The staff is very helpful, friendly, and cooperative. Also the fining room help is overly helpful. there is also laughing and conversation-[name removed] is especially nice and friendly. [Name removed] goes out of her to introduce prospective residents. Game time is always happy and encouraging.

When you arrive you are greeted with a welcome sign with your name. Friendly, warm and personalized staff. My parents felt important and cared about. The facility is bright and festive. I appreciate The Wall of Honor which made my dad feel respected. Looking forward to my parents enjoying their latter years at The Windsor.

I have been here for almost 5 years and feel " at home" safe and comfortable. The staff do a good job with food cleaning etc. The only complaint I have is the ''poop'' on the walkways outside on algae and ponds.

However when visiting the Windsor of Ocala the trinational care sincere personalities of care to the people was so refreshing. The community and staff at the Windsor have been such a blessing to our family these past few weeks! The have made the transition for my parents comfortable and seamless.
