It's always kept very clean and in good repair. Always have activities. The food is good. I would recommend Meadowood to someone. Staff and competent and well-trained.

We have only been inside Legend Of Lancaster once since the pandemic started, but when we toured it, it was very clean and very lovely which is one of the reason we chose it. The lobby looked very nice on the tour. They have been in their rooms a lot because of COVID, but they are doing their best under the current circumstance. Our loved one seemed to be very happy there. They have been sending our family weekly emails about what they are doing. They are having weekly themes to help keep the residents engaged.

This has always been such a lovely facility, full of friendly staff and residents! Some of my girls who work here just make me so happy and you rest peacefully knowing you're surrounded by people who really do care!

My dad has been at Windsor of Gainesville in FL for about 2.5 years, due to a stroke. Some of the staff go above and beyond, which is very comforting, especially during this pandemic. The facility truly does their best at keeping the residents active and in touch with family. We get emails often with updates on activities they are doing and with status of issues pertaining to covid-19. The facility has been really great at keeping residents and staff safe and healthy. They are very quick to respond to any negative test result; quarantining etc. We are in constant contact with my dad, and staff, if need be (which I think is a must at any facility). If any issues of concern come up we relate that to the proper person and they are good about responding back and helping to get issues resolved, either with suggestions, new protocols in place or simply easing our mind by listening. When skyping, I can see that my dad is being taken care of. He is clean, healthy and in good spirits. Other than hoping we can visit soon in person, I'd say all is good.

We chose Renissance North Tampa due to the price and the facility itself. The room sizes are adequate, they also have different options on room layouts. She has had no complaints on the food here and has actually gained some weight. The best part about the community so far is her being able to interact with other people. I would recommend the facility.

I get good treatment here. People are very good.

It is very nice, but it is very expensive. The rooms are nice and very homey. The food can be improved on, due to taste and variety. They have gone after several chefs and promises to improve. I feel that they don't know who their audience is. You are catering to the residents who are from the south. There is a four square mile radius, that residents know each other or are friends or friends. There is lots of take out three times per week by the residents. Anytime we take food to our loved one, the are excited to see "real food." Due to the virus the community is now charging a delivery fee for taking the food to the rooms of residents, since the dining room is closed.

They had lots of activities and trips and entertainment before the virus. It is an active community. People are very friendly. The food is not all that great. It is not that tasty. They have different floor plans for the rooms. Cost is a factor.

The nurse did a good job of evaluating my dad. They took good care of my dad. He was near end of life when he come to The Windsor. The residents were friendly. They have a nice sitting areas in the front of the community. The staff was very friendly and caring. I thought the price was good. Round the clock nursing was a big plus.

Maybe an option! On a score of 1-10, I would rate it about an 8! Just a little concerned about the sizes of the room options. [Name removed] was excellent with showing me the facilities!

I believe that the residents get the attention that's desirable for their needs. The staff are attentive, responsive, and helpful to both the residents and the resident's families. We chose this community because of their ratings, our background research, and our community visits. They offer the full continuum of care allowing for many options to chose from. The only downside is that it is expensive for memory care.

The secret is to stay busy and stay involved. Sometimes I give someone new that lives here a helping hand and take them around to introduce them to new people, and sometimes someone on the staff needs some help and I'm happy to help because it keeps my busy and involved! I think any place you are, it's what you make it!

The Sunrise community is an outstanding location for any individual that can afford it. It is not at the top end of the cost window for assisted living communities in Colorado Springs but it is beyond mom's funds even if she receives a full VA spousal benefit in addition to her Social Security. The facility is modern and well maintained. It is on a major thoroughfare. The grounds are fenced however, the entrance to the parking is open and the building in open access during the day.

We like where we are now at Harbor Chase in Palm Harbor. We were previously at [removed] which you recommended where the care got so bad it put my mom in the hospital. [Removed] kept firing & hiring new people until the staff had no idea about the residents normal behavior They almost let my mom die because she became so dehydrated that my brother-in-law had to rush her to the hospital. It has taken her a while to recover.

Very nice facility. Everything is brand new and well-designed. Good staff/patient ratio in the Memory Care unit. Staff was friendly. Residents were engaged in various activities. Shared room floor plan was a little awkward.
