Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

This community is very nice and the food is great. The staff is great and is very friendly. The community does not have a memory care unit so unfortunately, it didn't fit our needs.

I would recommend them to others for their loved ones. I'm hoping to spend my days here as well, when I get to be my loved ones age. They have a church on site, bible studies, and more activities. Everyone is super respectful. They have exercise programs and a pool. We don't have any complaints about the community. My loved one is always stating this is the right place for them. They sometimes will have tours for the residents to participate in.

Our family had an in person tour at Grace Senior Living and our experience was marvelous, the staff members were so friendly. The place was presented well, and since they were able to keep covid under control they allowed the residents to mingle with each other and eat in the dining rooms. The rooms were outstanding. The community was a plus plus, the management was very good and our loved one would of moved in here, but they only had assisted living and she wanted independent living. However we still have no negative about this facility.

I would recommend the community to others for their ones. I think they have taken good care of my friend. The staff call to keep us updated. The food has been pretty good. We have been able to visit our friend during meal time.

The Grand Villa really lives up to it‘s mission statement...”Looks like Home and feels like Family” We moved our “bonus parents” in last year and very shortly later the world stopped with Covid and Grand Villa had to lock down to keep our loved ones safe. They really went out of their way to communicate with us and to make sure the needs of our loved ones were being met every day. We had one in Memory Care and one in the Independent Living so I can speak for both areas and the level of genuine care and love they showed them during this past year has meant so much. Our “bonus Mom” was in the memory care and they were so wonderful with her. She passed in January due to her Alzheimer’s and they were and continue to be so caring and attentive to her husband who has really needed that during this time. We toured many ALFs in the area and you can get a room and food anywhere but you will not find a more caring, loving, creative, go the extra mile staff than at Grand Villa of Dunedin.

We toured this community and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was not upbeat and we wanted a community where my loved one could start living again.

This is a wonderful community with a very caring staff. We are so happy that we moved our mother here! We know she is being well taken care of.

We thought the food was great, it was a little bland and could of used some salt but that is normal. They have a lot of variety and its looks really pretty. Pre-pandemic they would have special events where you could bring your outside family for BBQ's. They had everything we were looking for, plenty of activities and through the pandemic they did a terrific job entertaining the residents when they were not getting outside visitors. There was a lot of arts and crafts, games and movie nights. A lot of things that kept them safe and yet still happy. Pre-pandemic they would bring in a lady who played the guitar to lead the memory care residents in songs they would know. so for example one week was all Dolly Parton songs. It was just the best place for our loved ones.

I have been a resident at Grand Villa Dunedin for almost 2 years. In the beginning it was hard for me to make the change and I didn't want to accept that I needed Assisted Living but I have made a lot of friends and love activities, trivia, bingo and bowling are a few of my favorite. I also volunteer to help deliver letters and call bingo when needed which is good because I like to stay busy. The staff are friendly and helpful, they are my family and I love them all. Taylor, my cat and I are happy here and I recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for assisted living.

The choice I made in early 2020 to move my mother from another assisted living facility to memory care at Grand Villa of St. Petersburg was the best decision I ever made for her. The staff at Grand Villa is friendly, attentive and compassionate, and all of my mom’s needs are met. I visit my mom 3-5 times a week and, when I couldn’t visit with her during the height of the pandemic, the daily email updates for family members from the Executive Director [name removed] kept me connected and informed. Through the tireless and heroic efforts of [name removed] and the entire team, the residents were as protected as they could be from the virus. In recent months, it’s been wonderful to see my mom and her friends in memory care listening to music, doing crafts and enjoying the indoor garden. If you are looking for an ALF or memory care facility for your loved one in the St. Pete area, look no further than Grand Villa of St. Petersburg. You will not be disappointed with your decision.

It was a wonderful experience at Gladwell Fort Myers and everyone was so kind and wonderful to my mom. Especially the nurse, she was WONDERFUL. They have a lot of activities for residents to participate in. The facility itself was very clean. When I get older I want to go here and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

We chose Peachtree because she has severe heart problems and it was only 3 minutes away from my sisters house. She is in independent living but they also have assisted living available. They have been good with communication and send me weekly updates which I really appreciate. The meals are chef prepared and you get a choice off of a limited menu. It is a bright, clean, friendly facility and they have a lot of things to keep the residents occupied. They have local transportation as well so for someone looking for something in independent living, this is the perfect place. I would recommend them.

Gave a warm fuzzy feeling as you enter. Well maintained. It is all about the resident and the many activities keeps the resident active.

While our loved one was there, they did give her good care. She did enjoy the meals at the community, due because of the pandemic they pretty much were locked down the entire time and had no activities. We do think the value of the community was well worth it.

Very impressive

We chose Grand Villa of St. Petersburg because I looked into review s and it really stood out to me. I also talked to friends in health care and they had parents who were here. They have exceeded my expectations. The director here is exceptional, you constantly know what is going on, they send our newsletters everyday and they call you back right away if you ever need anything. My mom is in memory care and they do a great job with stimulation. They have the residents doing activities all day long, whether its exercise, arts and crafts, swimming, etc. They are so tired by the end of the day that the wanders sleep through the night. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The community is very caring, responsive, and has a good ratio of staff. They are friendly and it is a brand new, lovely community. The communication with the staff is good. I initiate a lot of calls to check on my loved one. My sister though thinks they are good to work with.

This turned out to be the perfect fit for my parents. They loved it and felt they didn't need to look any further. They have already put down a deposit. Thank you for making this process so quick and easy!

The care provided to residents is 5 star. Very Thankful for the administrations leadership. Two outstanding Executive Directors that care very much.

The community does a great job with their covid restrictions. It is hard on our loved ones but we understand. I would recommend this community to others
