When our loved one arrived they were in pretty bad shape, and the people here have really helped turn that around fairly quickly. The activities are opening up more which is nice. It is a little pricey we wish it was less but we do get what we pay for and we would absolutely recommend this community to other.

In these times of COVID and employee retention and hiring problems grand villa has exceeded my expectations in caring for my mom [name removed] .I have much gratitude and thanks to the staff at grand villa for the difficult job of caring for the elderly.my utmost gratitude and respect to all the people that go to work everyday and bring kindness and love to the most vonerable in our society so in conclusion thank you

We met with [name removed] at 2 pm today and Fairwinds is the best of the two. The entire staff seemed to go out of their way to interact with us, even if it was just a greeting. Prices are in range for what [name removed]needs and when the time becomes right she will hopefully move into an unfurnished 2 BR.

Visited memory care staff was fabulous. Place was clean. Everyone seems well taken care of.

One of our Volunteers in Motion client asked if we would take her to Grand Villa to reconnect with a friend she has known for 43 years. We found it difficult to to call her so, we showed up one morning. The staff at Grand Villa was great! They made sure we checked in properly and followed all COVID guidelines and they made sure their resident was up for company. We were able to knock on her door and two long time friends reconnected. The funny thing is our client lives 5 minutes down the road.

It's a clean, friendly place. I think it's a little pricey, but really for what you get, it's pretty decent. I don't think my friend has had any complains, and he likes it there. He seems to be pleased with the food. Most of the staff have been great. A couple aren't as friendly as the others, but mostly they're all great. When we toured and when we moved in, they had a whole array of staff including the director there to make us feel welcome , and I thought that was a nice touch.

Nice and close. The monthly fee was a little more for the care my loved one would have received for the buy-in. The resident Managers were helpful and easy to work with. They were good at sharing information about other communities and what might suit your loved one better. If they would have offered advanced care it would have been better for the fee.

My tour here was very good. They were just pricier than other places I looked at. They had good facilities, with a jukebox, a room where residents could get together if not for Covid, and a movie theater. All that added to the price, I'm sure. I wasn't really sure my loved one needed all of that. Also the building was two levels, and stairs would have been a problem for him. But my tour experience was good, and I was really impressed with them. If I had to pick a place and didn’t have to worry about price, I would have picked them. It was a great environment, and the people there were very friendly. I was impressed with how cooperative everybody was. I know it's their job is to make things appear to be beneficial and advantageous, and they did a very good job at that.

I've been very happy with them and very pleased. Everybody is very nice and easy to work with. I think they're taking good care of my loved one. He's more involved and active, and talking more than he was at home. We've had some physical, medical issues and they're always right on top of everything. They always call me with anything they think I need to know. So far it's going very well. And I've already recommended them to others. They've helped me as much as they're helping him.

Our loved one has only been here for a couple weeks and so far everything is great. Bella Villaggio has a very nice living room, a big great dining room and a ton of activities. They have a nice big back yard for the residents to walk around. Our loved one came from a much smaller community so he is adjusting, but it really is nice and spacious facility. The location is very convenient for our family, and its very spacious for all the residents.

We know our loved one is getting good care there, the community is safe, and they are all have done such such a great job and always being helpful. From what we have seen the food looks to be pretty good.

A special thank You to [name removed] and all the staff I met at the Village. It was a very warm, thoughtful, all embracing tour. I loved the focus on food and entertainment especially music so readily offered at the Village. I came away feeling well informed. Very appreciative that the Village is there!

When we did the tour, the residents there said "look no further". My mom and her husband are very satisficed. My mom loves the food. She enjoys the residents and staff. My mom enjoys the outings. The grounds are beautiful. The apartment looks over a fountain.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This was a place that was able to go into at a reasonable price. I loved the staff and the communication was good with them. It would be nice to get a hold of staff after hours.

Very nice facility and good amenities. We walked in with no appointment and the Executive Director took us on a tour. He was very hands on and the staff very exceptionally friendly. At the top of our list.

Mom has been a resident of Grand Villa of Delray West for the past month. Staff has been extremely friendly, helpful and professional from the sales team to the daily operations team. Most importantly, Mom is very happy!!!

My Mom has had resident friends living in Grand Villa for many years. She once told me when I can’t drive , this is the place I want to live. I’ve tried to convince her to come back to NJ to an independent living but she refused. Recently, she had to stop driving and moved into the facility and is extremely happy with her apt, entertainment, and activities. She is socializing and always has a smile on her face. She definitely made the right decision.

We helped a relative to move in after research and deciding this Grand Villa is where she would like to move to. Since she has been there she has had nothing but good to say and is very happy ther of course, this makes us very happy. We would definitely recommend Grand Villa of St. Petersburg.
