This community is a good facility, the staff is very caring and I would definitely recommend this facility. The room sizes are nice, my dad has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. They an alert system in each room in case he needs help. They have a lot of storage space in both bedroom and the bathroom.

From what we saw this cleanliness of this community was immaculate. This is a larger facility and it offered a lot of activities and a lot of different variety. It is a beautiful facility, and the staff just seemed to be happy there. All the staff members knew all the residents by their names. What also really impressed us was the guy who was in charge of marketing was very personable and he asked us questions to really get to know our loved one. He really went above and beyond for us.

Rosewood's facility is small enough to be secure for the residents, but doesn't feel small with its large rooms and open spaces. The activities staff communicates regularly on daily activities and sends pictures. The facilities director, [name removed], is communicative and will answer questions and resolve issues quickly. And I am so glad the hairdresser is able to come in and give my mother the extra pampering she deserves.

My family and I have been very pleased with the care and safety that our Mom, [name removed] has been receiving. The communication has been good and we feel Mom has been handled fine. So glad things are slowly getting back to normal and that [name removed] is allowed back in to do her fine work!

For the past eight years, our ninety-six year old mother has been a resident of Rosewood. We have been happy with her care and the facility. The move from assisted to the Memory Care unit was very smooth. We are appreciative of all the extra care from the wonderful staff.

I visited Rosewood a long time ago well before the pandemic hit. I also visited other facilities but one place, Rosewood, was always number one on my list. It was a very very difficult decision to make to move Dad. It still is very emotional to see him on our visits. But, I have comfort in knowing that he is in a friendly, loving, safe and secure place with professionals that can help him. From day one [name removed] has helped us with any and every need that we have had. And the rest of the staff has been very accommodating as well from [name removed] setting up his Alexa to [name removed] helping with visitations and Shellie being attentive to his medicine and medical needs. I appreciate having Rosewood staff on my Dad’s team.

My Dad is a resident at Rosewood. [name removed] has been very helpful and accessible. I appreciate [name removed] patience and understanding. She really goes above and beyond. During the current Covid crisis, she has performed way beyond what I’m sure was previously her scope of responsibility. We need more people like her. [name removed] is gracious and kind. I feel more at ease knowing that she is involved and managing/directing past her title.

How does one adequately say, “THANK YOU” to those who continuously go above and beyond to make our loved ones feel so loved in a time when “distance” has replaced hugs, and masks hide our smiles. You thank GOD that HE perfectly placed a Shannon Tinsley at Rosewood before we moved my mom back in! Every time I talk to my mom, she raves about how nice everyone is to her, and that she really believes they love her! [name removed], you truly have the priceless gift of making assisted living feel like home for her, and that gives all of us so much comfort & peace! Much Love & Many Thanks

Great people, great activities, great maintenace, great food, great management. Should have moved here sooner.

I think this is a great community to live. I also think that the staff works hard to keep this community a safe one to be in. They do a real great job and are doing all they can to help out where everyone is in need and are very caring to everyone and very kind and loving when needed and do their best to keep out when needed for certain jobs they can help out with.

I moved in March 2019. Wish I had moved to the Regent March 2018.

Serves my purpose real well.

I have lived here for years in November this year. I enjoy my comfortable apartment and not having to cook or clean and many activities: Bible studies, crafts, painting, walking, Bingo, prayer team, piano playing, etc. A big plus = feeling of safety during this pandemic. Thanks.

I am 3 months residing here and still very impressed. Facility outstanding and very well-managed. Residents are well informed. I am 96 and feel well taken care of.

Great community. Very clean. PT have a lot of activities to keep them socialized.
