Legacy Retirement Communities

Our family had an in person tour and it was really good but a little more expensive then other communities we were looking at. Also they offered a lot of amenities and services which could be great for some families, but considering out loved ones health she did not need all of that extra stuff.

This was a nice community.

We chose Legacy House because of the marketing manager, we really liked her and the fact she had been here a long time. It is a very family oriented place as well. The food here is great and they are chef prepared meals. She is in a 1 bedroom with a living room and kitchenette and it is good size for what she needs. I would recommend to others looking.

Based on my tour, they seemed very warm, and I liked them. But they seemed like a more high-class community with less comfortability, and less my loved one's style.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. The tour was well done and They answered all our questions also.

It's a great place. My loved one is happy there and getting good care. The people are friendly and the place is clean. The food is great. They have an executive chef, and she likes most of what they make. She especially likes the shrimp. Now that Covid is easing up, they're offering more activities. They have movies going on , they're playing bingo all the time, and they're trying to have more gatherings. I didn't give all 5's simply because nobody is perfect.

On site tour in Dec. Nice facility; however, my parents would need to switch facilities on the complex as their needs change. Very close to my house but I don't think this is the one.

the staff is wonderful and this is a beautiful facility, They do an amazing job keeping the grounds clean. The food quality could be better but my parents have a full-size fridge and they enjoy that. I would recommend this community to others.

There were problems in the kitchen for the first 6 to 8 weeks, but it looks like they finally got things taken care of. Food is better and better selection. Personal laundry is hit and miss, sometimes it is not returned until night time.

I toured this location recently. This is a beautiful property, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, in an easy walking location. They seem to have a lot of amenities and programs. I didn't eat there, but discussed the food with staff and was told most food comes from Sysco and costco with a few local vendors. I suppose that's what most places have to do, but I sure wish more places could have better quality food (although, this is restaurant grade). This property has a bit more of a business feeling than some of the others, but this does not detract from the warmth of it. Just plan for your loved one to pay for snacks and have to plan certain things more in advance than if they were in a smaller setting. I liked that the independent living and assisted living folks can interact, especially for someone who really falls in between these two categories. To me it's an ideal location, and seems to be a really nice program, but for some, it may be too urban or too large, but I'd say have a look for sure.

I like Legacy, but my wife felt it was too old, rooms small and seemed more nursing home than she would like at this time in her life. Its proximity to the newly refinished Jordon River Temple and its good reputation for management is unsurpassed. Surroundings are familiar and comfortable. Assisted living is the next building over. They are beginning to upgrade rooms as residents move out. I recommend looking here as I would have no trouble being there. [name removed] our hostess has always been helpful to me and totally dedicated to visitors. Prices are very reasonable in a market filled with options.

Beautiful facility with fantastic views, great rooms with views. Would be perfect for those who had truly lived in downtown areas of big cities with a hotel like feeling. I had no other negative feelings about staff or programs and common areas.

I thought this was a very nice facility. It is similar to other places that I’ve toured and it is on the smaller side. The administrator who gave me the tour was very good and knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions I had. I was able to meet with some of the residents and they all gave me great feedback and they even recommended the community. The facility is well maintained and clean. I would recommend it to other families.

My sister and I toured this community. It was nice,clean and they answered all our questions. They were more expensive for mom's budget. The set up just wasn't right for her. It was a really big community. And the location was to far for the family. We had to choose another community.

I toured this facility when I was trying to find a place for my sister and it's beautiful. I wound up not choosing it though for a couple of reasons. They have assigned seating during meals, which could be difficult. If you don't get along with the people that you have to sit with, they say they'll move you, but I feel like that causes friction and makes things awkward. They have prescribed hours for when the residents eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner so if you're late for breakfast, you won't eat it.

Mom is doing pretty good here. She is really enjoying her stay. She likes her room but the community does not offer hd quality tv you have to call and upgrade to that and between the community and the service they go through it is not an easy process. She loves the food, however, I would like to see an alternative to a breakfast if you don't make it down to the meal such as Ensure or something like that so the residents don't completely have to skip a meal. They do offer activities and mom is enjoying those. The staff who is wonderful very considerate and nice emails a calendar of events of which the families of the residents can come and participate in.

My parents are settling in nicely at the Legacy House of Logan. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to their care needs. I live out of state but my sister and brother in law have eaten there with them and they say the food is good. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate, but my mom is more of a homebody and doesn't engage in the activities. There is a secure outdoor area for them to be able to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. We would recommend this community to others.

My brother chose this property because out of all that he toured this one seemed to be the best fit. It appeared on the smaller size and was very intimate. It appeared that at the time there were only about 13 residents or so which gave it a homey feel. The staff was nice appeared clean and well groomed. The residence is well kept and my mom seems to like the food.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I am pleased with the experience we had. The staff where friendly and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. It was just a bigger property then we where hoping for in the end decision. I will say that everything was very clean and nicely presented.
