The staff is more than caring to each resident. They go out of their way to help everyone. We have a new chef, and he is very aware of foods elderly need and meals are very good as well as nutritious. Dining experience is very nice...nice cloth tablecloths and napkins and very friendly servers. We have lots of activities from gym classes, chair yoga, games and happy hour....lots of entertainment by local musicians. Fairwinds is also a very clean facility and all staff and residents are very friendly. Moving here was one of my best decisions in life. I love it here!

The staff at Fairwinds Rio Ranch seemed genuinely interested in having my mother live there. Other facilities gave me a tour, and that was about it from them. But not Fairwinds, they went out of their way. The room sizes and accommodations are EXCELLENT! I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families who are looking.

I have been living here for almost a year and have met great people here. The staff really helps in anyway they can, ! I appreciate their hard work and friendly attitudes. I would recommend Grand Villa to my friends and family.

We will move in early next month. Our choice is based on the following factors, observed over several visits. We met several residents at meals and throughout the facility that were very nice. The staff are helpful and well informed. The meals we've tried have been excellent so far. They offer good activities, and the staff and residents seemed happy and active. They have many community linkages that provide a wide activity base. It's somewhat expensive, but high quality. They are nationally highly rated. We feel very good moving there although we do not know exactly what it will be like.

The moment we walked into the facility, my mother and all of my siblings, and I felt like it was home for her. The people there were absolutely welcoming and supportive. I could call them anytime I wanted from Montana and get a status on what they felt was going on for my mom. I said she was 94 years old when she passed the year and a half that she lived there and always had concerns about her safety. but the staff at Woodland Terrace was absolutely helpful delightful and concerned for her safety as well. So that was good communication, friendliness mom was able to make friends very easily with the other residents.

It was very nice at Fairwinds Brittany Park, but too expensive for my parents and the apartment we looked at was very small. It looked like a great community, just was out of our price range.

Good value for money, less expensive than others we looked at. Tucked away and private, quiet, serene. There is good communication between staff and residents. The apartment sizes here seem to vary quite a bit but I am impressed with the size. One slight negative is that there is not very much natural light in many of them. It is tucked away amongst the trees.

Our family had an in person tour with Woodland Terrace and this was one of our families top choices, but we went with another community only because the location was a lot closer, but we felt they did a great job.

Our family had a virtual tour with Fairwinds - Brittany Park and we felt that they had excellent services as well as communication with the stales team

I love how friendly and caring everyone is. My only request would be to limit sugar AKA desserts, juice and hot chocolate for my Mom! I am very pleased otherwise and based on the experience we have had so far we would definitely recommend Hawthorne Court to other families.

I would tell others looking into The Lakes of Dunedin that everyone, staff and residents was very friendly, accommodating and pleasant to be around! My loved one was here for a respite stay, the minimum time requirement for respite is 2 weeks. Another reason we chose this facility was because they take Medicaid and was more affordable.

Fairwinds - River's Edge is a very nice community for your loved one. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The move in coordinator is extremely helpful. Their staff is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I think the activities provide something for everyone, and they have a pool which our loved one really likes. The reason we gave the meals and dining a 4 is because sometimes our loved one has said the food was not good. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of staff members on site at all times, so I am confident in the care/assistance that my mom is receiving. They have several sizes of apartments to choose from. We chose the studio size, which is plenty big enough for a full size bed, dinette set and recliner chair.

My loved one has lived at the gardens for almost 3 years. There has been turnover in the leadership team but all of the new directors have been very accessible and the overall feel of the community seems better. They seem to be knowledgeable in their respective areas. They have really tried to rearrange and make the community better for the residents who live there. The residents including my loved one always are dressed nicely and look well taken care of. The community feels lighter and brighter since the new management team, and you can tell they are focused on creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for their residents and families. They have really decluttered. I am happy that a lot of the covid restrictions are lifted and we are able to visit openly and join in on daily activities. I would really recommend you go and visit if you are looking for your loved one.

My dad is at this place and my mom goes over often to visit. Very clean and modern facilities. There is ample staff to take care of him and they dote over him. My mom, who’s a super critic, couldn’t be more pleased so far. Also, the Doctor they have visiting is very experienced and practical. Good to know

I've been a resident at The Baybrook At Largo for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. There are plenty of amenities available, including a fitness center, library, and on-site salon. They take us out to lunch and shopping. They have lots of activities available every day.

It was a lovely place with very attentive staff. Beautiful facilities. I would recommend to others.

The leasing agent was such a kind and very knowledgable young man. The activities are amazing and look like alot of fun. a beautiful community. very neat and clean, no lingering odors. Something delicious was cooking in the kitchen. A super place over all

I toured Empress Senior Living and it was a great tour. The cleanliness and friendliness were both great, also. However, the facility cost is pretty pricey.
