enjoying life. I was impressed with residents discussing with each other about their lives and their fascinating history.

It's a nice place to live and the people are very friendly.

I have been coming to Franklin Park for the last five years! I love this place!

Great location. Has better memory care and assisted living. Good Care staff, clean, very nice and smells good. Very friendly people.

I came by looking for my parents. They aren't ready yet but I wanted to see what their options are. Franklin Park is beautiful and seems to be well maintained. I was sent a video tour that I was able to share with my parents and siblings. FP is definitely #1 on our list.

My husband and I have been here two months and have been happy with our choice. We moved in during the pandemic which has meant no visitors from family and friends but all the aides and staff have been very friendly and helpful.

The staff and residents are great! They are all friendly and take great care of my great aunt. She is very happy here.

My grandma moved into Mill Landing after living alone at home. The socialization has been so good for her! [name removed] is her favorite caregiver. As a family, we appreciate knowing that granda is doing so well.

Like it. Unfortunately, could not see the exact floor plan. Mom is deciding on going here or not moving yet.
