They made it an easy process in a very difficult situation. I live out of state, and their communication with me is excellent. They text and call me often. They let me know if they change my loved one's meds. I appreciate that they keep me well informed. The care has been very good. Activities are great. I've been very happy with Legend at Rivendell.

All of the staff goes above and beyond for the residents. [name removed] has been fantastic to work with and made the transition extremely easy. The apartments are beautiful , the food is great and the activities are awesome. The residents seem very happy and well cared for at Atria McCandless. It has been such a positive experience so far for my father. He’s smiling, making friends and the happiest I’ve seen him in a long time. Such a relief to know he is in good hands and enjoying himself. Thank you Atria!

I loved the community and it is beautiful. This is a newer community as well. The drawback was it was a little further from doctors and family for our loved one.

I would recommend the Ivy to anyone looking for a good retirement plan. My daughter found this for me and I have been here a year! The food is great too! The activities are fun and full filling! Never a dull moment! If you come here, be sure to enter all the activities! We have programs of all types! People from outside come in with talent of different kind!

Our family had an in person tour and this was our first tour when we began our search and we thought it was a great experience.

First, I’d like to say that I am in no way employed by Rivermont, but an independent contractor that manages the on-site beauty salon. I’ve been a hairstylist for 40 years and I can honestly say that this location is the best place I’ve ever worked. The residents have become my dear friends. There is always something fun going on, food and snacks, outings etc. The activities director always has something planned. There are beautiful outdoor spaces, patios, and gardens that are so relaxing and peaceful that I take my breaks outside if I have time. They are currently redecorating with new carpet and furniture. Come take a look for yourself, you’ll be impressed. I’d live here if I need to, and would recommend it to friends and loved ones.

What sticks out most about The Windsor a San Pablo is the genuine concern and care that the staff have for the residents. I would recommend this facility to others.

After touring many memory care facilities, My Dad and I selected Legend at Rivendell for my mom struggling with Alzheimer’s. The Staff and administration is very knowledgeable, caring and respectful; all the employees have been very nice and helpful. They’re comfortable and easy to speak with regarding any concerns you may have. With that said the facility is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. It is set up and run well to give the residents some of the freedom they have lost so much of. They have done well to make it a home, not a facility type atmosphere. Visitors are very welcome and can comfortably visit there loved ones. I highly recommend them to care for a loved one. They are a blessing to work with.

Overall, I really like this facility and it's been great. They do a great job here. Friendliness is great and the facility is beautiful and always clean. I've been most impressed with the administrative staff. The food is good, great quality and variety. Housekeeping is good. Communication with the family could improve. I'd like for the doctors to be more communicative with the family, especially with medication changes and things along those lines. The overall atmosphere is a nice home-like setting. There are several common areas that feel just like your own Livingroom. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We've been very pleased with our experience here at this facility! Everything has gone smoothly. The staff and residents are all very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very welcoming also. They offer so many activities and even have an in house salon, which my loved one is enjoying. The housekeeping has been wonderful as well, it's been a great help! Meals and dining is great, my loved one raves about the food. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

It has been a really good experience. The staff are all friendly. The best thing is they really helped my mom settle in a nd paid a lot of attention to her when she first got there. They made the transition so much easier for her. And they continue to provide very good care. I would definitely recommend Arbor House. It's small enough that the residents get a lot of personal time with the staff. And they really seem to care about their residents and are kind to them.

The place is phenomenal and the people are wonderful. I would highly recommend The Windsor of Cape Coral to others looking and have many times.

I cannot wait until [date removed] I am moving into a beautiful new community that has everything I want and then some for less than what I am paying now. Movie theater, learning center, all-day dining, pub, care/bistro, fitness center, and much more.

This community stood out above all others we toured. It was clean, lively, everyone we came in contact with greeted us. Alot of residents were out and seemed to be very happy and engaged. They have many people working there that have been there many, many years. I think this makes a huge difference in the atmosphere. It was very family oriented and inviting. We will be touring again with more family later in the month.

I feel like we made a good choice with this facility, it's a nice place. I think it's the best facility in our area. The pricing is very good, too. The whole facility is always spotless and smells nice. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping Mom's area clean also. The staff is friendly and great about answering questions, they're lucky to have the staff that they have here. Communication with the family is very good, they use email for general communication and are great about keeping us updated about things. They're good about being proactive when there is a contagious illness/outbreak as well. They implement mask wearing and communicate that to families as well, so that we're aware and also prepared to follow the protocol when visiting. As far as the food, they do have a good variety. I think the quality could improve a bit. But it's pretty good overall. The staff is also great about reminding mom about meal times and making sure that she goes. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Living at Windsor Pointe reminds me of my 12 years of sea duty in the U.S. Navy. The residents are analogous to a ship's crew. The Windsor Pointe crew are family and talented.
