I loved it before the pandemic. Thanks to the great staff the care she receives and the facility. The staff knows how to treat residents with love. Now since the pandemic the best way to decide it is safe I can rest easy knowing they are doing everything possible to keep them safe and happy! The protocols are excellent.

Absolutely amazing how I would describe the Windsor of Lakewood Ranch. My 93 year old mother has lived here seven years and she loves it! My mom thinks of the staff as family and her family knows our mother is well taken care of and loved by the devoted people who work there.

This facility is so much more than I hoped for regarding my mother who moved in the midst of the pandemic. I'm impressed with how diligent they have been with keeping everyone safe and healthy. Everyone is professional, caring, and kind. My mother is so happy there. She is coming out of her shell. Asking for help. Being as independent as she can, and engaging with people like never before. She has a new lease on life and it's all because of the awesome staff at the Windsor of Lakewood Ranch!
