While waiting to pick up my loved one I witnessed elderly care at it's best. A resident who still drives came in the front door using her walker and carrying her purse plus two bags of purchases in a panic. Her car was flashing and she couldn't understand what was happening. The receptionist questioned her about her emergency flashers but she seemed confused and worried. One of the great maintenance staff walked by and suggested he look at the car. Two minutes later he came back and told her it was the flashers and he had turned them off. Another aide who was about to depart came up to her and asked if she could take her purchases up to her room, which she did. Three staff members, all from different departments, assisted this lady quickly with grace and respect. That is how The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch demonstrates the kindness and comprehensive care it gives to their residents. We are so glad we choose The Windsor at Lakewood Ranch for out loved one.

I was able to visit StoneCreek of Edmond and was extremely impressed with both the staff and the building. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. The building is clean and inviting.

This was our 2nd choice. There were long response times to our questions and it felt corporate to us. They also had small closets.

I was impressed with Parkwood Village. Everyone there is very friendly. The maintenance man even knew my loved one. I just really like it. It's clean, including his room. The whole place looks nice. They make sure he gets a shower and has clean clothes. They seem to be on their toes as far as care goes and are doing a great job. I like that they encourage the residents to get out of their rooms and participate in activities. He says the food is really good, which I'm happy to hear. It's not cheap, but the cost is reasonable and pretty comparable to other places.

One of the best communities I have ever seen. Very clean, employees are very helpful. [name removed] is the best and knew everything. People seemed to love her. Just overall a great place. Best ever.

After visiting several senior communities, we selected Renaissance. Beyond the appealing appearance, we found the friendliness and caring of staff and residents to draw us there. Mom's lived in independent land recently in assisted living temporarily. We've been so pleased with the care and commitment made by the staff in making Renaissance my mom's new home.

This is a lovely community. It is better than I anticipated to place my loved ones in. The staff have been good to speak to about my questions or any concerns I might have. There is a kitchenette in the apartment, and a laundry rooms in the building for the residents to use. The soap and fabric softner is already provided by the community. Some of the activities available include games, movies, outings, crafts, and more for the residents to choose from. They can stay as busy as they would like during the day.

Our family had an in person tour and at the time they had a covid outbreak so we were not able to go inside the community but the lady who led the tour was so nice and very accommodating. She was able to pull up a video chat to show us around which was awesome.

They were ready for us and made sure things were set up comfortably. [name removed] and [name removed],the directors went above and beyond to help our family out, they are awesome people and I would give them a 5 plus. I could not have made it through that period of time without them. We had a short experience but I would highly recommend Legend of Hutchinson to others looking.

I live here and have loved the food from the chef that has been here for over 10 years! Today we had chicken fried chicken and delicious sweet potatoes and fresh peas!

Renaissance North Tampa was a "perfect" place for me and my wife to move. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 3 years ago and I wanted to stay close to her as her needs changed. My wife lived with me in our apartment for six months and then moved to memory care, I am in a loving community and so is she.

All of the employees are excellent and personable. I had to go to a senior home and I am glad Renaissance was here. They all seem to care about the residents, I can't think of anything bad to say.

My mom is so happy here. It is not the cheapest but for what you are paying and what you get it is well worth it. This community is perfect for people who are having memory problems. This community is so perfect for my loved one. It is designed for her to age in place and that is what we needed. The location is perfect, the staff are great and my loved one feels safe it is wonderful. We searched a lot of places and this was the best for my loved one. It is made in a circle so my loved one can not get lost and this is amazing for my loved one.

The staff is always friendly, outgoing and respectful. My mom loves living here because the food is great and there always activities that she enjoys. She loves the fitness center, movie theater and bistro.

I highly recommend Legend of Lititz. They were great. Everybody there was wonderful. They were very friendly and cordial, and they tried to help in any way they could. They went above and beyond with the care. They were there all the time with my mom, and they were there when I asked for help. They're just fantastic people who really seemed to enjoy and like the clientele. And you could see it in how they interacted with everybody. They were very upbeat. The food was wonderful. They gave my mom whatever she wanted, and they offered food to me when I was there. She had a good time with the activities. I think it was a great value.

It is a smaller community that is designed well with residents in mind that are disabled or have memory card needs. They have kitchenettes in the rooms for the residents, and this is designed to have the residents go to the dining room and socialize with other residents. The apartment has a large living area along with the bedroom, as well as the kitchenette as previously stated. I was impressed with the community. They have community volunteer days for the residents to participate in.

My wife has Alzheimer’s so we decided to move into assisted living rather than move her to memory care. It was absolutely the right choice. I had my doubts that they would take care of her the way I wanted but they have exceeded my expectations. The staff and management act like they were called to do this; not just a job. I couldn’t be happier with how things have worked out. And while I don’t technically need to be here, it feels like home. I highly recommend Stone to Creek.

This community is worth every penny, they keep them active and busy in this community with all kinds of things to do. They have activities like social get together's, wheel of fortune Jeopardy and more. They also have card games and social outings with the other residents and my loved one is even participating in work outs. I also have been able to do some of the activities with her which is nice. They even come and get my loved one for the activities because they know that she will not remember to make sure she gets to participate.

My mother in laws friend who lived across the street moved here and she knew more people as well so she wanted to tour. When we came to visit she really liked the room and the overall atmosphere of the facility. She loves the activities. They play bingo, make jewelry, chair yoga, movie night, etc. [name removed] who was formerly the front desk girl is the activities director knows all of the residents by name and she keeps you informed on what is going on. She also does the daily paper with trivia, crosswords puzzles, and fun things like that. She is a great asset to the facility. I would recommend to others looking.

Regent Park was a wonderful place and we liked everything about it. It was just so expensive and way beyond our means and my loved ones means, so we had to find some place a little cheaper. If you can afford it, it's a great place.
