It is the safest place to be during a hurricane. Kind staff, relatively good substantial meals.

I toured as the guest of a resident. The staff are friendly, the facility is nice and clean. They have several areas for activities, including a theatre. They seem to have all the amenities a senior could want. In fact, I would like to make Legend of McKinney my next home.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legend of Lititz and overall the experience at this facility has been very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is well cared for and clean. There is a good variety of meal offerings/choices. Unfortunately, we have not been impressed with the Healthcare Supervisor. Overall, I would recommend Legend of Lititz to family and friends.

The staff at Prairie House not only takes care of the residents but also finds ways to bring families together at special events. Bright, fun, welcoming for all. And the encouragement to support the family with transitions is so supportive.

I virtually toured and I currently live in MI- looking to move in Sept 2023. Wonderful experience, very patient, and took the time to answer our questions. Sales Director was well informes and very nice.

A wonderful place to live. My mom is so happy. I don't think she ever had this many friends. All she does is talk about the Windsor. My brothers are so happy with this decision.

She was very knowledgeable on the community and gave me information on Dementia, which no other community took the time to do. I left there very confident and a good knowledge of Dementia and the community.

Toured for my son. I felt very comfortable right away. The vibe was so wonderful. We will be moving in a week. We stayed for lunch-wonderful.

I am very content here. Nice apartment, good food, good staff, good activites, nice location and wondeful climate. What's not to like?

I love the staff at the Windsor. The girls are so nice and attentive to my needs. My room is always clean and my laundry is always done on time.

Very friendly staff. Alwyas available to answer questions. Very clean in all areas. The resident area was adequate. Overall, it is a palce I would recommend to other Seniors.

We setup a tour through A Place for Mom. We didn't know where to begin as this was our first time dealing with searching for a senior living community for our mom. We were offered to tour a few communities and this was one of them. Once entering this community first its like a mini city. You are greeted by this lady [name removed] who has such a welcome to her she came out behind the desk and greeted us asking our names, where we are from and would we like a cappuccino or latte ! She then proceeded to take us in this waiting room. Next we were greeted by [name removed] who called us to confirm our appointment with her. She enters the room with this energy about her you feel like you have know each other forever. She listens,gives her honest thoughts which is nice to hear and resources for my sister and me. [name removed] toured us though the community and it was so informative that we decided not to tour anywhere else. Our experience with [name removed]and [name removed] made us choose Crescent Fields for our mother.

The staff at Legend, from top to bottom, is wonderful. They genuinely care about my sister's needs and situation. This is the happiest we have ever seen her!

The staff is friendly and attentive to residents at The Windsor at Ortega. The housekeeping is great, the facility has never had an odor even when the resident was bed ridden. The communication is okay, the family is informed of what is going on with their loved ones. The move in was smooth and fast. The meals are good, the residents get soft foods so they can eat it. I would recommend The Windsor at Ortega to others.

The studio apartment was perfect for my dad. The only downside is that it's not handicap accessible. His wheelchair couldn't fit through his bathroom door. He can transfer to a walker when he needs to go to the bathroom but for anyone that is fully in a wheelchair I don't think this community would work for them.

We toured Legend at Broomfield during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. Our tour was very good. Based off of our tour, this facility seemed very good. The cleanliness and friendliness was good. However, my loved one chose a different facility due to them having more excursions.

My mother is very happy there. Even tho she didn't want to leave her house. She has found some friends and enjoys visiting with them and the activities.

I recently started looking into the Independent Living lifestyle for myself. I will turn 75 this coming October, and was searching for a community that offered flexible services. My main concern was… Since I’m self employed and have worked out of my home for the last 43 yrs. How might I continue to operate my business by being away from my company and living in a different location? Acclaim Independent Living came to my rescue. Not only do they have Premium services but Acclaim allows their residents to continue operating businesses out of their living quarters. What a game changer! Acclaim’s transportation service is also perfect for me. Giving me ample times for doctor visits, shopping, or to just enjoy outings with the other residents. In deciding on my future living quarters Acclaim’s staff was caring in every way. Not only letting me bring family and friends to help with my decision. They went above and beyond in making sure I felt so comfortable. Thank you Acclaim!

Facility is very nice and the staff is fantastic!

In the beginning i was hesitant about living in assistant living but my 2 grand daughters came and toured this place they were greeted very friendly and when they walked into this room they said this is for grandma. The food, staff and my room has been great. I am very grateful and very blessed
