Legacy Retirement Communities

All in all it is great. I miss being at home. This is the next best place. I really like living here and the view of the mountains from my apartment is breathtaking.

People are so friendly, the food is good, the housekeeping and maintenance staff are very helpful - everyone is so friendly and helpful. The salon does a good job. Recreation programs are fun! Great activities and services like transportation.

Legacy House of Centennial Hills is doing a great job with my mother, she is very happy here. We would definitely recommend the facility to others.

So far we've been very pleased. The staff has been warm and welcoming. Especially interactions with the front desk have been positive. They seem to be very accommodating through difficult times - AKA the pandemic.

I would highly recommend this community if your loved one is mentally sound and just needs assistance. The community is very friendly but we would like to see more activities in the evening and on the weekends. If your loved one is in the in-between stage of assisted living and memory care the assisted living portion of this community is not a lockdown facility so this might not be a good fit. The director is so nice and really cares about the residence here.

When you parents become unsafe in their home it is scary, and stressful. We had to make a quick decision for Mom and Dad. Legacy House of South Jordan Assisted Living made this very easy. The Staff was so great to get this set up, arranged move and was available to help with transition for my parents. I am so appreciative of their help, assistance and making us feel so welcome. My Family loves Legacy House and the Staff from Management, Nursing staff, Cleaning and Food Service Staff. Thank you for all you caring and making us feel like a part of the family of Legacy House.

I will forever be grateful to Legacy House for the care they provided to my brother. First, he moved into an apartment of his own where he had the freedom to function on his own but have help when needed. As his condition progressively worsened, they moved him to another area. This was much less invasive to him than having to move him to a new facility as he already knew the staff. Can't say enough about the care that was provided and the love the staff has for their patients. Legacy House was there for my brother and our family. Thank you Legacy House - Spanish Fork.

Our tour was over the top. We liked the set up here and dad wanted a view and he did get what he wanted. We like that they don't have to use their automobile anymore everything is in walking distance.The only thing we have a complaint about is the food here dad says it's like they take all the leftovers and put them together to make some concoction. It is spotless and clean. The staff is very helpful. They do have daily activities on the screens if they wanted to join. They raved about the Halloween party and made lots of friends. I would recommend this fantastic place.

This community is great and the location is very convenient for me. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. The other residents here are also very friendly and welcoming. Like any place you have maybe one or two people that you rather not associate with. From what I experienced thus far I would recommend this community to other families.

I highly recommend the Legacy House of Spanish Fork. The staff is amazing and so concerned about the residents and attentive to every need. The Cottage House for those with memory care needs is an amazing facility and the staff truly care about the residents. It is a home like atmosphere designed to cater to every need of the patient and the family of the patients. It is always clean, organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with this amazing place for those with dementia.

The memory care staff have been really good. My mother in law interacts well with some of the staff. The head nurse and the sales manager have been real good to work with and they are flexible. She seems to like the food and they are accommodating with her likes and dislikes. The community is very clean and I would recommend it.

My sister-in-law loves Legacy House. She has no complaints about anything. She loves the activities and the great service. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Food is excellent for a facility like this.

This community is quite small, I am not sure how many residents, but it is on the smaller side. It's just a little more blue collar. It's a relaxed facility, and we are very happy with it. Our loved one is just as happy as a lark here.

Generally the staff are professional and helpful. My parents need some of the highest levels of care that legacy provides and they like the staff and we find they are receiving good care and assistance. My parents were not initially excited to leave their home but now consider Legacy their home. Due to physical challenges they were becoming more and more socially isolated in their previous home but now they have friends and daily opportunities to socialize. They can elect to stay in their unit when they want privacy or meet people in the dining room or for activities or in any of the shared spaces. The care at Legacy is better and more Cost effective than the care givers we hired to come into my parents' home daily. We also saw a dramatic decrease in accidents and hospital visits since they moved into Legacy. Our parents' improved safety, health and well being has made us really appreciative of the staff at Legacy.

The staff is friendly and apartment size fits the needs of my mom. There are different layouts to choose from. They do have many activities for the residents should they choose to participate.

They do an excellent job but not perfect. Food is good, very clean, lots of staff and very helpful. I have cameras in my mom's room so I have a good idea of what is going on. My mom is very difficult so I really appreciate the good care they provide.

We get along and are willing to help in any way they can.

We have changed admin. staff twice in the past 14 months, but the majority of the hourly employees are gentle, sweet and helpful people to all of us! The facility is relatively new, just starting its 5th year! We all are proud of it and police trash inside & out, as it's our homes. The rooms go from efficiency to 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & and 2 bedroom with a sitting room. Assisted living is efficiency or 1 bedroom, with maybe two of the 2 bedrooms rooms. Memory care are singles with a bathroom!

Majority of the staff is amazing! The place is beautiful and has resort-like vibes. Those employees that are day to day involved with residents are the best. The one time the medical button was pushed, no one showed up. The food is lacking; a big complaint among residents. My grandmothers biggest complaint (besides the food) was the stains on the carpet. Overall, the place is clean but the carpet needs replaced in some rooms. Our experience is overall good! While room for improvement, I wouldn't still recommend it. It just seems to me for the amount of money paid, the food could be good.
