My parents needed to move rather suddenly into assisted living. After our family members had researched options, we chose The Windsor; our parents moved in recently. We are relived that they are safe and have excellent support and care. The staff has been helpful and kind. We believe our parents now have the opportunity to get better, to the extent that they can return to their home in several months. We have no regrets about our decisions and highly recommend The Windsor.

I was touring with my sibling and was well informed about the concept of assisted living and how it works. I was very impressed. Its a beautiful home they have. The residents seem to be very happy living there. Very good job Windsor of Venice.

The community assisted living was very run and very clean. The aid was so polite and helpful and with a smile on their face.

I found last week for my dad who is a veteran, they was hosting a veteran party, we was so impressed by how our great veterans were honored - very impressive we gave a check for deposit 4 days later

Enjoying the activities people are great and so nice. They take such great care. Of everyone everything is just great!

My dear friend {name removed} was not feeling very happy and hopeful last year at this time. We moved her into the Windsor late summer where she could have reassurance and care. Pt has been such a positive experience from the front desk, nursing, dining staff (although she doesnt go) and maintenance staff, as well as the in house PT. She is enjoying all the holidays this year and has a much more positive attitude. I am very appreciative and impressed by all the care.

The staff members were great, the facility was good, the meals were good and the activities were good and it was just a wonderful facility. This is a great community for families and their loved ones

The friendliness of the staff members and care services were excellent. The activities are really good, everyone is always kept busy and interacting with each other. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and it was not to far away from where we lived which was convenient. The facility was very attractive and looked very new, so it was kept very clean.

I would for sure recommend this community. This is the fourth place our loved one has been in and it is for sure the best. They have different daily activities for the residents to participate in. They have morning coffee breaks, gaming periods, someone who comes in and plays piano, they go out on scenic rides and even go out to dinner.

I live in the Independent Living Cottage. Love it here. Very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very prompt about fixing things if I need it. Food is great. I feel safe here.

Love this place and the people who care for my mom. Would recommend this to everyone.

We had a great tour with HarborChase. They were very informative and answered all of our questions. They were also great at following up with us after the fact. We just felt another facility that we looked at fit our loved ones needs better.

This community was not furnished and was being finished up. It just felt too cold and modern for the age group that they are serving. It just was not the right vibe and environment. The tour was really good and very informative.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice. It's been so great.

We absolutely love Heartis Yardley! Everyone here has been so helpful and pleasant to work with, the food has been amazing, and it has just been an all around a great experience for our family.

After hearing positive comments from my dad's hospice nurses about Legend, I decided to move him here. The staff at this facility have been amazing! Every staff member does their job efficiently and effectively. When my dad moved in the director asked about his favorite snacks and activities. She made a welcome basket complete with his favorite teams football schedule. The nurse is outstanding-very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The aides all do an excellent jo from dispensing his medication to cleaning his room. This is the 4th retirement center my dad has been at in the last 5 years. It is by far the best!

This community was nice we just did not need the services at the time. Our loved one was just not ready for this step.
