Legacy Retirement Communities

The dining room reminds me of the time in high school, the cafeteria. The food was made by nuns--homemade and al from scratch. The food reminds me of that delicious food. Now I get more of selection, but delicious.

The staff at Legacy Village of Castle Pines is caring and attentive to my mom. I would recommend Legacy Village of Castle Pines to a friend.

The community is very clean and people are very friendly; residents and staff. We did have problems with medication in the beginning and was resolved quickly. Thank you to [name removed] and [name removed]. Every morning my wife and I sit in the courtyard and enjoy the beautiful weather along with the well maintained greenery. My wife and I enjoy the activities like the fitness classes and Happy Hours. The dining room is well kept and so elegant that its inviting to come and dine in. My wife and I are overall beyond satisfied.

Legacy Village of Salt River was over the top for what my mom needs. I would live there myself though! The facility was kind of new and they were still in learning mode, but they gave me a great tour. If you put down a deposit though, it takes weeks to get it back!!

I’ve lived at Legacy House for about 2 months, cant complain. I have a nice view of the community courtyard with landscaping that is well kept. I enjoy sitting out there and watching the day go by. Im not a good eater but I do like the food and the servers are always so nice. I go to bingo and I always have a good time, its win some lose some. The care staff have been extremely helpful, I’m still getting to know the all staff but so far everyone has been a delight. I’m satisfied with my residence here and my kids are too because they know I am safe.

When picking up patient after calling she is not ready. On [date removed] for example had slippers on not shoes did not have hearing aids in and was not in a coat. Usually without coat delays picking her up.

We toured Legacy House of Southern Hills and it was a beautiful facility. Everything looked great. However, the residents at this facility seemed less engaged.

Although the support staff is average, one stands out. She shows empathy to those she serves in the dining room. She's always ready with a comforting smile and the willingness to make her customers feel at home.

Most of the staff is good, there are some who could use an attitude adjustment. It would be a perfect place if everyone worked at the same level as management. I find the food too salty and I called for help with my oxygen tonight at about 12:30, it's now after 1:00 am and no one has come. It's a good thing I know how to do it. In my opinion, the graveyard shift could use a shakeup. I think [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] go the distance to relieve residents' concerns.

Our experience at this facility has been pretty good so far. The staff are all very friendly and know everyone by name. The cleanliness is great, it's a fairly new facility. The activities have stalled a bit (I think mostly because of Covid), but the Activities Director is really trying. Communication with the family is pretty good. I visit at least a couple times a week and the staff frequently asks me how mom is and if she needs anything. My only suggestion for improvement would be with billing. The monthly cost is inconsistent and I'm having trouble figuring out why. Overall, it's a good place and I feel like my mom is able to get the help/care that she needs when she needs it. I've recommended this facility to friends and family and will continue to recommend them.

The overall staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The care staff is helpful and responsive. The cleaningstaff, always take time to talk to the patients. The day time staff, get the patients involved and happy.

Everyone is nice. Too much turnover in the dining room.

After never having lived in a facility, its tough to say. I have no real complaints, I like the people and meals. I miss being able to cook but enjoy the food.

The facility is lovely, I have an adjustment from living alone to living in a community. I like it through. I don't attend a lot of activities due to my age.

Beautiful building. The staff was friendly, the rooms I was shown were clean and nice.
