It is never easy to move ones parents into anursing home until one meets the friendly staff at Legend of Allentown. They are attentive, professional and become like family. When one parents passes one knows the care continues and they do special things to assist in the couple to individual transition. Food options are plentiful, activities multiple to meet the many interests and the fellowship between residents positive. Definitely was a good find.

We chose Legend at Mingo Road because of the amenities provided, the cleanliness of the whole facility and overall feel, and the virtual tour we took was much better than the other ones we saw. They also had availability when we needed it. The room sizes here seem to be adequate, they are small but it fills the needs required. The staff here really work with you as far as care for your loved ones, they are on top of things and call me when needed. Communication has been great. I would highly recommend them.

There are lots of activities outside of COVID for the residents to choose from. The friendliness, and the residents feel cared for and close to the staff. The communication is really good with the community. They send emails to us about the latest status on how things are going.

As far as I know and from what I have heard, Rivermont is a great place. They were and have been very helpful to us during a very difficult time. The person who is responsible for admissions, she came in in the evening to help my son hang pictures in her room and get it all ready for her. I would recommend this facility to anybody who is looking.
