Leisure Care, LLC/One Eighty

I have lived here for two years, and there were a few issues the first few weeks under new ownership, but since then issues have been resolved. The new staff is kind and helpful, the activities run longer, and the maintenance and cleanliness has improved. I am happy with my home!

Love living here and have loved the new management company and new employees that have come along with it. "To improve is to change". Some folks are having a harder time adjusting than others, "patience is the road to wisdom."

When I made the first call to "A Place For Mom" [name removed] was so helpful. She took the time to listen to what our needs were for my Mom. It was a very stressful time for us as we needed to find a place quickly. She gave us great options to visit and every one of the places she referred us to were nice. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I honestly don't know what we would have done without "A Place For Mom". [name removed] at Fairwinds was so helpful and kind. She spent so much time with my sister and I when she gave us the tour of Fairwinds and answered all of our questions. She made us very comfortable and was very accommodating. We highly recommend Fairwinds Woodward Park.

My mom has lived in memory Gardens about 1 year 5 months. She was in another memory care facility for a few months and the care was poor. The gardens is wonderful the staff is beyond caring and loving. They are so kind to the residents and really helpful to the families. I had an injury and couldn’t visit for a month. The caregivers took care of everything and let us FaceTime every day . When I go visit I feel at home and comfortable. The residents are all out together doing activities together!

This community is one of my favorites and love the cozy atmosphere. Staff not only say they care, but you can see they care. I have toured several Senior communities in the area and found The Gardens of Arlington Heights to be the best. When you walk in, you can feel the love and the quality of care given. To the seniors.

My mother has been a resident at The Heritage of Delray for nearly 1.5 years come August 2023 and the experience so far has been great. I am there at least a couple times weekly to check on her, bring supplies, take her out and also to observe staff and see that all is well on any given day. I also check to see that functions are going smoothly and in the best interest of the resident. I have found the staff to be quite accommodating to my mother. I have no complaints so far. The recent buy out has been somewhat challenging it seems and there are new faces in and around as well as adjustments to be made along the way. If one has any experience in the business world it should be understood that things will come into place and settle down fairly quickly once new systems are up and running. Anytime I have questions I just pick up the phone and call or make a visit to the appropriate department head and get my answers right away! So far, so good even with the recent changes!!

Have always heard wonderful things about this community. The new management and name change only seems to want to make better what was already great. Had a wonderful tour with a knowledgeable individual and met the nicest chef.

It is very simple.... Dancing River is a great place that has great staff members. I would recommend this facility very highly to anybody. I have been very pleased with the entire experience.

I would definitely recommend it to others. And although everyone there has been great, the person who is the interim General Manager is the shining star. [name removed]went above and beyond to make my father welcome and comfortable, including coming back to work to get us checked in when we arrived late. I've had several people ask about the Landing and I have praised everything about it. My peers all have aging parents and are interested in knowing. It's very close to my home so easy to get to. But the facility is bright and clean and the staff is great.

We picked this community, because mom liked it best. They are very professional, and super friendly. They always address residents by name.

The staff at Crescent Park is exceptional, from the administrator to the housekeepers. The administrator impressed us on the first day, as she was out cleaning cobwebs off of the façade, and she isn’t afraid to pitch in and help serve meals, pick up dirty dishes, whatever it takes, the staff is all friendly and warm, and capable. I am enjoying living here and plan to stay as long as I am healthy.

They have fun activities planned all the time. Good variety of food. Pleasant. No smells. Bright feeling. I would recommend this to others. We picked this community, because my loved one knew a lot of people.

We had a great tour experience with Fairwinds - Sandcreek. We liked their facility also, it was just a little bigger than my mom was comfortable with. Their staff was very friendly and the residents seemed busy and happy. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions, even some we didn't know we had.

My loved one lives at Homestead at Hamilton. The facility is very clean. They have several amenities, including: a movie theatre, game room, poker table, library, and pool table. They are very good with daily reports of activities. The only negative would be that there's not much outdoor space. The Independent Living residents can sit out on the front porch, but nothing else. I think there is a plan for a future patio area, though. [name removed], the sales person, is great. He is very responsive and patient. The Chef and Wait Staff are very friendly. I think they try hard to accommodate the residents' needs (it's hard to please cranky elderly, at times!). I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

5 stars for every category. The staff cares about the residents and makes sure they are well cared for. They were updating the décor when my mother passed away, and were careful to work in such a way to keep the residents safe. They had good sized sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Mom's room had LVP floors and it looked like they were upgrading other rooms with the same flooring. I would absolutely recommend Ashbrook Village, It's an older facility but well maintained and staffed with caring people.

This place has been a godsend. My dad needed a permanent living facility in pretty short order after a couple of falls and some sudden health changes. I'd heard all the horror stories about big institutionalized homes, but this place is the exact opposite. Very small facility and no one is overlooked. They all treat my dad (and all the residents, from what I've seen) like family, are very attentive to his health issues, and they know their stuff. And on top of it the nicest group of people I've ever met. I'm very relieved that there was no waiting list when my dad needed placement; can't help but think there will be one soon enough. His care has been wonderful and I sleep well at night knowing where he is.

Our family had an in person tour with Grand Villa of St. Petersburg and we loved the entrance of the community. We also like the size of the rooms, the dining rooms and the different activities.

I met a lot of the staff and did a tour. I had a gal that I would communicate with if I had any questions. I also ate some meals there to see how the food was. Plus, it was within a mile of my home, so very nicely located. The place was really clean and the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

We picked this community, because of the friendly staff and residents. It's friendly and has all kinds of activities to keep people involved. I would recommend to other famileis.

The staff is more than caring to each resident. They go out of their way to help everyone. We have a new chef, and he is very aware of foods elderly need and meals are very good as well as nutritious. Dining experience is very nice...nice cloth tablecloths and napkins and very friendly servers. We have lots of activities from gym classes, chair yoga, games and happy hour....lots of entertainment by local musicians. Fairwinds is also a very clean facility and all staff and residents are very friendly. Moving here was one of my best decisions in life. I love it here!
