The Landing has been great. The staff are kind and caring. My mother has been so engaged with all the activities they have there. She is so happy that she "has her independence." Our family is grateful because our mom is not only safe but she is happy.

Things have been much better than we anticipated at this facility. We had no idea what to expect. But so far, it's been a terrific experience. Mom is thriving here. She's extremely comfortable at this facility and loves it. She has from day 1, which shocked all of us. Her Dementia makes most things challenging, but the staff here is very skilled at handling those challenges. They're getting her to shower and to do other things that we couldn't get her to do when she was home with us. They check on her every hour and make sure that she has what she needs. The staff is very thoughtful in the things that they do here. I have nothing negative to say about this facility. They provide housekeeping and laundry services. They're organized. Their meals are very structured. They do a great job with medication management. They're very encouraging and have great activities. My mom is social and intermingling here, more than she ever has! They have a beautiful, large garden area that's secured for the residents to enjoy anytime that they'd like to. My mom also has a great view of it from her bedroom window. The head nurse often sends me pictures of mom and updates, which is really great. They keep family involved. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. I would warn them that the cost is high, but that it's so worth it to see the progress of a loved one!

I could not be happier with this community. I checked out quite a few, even visited twice at two other sites. Harborside at Melbourne is superior to any of the others I visited.

Mom and I toured Grand Villa on multiple occasions, each time we were treated with care and respect. Once Mom decided “it was time” to move into her new home she was welcomed with open arms. Not only does the staff fully address the resident they continually include the family and provide open communication and reassurance. The apartment is clean and bright and any concerns were addressed immediately. Mom is happy in her new home and the transition was so smooth thanks to the caring staff and residents.

For my mother in law, I rate Grand Villa 5/5 on everything, especially value for the cost. She is provided with everything / personal items she needs. And she is very happy there. We like that it's a larger facility. We have no complaints at all.

Peachtree did not offer the medicine reminder. The senior living side was really nice. The assisted living side is $3200, for not-so-nice rooms. The smell was awful.

It is a wonderful community. Great staff, great food. There are three meals a day. Breakfast served all day. Specials everyday plus standard menu. Also, I think they pretty much make anything anyone wants. There are no set meal times.

Our entire family were very impressed with the staff and all the move in information and assistance that they gave my father as he entered Grand Villa West. He's doing really well thanks to everyone there that helped out. Our first impression of the facility was that it is very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything.

Our family has been very very very pleased so far with Franklin Park at Round Rock. The staff members are always so open with us and we know everything that is going on. They are very responsive and communicative with our family. There are always plenty of activities going on - they have live musical entertainment and church services which is refreshing. It is a lot of money but for us and the care our loved one is receiving is worth it.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help as needed. They refer to everyone on a first name basis and really get to know everybody. So it's really like an extended family. The food is varied, with many choices / substitutes if you don't like what they're serving that day. They serve dessert at two of the three daily meals. I like how well rounded and flexible their meals are. The facility itself is very beautiful and extremely clean, with a nice layout. It's like walking into a very nice hotel.

My loved one has adjusted. We are quite pleased. The staff is well trained. The interaction with the staff is good. The activiites is good and they really do try. They are tryng to do an admiral job. Overall, the employees are wonderful. I would recommend to other families. The food is fair, and the dining room staffs needs improvement.

Mom moved from the Oregon coast into Washington Oakes in 2016 and quickly found she was “home”. Washington Oakes is a warm, caring, family home with all the amenities Mom so loved: exercise room with “her” stationary bike, daily exercise classes, Tai Chi, library, game room, many planned activities, and wonderful food (thanks Chef). The best part is the long-tenured director and staff committed to making this wonderful community a safe and welcoming home.

They have been wonderful. The staff is friendly and caring. The food is delicious. It felt inviting from the minute you walk in the facility. The residents are gathered in groups talking and having fun. My loved one has been very happy here.

Mom received the most comprehensive and complete care we could have asked for. Throughout a most difficult care requirement - late stage Alzheimer's - the entire staff was attentive, caring, gentle and completely professional. At the same time, there was a constant personal touch that showed they truly care for the family of residents, and the patient's families. I remember one instance when Mom was having a particularly confusing moment, and one of the lovely ladies took her hand and sang to her softly "Amazing Grace." Mom was immediately calmed and peaceful. My heart was overwhelmed with loving warmth.

Our family had an in person tour and while we thought the tour experience was great we just did not think at the time due to our loved ones health that it would be a good fit and we did not really like the set up of the apartments

From the time I made my decision to move to Grand Villa, [name removed] and [name removed] guided me and made me feel that the really cared about me. [name removed] knew my needs and saw to it that I received the apartment that I asked for. [name removed] came to my home and helped me select the furniture to take with me. My apartment looks terrific, in part due [name removed] sound advice.

Crescent Park is awesome. The executive director [name removed] and the sales director [name removed] goes above an beyond. For example, When they had all of the families down for thanksgiving, all of the staff members were serving the food for the big group. I have only seen the studio apartment, but for a studio it is pretty big. They have cameras and monitor those cameras 24/7 and that is really important. It gives you a sense of safety. It is kind of expensive, but they provide so much and it is a great place. I would definitely recommend Crescent Park to others looking.

We moved mom into Grand Villa in [date removed]. She has been tremendously happy with all of the staff members who make her days filled with joy and security. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] for medical support, and the entire third for resident care team personally care for her, and we know that she is in good hands. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] Insurance, that visitors are properly recorded and always have a pleasant outlook when we arrive and a positive attitude. Towards all the residents!

I came to this community over the holidays to visit family and it was so nice! I love that my kids were able to have fun with their family member and they were even able to see the Grinch come to the community and visit with residents. Wonderful in every way here thank you all for what you do!
