Our family is having a much better experience then what we had at our loved ones previous community. He says the food is like eating at a restaurant and he has a cute little apartment that overlooks the water. The staff members go out of there way to help and assist the residents when needed, it might not also be in the most timely manner but they are doing their best to be attentive and accommodating. We would recommend highly.

Not sure why people say such negative things. This is an amazing facility and they honestly care about your family member. I’ve seen other places in the area and this is above and beyond better than any of them. I know the emotions of having a family move into a place makes people have bad experiences, but when you accept the emotions of it all you realize just how much this place cares and works to help you.

If you care going to deal with a community for your loved one this would be the one that I would go with. Out of all the ones that we looked at this is a decent place for your loved one. They have activities like sing along, piano, movies and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

We walked in for a tour and immediately the place felt like home. Everything was clean, all the apartments we toured were clean and smelled nice. Residents and staff were so kind to us. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and found us someone immediately to look at the rooms. If you are looking for a place for your loved one this is it!

I, along with my brother [name removed] and my mother and father, communicated with [name removed] over a six month period to try to get my parents to independent living at The Regent. [name removed] was very patient with my parents when they tried to make a decision on a move to The Regent. My parents signed a contract in [date removed]1 with [date removed]r move in date. Unfortunately, my father's health took a turn for the worse on [date removed] and he was placed in a hospital and eventually a nursing home. The only unfortunate circumstance was that my parents were unable to recover any funds deposited with The Regent because the unit was not rented to anybody else during the month of November. I notified [name removed] on [date removed], that my parents would not be able to live at The Regent due to the health of my father.

We've had a pretty good experience and have been enjoying Meadowood so far. The best thing about it is how friendly and lively it feels, especially in comparison to other places we looked at. They do a really good job with everything. Both the staff and the residents are very friendly. My loved one can be a picky eater, but she's pretty happy with the food. She seems engaged in the activities. She can be handful, but they're doing a good job.

The community is very receptive and have available staff to assist with the residents and families. They are easy to communicate with. There is a good staff to resident ratio. Piano, music, and more are some activities available for the residents to choose from to participate in.

[name removed] assisted me and my brother with touring and finding the right apartment for our mother. My mother came to the Regent with a friend and did an initial tour with [name removed]. [name removed] was very kind and helpful. Several more appointments were made so my brother and I could tour. [name removed] Visited my Mom several times over the month to check in on her. I have never meet anyone with as much compassion and genuine care and concern for people as [name removed] has shown my mom and my family. I would highly recommend anyone needing to find a residential community for their loved one to seek out [name removed]. She will not only become an invaluable resource, she will become your friend. Thank you [name removed], you are a gem.

We chose Legend of McKinney because it was in the close proximity to where I live and also we had heard good things about it just from people we know in the area who have had their loved ones there. After our tour we just really liked it and thought it would be a great fit. I feel like the staff truly care about your loved ones that are here, they are very compassionate. We would recommend them to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was phenomenal. There were only two reasons we did not choose the Legends and that was one the traffic and drive time, the location was just to far away. The second was if our loved one was terminal, bed ridden or extremely ill we would have to move her to a skilled nursing facility and we just did not want to deal with that.

Sunrise of McCandles would have been our second choice. We knew them prior to visiting because we had other family members who stayed here and they had a great experience. My husband had dementia and could get aggressive and they were not set up to deal with that type of behavior, so we felt this was not going to be the right fit for him. But due to other past experiences, it is a great place and we had no issues with them.

The staff is very congenial and helpful. They go out of their way to help us navigate some of the insurance issues and logistics of being there. I know it's in their best interest, but they also do a pretty good job of helping us. By far, it was the best place that I experienced in the process of looking for a place for my loved one. The value for what we're getting is great. Really the only issue has been that she's not too keen on a lot of the food.

We had a great tour experience with Legend at Broomfield. For us, the location was too far away and we felt the facility was going to be too large for our loved one.

The fill in administrator did an amazing job, she came out to see my parents and just did an awesome job with them. My mom is really enjoying the activities that are provided as well as the food that is served. They have ambassadors and that has been the saving grace for my mom, [name removed] makes sure that people are being connected with and takes people under her wing. She does a beautiful job of making the residents feel very comfortable and included. My mom is happy and that is all that matters.

If we could give this community 10 stars we would, everyone always seems so available when we have questions, needs or concerns. The staff are great and they offer so much love and care to our mother, they are always there for the residents. We have been very impressed with the amount of genuine concern and care they should the residents and their families. They have a great amount of activities and sometimes the meals are a big hit with our loved one and other times not so much, but we do appreciate that they have alternative meal options.

Windsor Pointe is a well run and well managed community and you can tell the general manager there cares a lot about what's going on. Our loved one is really happy with the meals and activities, but the biggest struggle right now like every place is the staffing.

Every time we come to visit the meals and dining always look and smell really good. He is really enjoying the activities especially the dominos, there is also a really nice game room. We would recommend this community to others.

I enjoy living here. They do a nice job. I really like being able to watch movies when I want.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice community and newer. However for our loved one it was just a little to big and grand.

We love the staff. Everyone is so friendly. They really make you feel like you're part of the family. It's a very warm, welcoming, and inviting place. Out of all the apartments we looked at, it is cozy, but there's definitely still enough room for both my parents and their things. It's a very homey community. There are always activities going on. I wouldn't mind living there myself!
