The community is short-staffed like most other communities. The food is very good and my loved one enjoys it. Communication with the admin staff needs to improve. It is hard to receive return calls and emails from them. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

Staff was very friendly....and the tour was very well guided...the rooms were small, but the kitchens were nice...there were no balconies. [Name removed] was very helpful, but when I mentioned it would be at least a year, the friendliness vanished. I did not have lunch with, nor talk to any of the residents. It is a beautiful area.

My tour with StoneCreek was a good one. [name removed] was kind and informative. The Passion Program is very impressive and made me shed a few tears of relief to know that there are places that really want to care for your parent. It would be nice if the tour also included meeting some other staff. The studio apartments were nice, the facility was beautiful, and it could be a great fit for a more active senior. It is a larger facility, and I'm not sure that is a best fit for my mom at this time. The pricing was in the ball park of what we are looking for.

We are happy with our time at Legend at Capital Ridge., The facility seems really nice and we are excited to be able to get in and experience everything. My biggest complaint has been with the invoicing, up until about a month ago I have had to call them about every invoice and I think they could improve on their communication and I have talked to them about that especially during this time with covid. We have been happy with the latest director and the nursing staff here. I would recommend to others looking.

Make sure you get contact info and know who your contacts are. From what I have seen the community is clean. Communication could be better between the staff and our family I would recommend this community to others. I have the impression they could provide more care based on the initial care plan. Sometimes they overpromise that actual care they can provide
