Looks like a very nice place.

My parents moved into the Windsor about 5 years ago and the experience has been wonderful. My parents moved from a large commercial assisted living facility where the management seemed more interested in money than their residents. Windsor is totally different. My father was a "difficult" resident but the Windsor staff were so sensitive to his reality and made him feel really welcome. Mom has been living in the memory care unit and has received wonderful care and she has thrived. I feel sure that she would not still be with us without the great attention and caring support she receives at Windsor. The staff are great. If you are considering placing your parents in an assisted living facility, you should visit Windsor before making a decision.

What our family likes the most about the Legend at Tulsa Hills is that our loved one is safe, comfortable and most of all happy. The staff is very kind to the folks. They're very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have nothing but praises to say about [name removed] and her team, who successfully moved my dad into memory care while I was out of town for the holidays. They put up pictures on the walls, made his bed perfectly, and made his new room look so cozy for him when he arrived back from the hospital. I’m so grateful for all she does, and the ways that she cares for her residents as if they were her family!

The care staff are so caring and friendly. The health director, [name removed], is amazing. I know she will take good care of my mom. Everyone made my mom feel so welcomed. She talks about they take such good care of her. The facility is always clean. The dining room is beautiful and welcoming. As far as the food goes, I think more variety and the quality could be better. I hear a lot about dry chicken or pork and mushy vegetables.

I recently have been in search of a new home for my grandfather. My grandfather is no longer capable of doing it all on his own. So I googled some places and your facility came up. My partner and I came in and toured The Windsor in Ortega. Wow! The community is amazing. Everyone we encountered was so helpful and kind. The sales-team was extremely knowledgeable about my grandfathers condition and what his needs will be moving forward. I actually left with more knowledge about the entire process. This is not an easy thing to deal with and its nothing I've had to do before. They understood my worries and fears and helped ease my mind. I have been dreading taking this next step and they just made me feel at home and at ease. We have not chosen a community yet...but out of all the spots we stopped and visited...this by far was the most inviting, clean and knowledgable.

The team and associates greet you with a smile and are eager to help. I enjoyed my visit and meeting the team. I would have peace of mind placing my mom here with the team in place. You can tell they really care.

I came in for a tour to check it out for my grandpa. The grounds are beautiful, the common spaces are well kept and the rooms are inviting. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. This community is definitely high on my list.

Wonderful facility!

Overall experience is good but laundry could be better.

My husband and I toured about 10 different communities that had both assisted living & memory care. This was our first choice in all aspects. There was a short waiting list.

I recommend Windsor to all my friends because of the compassionate care, many varied activities, delicious nutritious meals, medical care available in residence (professional medical oversight, X-rays, blood tests, doctor visits, medicine delivery), and it is visually a lovely place to live with a beautiful courtyard and pleasing decor. I had no experience with the award-winning memory care unit, so I can't recommend that.

The food & service is excellent. Cleaning crew friendly. Night manager at desk over & beyond to fix my blown fuse box.

I believe everything is outstanding here at Windsor Pointe. Food is very good, activities are also very good.

Windsor Point is a very nice place with many helpful people. They really seem concerned with all of us & try very hard to please everybody.

Our daily staff are pleasant and always helpful. We are able to go shopping and to other activities. If we let the staff know about doctors appointments a head of time they help us get to these also. We have a variety of daily activities we can do.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very well maintained and clean.

A beautiful facility in which to reside.

Overall our experience has been very good. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my mom's initial condition until she was able to acclimate and adjust to the new routine, and find a great apartment for her.
