From the first day we walked into The Windsor the staff members were just extremely friendly and you could really tell they knew what they were doing. We would recommend this community to other families.

The management and support were awesome. They were available to answer questions when needed and were supportive of the residents' needs. Overall it was a clean facility. The room was a little bit smaller than we had hoped for, but they did accommodate us quickly. And the room was was functional and worked out in the end.

I would recommend this community. I would just advise to shop around due to rent raises and things that you may need to prepare for. In general I would just be ready for rent raises. My father loves it and it did not take him long to get settled in and everyone there is great.

It is the closest thing to home that you will find for your family member. I love the fact that all the staff knows the residents by their first name, likes, dislikes, and it has an amazing setting. These all stand out to me. Plus the staff will chat with anyone that enters the building.

Legend of Allentown is a beautiful facility and I really wanted my mother to go here. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately they would not take her because they do not have hoigher lifts or 2 person assists.

Our experience so far has all been positive. We like that it is small enough that the staff members can get to know the residents on an individual level and care for them as individuals.

The facility is amazing definitely a place that take care of the residents that go there. Highly recommend it

We are truly blessed to have such a caring neighbor in our community. Their events are wonderful and the food is always delicious. The pecan pie we received from Legend of Lititz was delicious and was a huge hit at our family Thanksgiving.

My mom has lived at Legend of Lititz (formerly Signature Senior Living) for almost five years. The current staff of Legend has finally got it right! The dynamic group of women who "run the show" has created a caring, safe and fun environment for residents. [Name removed] and [name removed] work diligently to provide a beautiful setting and lots of fun activities. Any problems that arise are quickly addressed by [name removed] and her staff. The front desk clerk, [name removed] has treated every resident like family, and efficiently and sensitively manages the comings and goings of visitors and their loved ones. [Name removed] provides good maintenance of the facility, as well as sharing his great sense of humor. [Name removed], the med tech, actually saved my mother's life last year! Everyone shows kindness to the residents, regardless of their physical or mental states. We are very grateful to the tireless healthcare workers and staff at Legend for making Mom safe and happy. We are very happy with Legend. My Aunt has been living here for over 8 months now. The staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help my Aunt. The residence is always kept clean. My Aunt thoroughly enjoys the activities that are provided. Legend is tastefully decorated for the different holidays and seasons. I highly recommend Legend.

The staff at Legend of Lititz is so kind, considerate and caring. They take such good care of my husband. When I go on an outing, I know he's being cared for and not alone. This means so much to me and allows me to enjoy myself w/ my now friends. The building is so clean and always beautifully decorated for the holidays and throughout the year. My husband and I are very happy here.

Legend of LItitz has given me the opportunity to share my storytelling with others. I enjoy coming in to engage with the wonderful residents and ever so friendly staff. Legend of Lititz is always full of life and always looks beautiful.

I work for Lancaster EMS and enjoy working with the professional staff at Legend of Litite. They are always very helpful and friendly when we bring residents back to their facility.

I can't say enough good things about my new home. Everyone is on a first name basis, even administration. The caregivers are professional, but also very caring and loving. Even the "wait staff" are loving and caring. Meals are more than adequate. There are more activities and entertainment than we can utilize. Housekeeping and laundry are super. Maintenance and safety are number one. Suggestions are taken very seriously. I love it here!

The staff are very caring and attentive. Building is always clean and smells good. Staff are so friendly, polite, professional. It is truly a great experience.
