We love the Regent, staff and Party Room. This property is amazing. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for your loved or yourself. I'm too young currently - but I would move in today if I could. Great location - great food - great amenities!! Thank you for always being so accommodating to our Red Hat Group

Very pleasant place, warm & friendly

We have had an exceptional experience and are grateful to this facility. My only suggestion would be for the kitchen to keep a board listing the residents food allergies so they do not have to make requests at each meal daily.

No place is home, but this facility is about as close as you can get.

Excellent staff. Well trained and professional, kind and caring. Always greeted with a smile from staff. They take great care of my mom and I trust the staff to watch over her.

Visiting my good friend at Legends is always a treat from the thoughtful staff to the beautiful environment and ample visiting/activity space. Legends is a community I myself would feel lucky to join.

We looked at several places for our parents, and ultimately decided that Park West was going to be the best option for both of our parents. My mom needs a higher level of care while my dad is mostly independent. The Assisted Living was able to care for both of them and keep them together in the same apartment. Other places we looked at were unable to do this for us! If you are looking for a place that will care for your loved ones as much as you do then this is the place for you!

My family loves Windsor Pointe, and so does mom. I do wish there more food options for those who are on special diets.

I needed to bring my dad to Texas from another Legends facility in Florida and was super happy to find Rock Ridge close to me. He was moved from the Assisted Living to the Memory Care. My wife met with [name removed](Sales Director) prior to my visit and came home ranting and raving about the staff and the facility. We decided to move dad and the transfer process was super easy. We moved him in a week ago and we are extremely happy with the decision we made to move him to Rock Ridge. We had another friend who was previously at Rock Ridge and she loved it! Definitely look at Rock Ridge if you’re in the need of an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility! Most importantly the staff is ??????.

My father in law was in a Legends facility in Florida in the Assisted Living for a year. He progressed and needed to be moved to the Memory Care so my husband and I decided to bring him to Texas (Rockwall) so he could spend more time with his dad. We were thrilled to find Rock Ridge and just a few jokes from the house. We met with [name removed], the Sales Director, who is AHMAZING and signed the leased. We have no doubt that dad is in the BEST place in Rockwall for his needs. The whole staff is AWESOME! If you’re looking for an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility I urge you to check out Rock Ridge.

The staff at Sunrise of Dresher all worked so well together and were so helpful, informative and caring during the registering and move in of my mother. The staff made this difficult decision for me so much easier to accept and follow through with. I could not be more please with the way everything went and is still going.

I'm very satisfied with Renaissance. I picked this community because of safety and a responsive administration.I live out of town and safety is an important concern. Further, I was ably to find a beautiful apartment for my wife.

My father is at The Regent. It's very nice. They have a lot of activities and a lot of stimulation for their brain. There all kinds of classes, pre-Covid, that they can take and learn things about like geography or certain countries, there are art classes, they can Wii bowl or play pool, and all kinds of fun stuff. With Covid, we could not dine with him.

I was impressed with The Regent with the way it was clean, and the people look friendly. We dined there twice, and the food was good. It's large, so it could be an issue for people if they don't want something spacious like that as far as the distance from the place to get to other places in there. It's a little bit of a jaunt. It looked like their activity list is pretty full, and they seem to keep busy as far as what it looked like on their list. It would be nice if they had a swimming pool, that was one thing that they were missing. That would be nice to have, especially since he comes from having a pool in his own backyard. Other than that, the theater room is nice. He likes to watch movies, and he likes that environment. So, hopefully, the camaraderie with other residents will be good for him.

I would describe The Regent as upscale and pretty luxurious. The apartments were probably similar to another place. Overall, there was a lot more to offer. It's well laid out and roomy. They had bright red doors, and they seemed just cheery. The dining area is wonderful. It's very spacious, and they have a good menu. They also had a separate coffee area that was also very welcoming, comfortable, and nice. The upkeep and maintenance of the facility was perfect. I just met a marketing person, and then I met somebody who did activities. The marketing person was delightful. She was great and gave me good information. She was very welcoming. She asked me to come back for lunch and go to a movie, so that was nice. They had a wonderful theater room, a safe room, and a workout room. They had a room to do things like arts and crafts and a worship area.

I have toured The Regent and I really liked it as well. They have new facilities and it's just really nice. They had a lot more activities than the other places I saw, you could also get a garage for your car. Their rooms weren't my favorite, they were kind of odd and weren't near as big as I was expecting. The place was really nice and well-kept, I really like the center of the building area. I had a nice time during the tour. Their dining area was a little different, they have it set up buffet style so I like that. They had an outdoor area, it wasn't big as the other places I saw but it was nice.

I toured The Regent. I hated not to pick them. Actually, it was equal with the other place. I can't say anything bad about them. The inside and the outside are beautiful. The rooms were nice. They have a large one-bedroom. I looked at a two-bedroom also. The staff that showed me the unit was a very nice lady. They had everything from a physical fitness room, to billiards, to shuffleboard, to all kinds of stuff. The living atmosphere, from what I had seen, looked very good. They had a really nice dining room, too. It was very, very nice.

The Regent was nice. It had a lot of possibilities and a lot of good points. The staff was fine. I liked the apartments and the food was good. The person giving the tour was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I have visited The Regent. That was very nice and they were friendly, but it was just over my mom's price limit. It was a beautiful place, but it was just more than she could afford. The room was nice and a nice size, although it didn't have as much storage as she needed, which didn't help, otherwise, it was gorgeous. The facility was very clean, smelled good, and was very welcoming with a nice big open area. It just wasn't what we were looking for. They had a few more activities than the other place I toured like a library. It was a very nice and big place, and the list was longer for the activities and amenities than the last place I saw. The person who gave the tour was very nice.
