Thanks to the Director of Sales at Bay Wood Senior Living I found a safe, comfortable, clean home for my loved one. Her hard work and dedication to the residents set my mind at ease and her knowledge and expertise provided the assistance and support we needed. Additionally, staff members are kind, the food is wonderful and the residents are friendly. Thank you so much!

I came here to visit and I must say it is very well ran. The community is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and everyone was really attentive to the residents. It was very nice to see people smiling and enjoying the community.

I am the Home Health Nurse for this facility. The staff really care about the residents like they are family. The residents are a joy to work with because they are happy living in this great place. I wound choose this facility for my family when the time comes

This place is amazing. I would give it a five star review in all categories.From staff to food..I visit a friend in assisted living and in memory care and all levels of care are outstanding. They go above and beyond in all aspects of care. Can't imagine a nicer place for your loved ones.Have to add that during hurricane Ian they opened the doors for friends and family to ride out the storm.

Staff was a 5, but now have longer wait time for food order to be taken and served due to dining staff shortages. Meals and dining was a 5, but quality of food changed due to dining staff shortages.

I have nothing but great things to say about Crescent Park Senior Living! We moved my (almost) 95 year old mom from a lifetime of living in San Diego, after she suffered a major stroke. Everything about Crescent Park has been a great experience from the facility itself, to the many offerings of amenities, the meals, the activities, the grounds and most especially the Staff! Everyone is wonderful and willing to go the extra mile to be accommodation and caring. They work as a team and have created true community for all, residence, family and staff alike. They have navigated the pandemic with thoughtful consideration and it has resulted in a safe and healthy environment. There is always a joyful vibe and they are always planing and preparing to make the livability and fun a priority. We are so grateful. I would give 10 stars if I could!

The residents are very friendly and accepting. The staff are exceptional! Everyone calls my loved one by their name. They are so responsive to my loved ones needs and wants. My loved one is demanding but the staff are very accommodating. There is no room for improvement! How can you perfect perfection? I love Treeo!

Moving my mother into assisted living was a very difficult decision, but we knew it was the best option so she could socialize and have more activity while in a safe environment. [Name removed], the leasing coordinator, was such a tremendous help from the beginning and really helped to guide us and give us a sense of peace with the decision. Since then, the whole Grand Villa team has been wonderful. They’re friendly, kind and compassionate. We’re so happy to have mom moved in and safe. She frequently comments on how lovely everyone is which is the best outcome we could have hoped for!

I toured this community. It was very nice and they were very helpful, just too regimented for my loved one's needs.

It took almost 4 years to finally get my mom to make the decision to make The Grand Villa home. Everyone did an amazing job communicating and moving my mom. All questions were answered and my mom is comfortable and getting acclimated. I can finally sleep at night knowing she is safe and well cared for. Thanks to the amazing staff.

Found Grand Villa West for my Mom .. I was immediately impressed.. The Staff is amazing.. The facility is spotless.. My Mom loved it immediately.. They have everything & more.. Good food, friendly welcoming atmosphere, shows , lectures, games, exercise.. You name it.. They have it.. If you want to be social all day long.. If you want to chill.. up to you!! Highly recommended!!!

This was a nice community. It was more than we wanted to spend. The community didn't have the availability for the room we wanted for our loved one.

While upscale, the community felt more than a nursing community than a home.

We recently moved our Uncle to Grand Villa of Saint Petersburg from San Francisco. I can’t possibly express how professional and caring the staff were there. The place is beautiful, and the residents have every possibly amenity imaginable. It’s was such a relief knowing that our Uncle was in an environment that he enjoyed, and was well looked after.

the deciding factors for us was the overall environment of the community - there seems to be a lot residents and staff up and about, as well as plenty of opportunities to socialize. We also really like the updated look of the community. We would absolutely recommend Treeo community to other families.

When I moved my brother from southern Texas to St Pete at the end of 2019 (where my husband and I live) due to his failing health , I really was so lost. But we found the Grand Villa almost immediately, read the reviews, visited with my brother and were immediately sold. Since 2019 I have been able, first hand, to say what a wonderful place this is. My brother is 100% happy here - it's his home with people he knows, the care that he needs and meals that he loves. The Villa goes out of their way to come up with interesting and new activities to keep the residents involved. The aides have been so kind. I have had many oportunities to watch their kindness and patience in caring for residents. I know [name removed](the current Director) has high standards and it is evident. He kept so many residents safe during the worst of the pandemic due to his diligence. Any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

From the moment I first stepped in to the lobby of Grand Villa St. Petersburg I was impressed with everything I saw and everyone I met. It’s been over a year since my only sibling moved to Grand Villa and I still feel the same. All expectations have been met. My sibling has thrived and enjoys a wonderful quality of life , while I have peace of mind knowing that the management and staff at Grand Villa care for their residents as if they were family.

I recently did a tour of this facility and really love how clean and inviting it was. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and management answered all of my questions completely.

Enjoyed a nice lunch and tour of the facility. Crescent Park is on the top of my retirement home choices. Beautiful apartments with everything I would need to be comfortable. Everything is new and and nicely decorated.
