Legacy Retirement Communities

What really stood out to us right away was the cleanliness of the community - we specifically pay attention to that and everyone was in place and there was no fowl smells. The friendliness of the staff also really stood out to us, they are all great. The communication with the upper management could be better though, sometimes their response times are slow. Also the meals could be better, they are pretty bland, there are no condiments and they sometimes give them items they can't even cut with a fork and they do not get knives.

It's an excellent facility but they are often short staffed. I chose this community because of the location, quality of the facility, and it's a really nice place. They don't always have enough food servers, so sometimes the food does not always arrive at table warm, so they are short staffed in the kitchen area.

We had a nice tour experience at Bella Vista. We just felt the facility was too big and there was not much going on when we came to tour. We wanted a place that was more lively so my loved one could socialize.

They had just done a big remodel, so the rooms were more up-to-date, which we liked. But the person who gave the tour was a little less personable than at the facility we chose. And the personality of the staff and how that translates to quality of care was most important to us.

They were very helpful in getting my parents in. We needed a quick turnaround when one of them was getting released from the hospital. [name removed], the nurse, went down to both locations - the hospital as well as my parents' home - to do the evaluations. They were very accommodating every step of the way. The director was great about finding a room that we were happy with when the original room wasn't what we were wanting. And all of the services my parents needed, they were able to accommodate. My parents have two cats, and the staff even helps take care of the cats as well. The staff that comes in and gives mediations and things like that are very friendly and make sure to check in on whether my parents need anything. They help any way they can, and I appreciate how friendly they are. Legacy House of Logan has been a really good place for my parents, and it's exactly where they need to be right now.

I have lived here for a couple of years, and for the most part have been pleased with everything that goes on here such as: The food, entertainment, games, and trips. I enjoy everyone who works here and all the people who live here. I also feel that during the pandemic, all employees made the best out of a bad situation, from delivery of food to entertainment on TV. Thank You again for that time spent keeping us healthy.

It is a newer facility that has only been open for about a year now. They are having turnover of staff just like everywhere else is. great activities provided. Overall it is a wonderful community with friendly staff and great activities provided. My mother in law loves it here and we would recommend Legacy Village of Salt River to others.

Legacy House of Taylorsville is a good place. The facility itself is great. The people are friendly, and the staff is great. I just wish they were more attentive to each individual resident. My loved one's biggest complaints are that the food is served cold, and she wishes they would take her out for walks more.

Very spacious & well-maintained apartments; food is varied, well-prepared & tasty. Caregivers pleasant & helpful.

We chose Legacy House because of the location and also the fact that they had both memory care and assisted living, we thought we would end up needing both and we did. They are having some troubles with staffing but I know that is an issue everywhere you go. The staff are very accommodating to our wishes with moms care as much as they could be. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a really good tour experience with Legacy Retirement Residence, it was a very nice facility. The only reason we did not go with them was because the apartments did not have washer and dryers inside of the units and that was something we needed.

I'm thankful for the sense of security and peace of mind I've received since moving to Legacy House of Southern Hills! It's an extremely friendly and inviting community. The staff at Southern Hills are very accommodating and caring going and beyond. The residents are like family. It's a very clean community and I fell comfortable and safe.

I like living in the community. We need more things to do on the weekends.

Legacy House of Centennial Hills is an extremely nice facility. For us it was too fancy and did not seem homey which is what we were looking for. I have a friend whose loved one is here and they have had a great experience. It was also way too pricey for us.

appreciate the feeling of a family community - privacy when we need it - socialization when desired. food, light housekeeping, many activities, rides to appointments. a fun place to meet new friends and thrive as senior citizens.

I have lived here since [date removed] and I love my apartment. I feel very safe in this community and having no family, I feel very loved and taken care of. this community offers a lot of activities and there is always something going on.

There are doing well for what they are up against. The activities are limited but starting back up after the pandemic. The meals and dining setup is like a restaurant style.

It is a beautiful facility that is well maintained, the grounds are amazing. The staff are all super caring. The only thing that is lacking is planned activities for the residents, I know some things are limited because of covid but I think they could definitely use improvements. Overall we have been very pleased with our experience.
