This place is on top of all celebrations. Family type presence- clean, organized, cheerful, welcoming. They are very professional.

We did a lot of searching to find a facility for my parents. We wanted a smaller community with a reliable staff and found that at Arbor House. We love and support Arbor House and highly recommend it here.

Working in the industry and visiting the Windsor 2/3 times a week, I was able to watch their daily activities The Windsor is a place where Loved one’s feel special everyday. They are always greeted by name with big smiles. To me this is important. The food, which I have tried is delicious and prepared by their experienced chef. They have many activities and celebrations throughout the year. I would feel comfortable with my family member having the opportunity to live at the Windsor.

This facility is above all other and the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous :) when I was looking for a place for my mother I was looking all over the place and as soon as I met with Nikki I just knew this was the place that was meant for us.

The Windsor is a stand-out facility in our community. You never hear a bad thing about someone’s experience, the residents always seem happy and engaged, and their involvement in the local community is outstanding. Events like a Halloween party, the festival or wreaths and more help their residents interact with the people who live here and visa versa.

I love this Palm Coast community. There are so many planned activities and events going on throughout the day and month, the staff takes wonderful care of their residents, and the building is clean and beautiful!

I put my parents in the Windsor at Palm Coast 9 months ago… They are in their 90’s and have been married for 73 years… it was very hard for them to leave their beautiful home in Weston, Fl. But… they LOVE being there!! They have friends to do things with, they get great meals off of a menu in the dining room… they love playing Bingo!! The people that work there are like family… a lot of the residents don’t even shut their front door because they feel so at home… they always have a big party for every event imaginable… they decorate the entire building for all of the different holidays… my parents haven’t looked this happy or healthy in years… I am so blessed to have found the perfect place for my parents to live out the rest of their lives happily and safely!! I highly recommend Windsor of Palm Coast for anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their loved one!!

The Windsor Palm Coast feels like home the moment you walk through the door. Each person who calls it home or is blessed to work on the team has a smile that welcomes you. The food is great and the admissions people make you feel like you’re making the right choice for you or your loved one. Highly recommend!

I moved mom to Legends this year so she would be closer to family. There are eight of us now within a few minutes drive to see her. One of the things I am most impressed with is the service and food quality in the cafeteria. All of the staff is courteous, patient and helpful to all the residents. I would like to give a special thank you to Chef [name removed], he is always smiling, calls everyone by name and always willing to do anything to make the dining experience special. I try to eat at least one meal a week with mom and he always comes out to greet me by name and to make sure I get plenty to eat! I’m sure preparing meals for older residents who might not be in good health is challenging, I think the staff at Legends meets that challenge daily! Thank you for all you do for our loved one!

My wife and I were so happy to attend Octoberfest at Legends again this year. They had such good music that was an accordian player playing it! The food is always so yummy and we were so happy to be apart of it this year!

What we like the most about the Legend at Council Road is the quality of care the staff members give and provide the residents living there. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My niece & I helped my sister & her mother get settled. We are very content with everything. The food is delicious!! We picked this community, because price, staff, and friendiness. I would recommend to others.

The primary thing that made me feel at home was the staff. They are ready to welcome you and provide quality services you need. They have chefs that attempt to meet everyone’s needs. What I was very impressed with is the cleanliness of the residence. I really enjoy the quiet that enables me to function and think while I practice my artwork. My neighbors were quick to welcome me into my new home. The decor in my opinion is outstanding and I compared that with eight other places I toured. When I compared my living expenses at home versus the Windsor it was almost even which surprised me.

my husband resides at Prairie House for 7 1/2 years. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are definitely very kind and caring. Also the happiest home health were great too. They really cared for my sweet husband. I was very pleased with the staff and management at Prairie Houses!

It is very clean, they are responsive to requests, the staff is very friendly and caring. My Mom is very happy there. And she loves the food. Also, you can tell the residents are happy.

This community had the best apartments, dining options, cleanliness, staff and activities of any place we looked at. I would recommend it.

We picked this community, because it was not only cheaper but there was a lot of thought put into every detail (from paint color and lighting to order of activities to getting to know the residents). The other place we toured was institutional and the sales person couldn't tell us much about the memory care unit.
