A beautiful building decor is brilliant colors lights on which gives atmosphere of daylight. Staff are excellent from housekeeping dining room concierge & management. I worked with [name removed] as beautiful inside as out so reassuring on this life decision. I would give 5 plus stars for rating

It was very nice. The apartments and accomodations were nice. I would recommend this community. They were very proffesional, and everything was well explained.

In touring the facility with [name removed] as I decided for a place for my aunt, I was welcomed warmly by all I encountered. [name removed] was especially attentive and informative answering all my questions. Rosewood so far is at the top of the list for my aunt.

I enjoy everything about Rivermont and appreciate not having to do many of the things I would have to do if I did not live here, living preparing meals, housekeeping, and maintenance. I have a good relationship with everyone on staff and I'm leading a Bible Study which gives me a sense of fulfillment and makes me think I'm doing what I'm suppose to do. I was out of the community for a couple of months and when I returned everything was back to normal for me and I've very grateful. I feel like the management and staff have my best interest at heart and I'm very happy at Rivermont.

One of the most caring communities I've ever been in! Staff is over the top friendly and welcoming! Every aspect has been thought of! Down to the last detail!! There is one area of health that is missing for this community...mental health for the residents.

Good activities, good food, pleasant indoor surroundings, friendly staff, caring staff. Diligent and pleasant workers who clean, and those who wait on us at mealtime. Opportunity for spiritual growth via church services.

The Windsor of Ocala is a beautiful place. Lots of caring wonderful workers who love what they do. From the outside to the inside has a wonderful warm feeling, always nice and clean the residents love it here. The residents always have many chores to do through out the day. Games, music, many activities they enjoy and love the Windsor of Ocala.

I like the people here they are all very friendly, associates as well as residents. They keep us busy and happy. I am glad I made the decision to move to the Windsor of Ocala.

In a world that seems upside down lately, it gives me such comfort to know that there are still people like [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] (nurse), and [name removed] out there- people who are unselfishly and unwaveringly committed to doing the right thing for others...simply because you care and it is the right thing to do. The Windsor at Lakewood Ranch and its owners, residents and families are so fortunate to have such exceptional human beings leading the charge.

I wanted to personally hand write this letter of love and praise for "all" you and the entire staff. Not only for the over the top care you all have given my mother, [name removed], but in everything everyone gives to the residents there at The Windsor constantly every day!

I am extremely grateful for the loving care that has been extended to my father. Thank you The Windsor staff for all that you do.

I witnessed assisted living care at its finest yesterday. I was waiting to pick someone up and a resident came in in a panic. She had a walker, a large purse, and two full shipping bags. The flashers on her car had gone off and she didn't understand why. The receptionist kindly said it was probably her emergency flashers and it was only the push of a button. Then a maintenance man came by and asked if he could look at her car. He was back within minutes to say all was well, but she was still upset. An aide walked by and offered to take her purchases to her room. Finally, she settled down and relaxed. All three staff exhibited kindness, immediate assistance, and respect for this resident. That is why we are so glad our loved one is at Windsor of Lakewood Ranch!

The love and respect that I saw from [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] were heartwarming. Others came to check on mom and showed their love and support and were always around with smiles. These wonderful associates will always have a special place in my heart.

Definitely a 5 star rating for all! My only complaint is that their treadmill has been broken since Dad moved in back in July.

Arbor House is wonderful! I have already referred some others there. I like that they have assigned seats in the dining room, and the staff is always so pleasant and easy to work with.
