Legacy Retirement Communities

They have been very kind and good to be there for my mom with dementia. She’s not always courteous and kind, and is downright mean at times. But they consistently smile and are cheerful. Mom even mentions how nice they are. They make a huge effort to make sure she’s eating every meal, and if she doesn’t feel up to it, they gladly bring it to her. When she pushes her necklace button, they always respond promptly. I believe Legacy House is probably the best choice for my mom. I have been very impressed!

In the memory care center, they gave my mother AMAZING care right up until the end of her life. They were very detail oriented when it came to knowing what she needed. They loved her like she was family. We are so grateful for all the compassion and service that they rendered not only to my mother but to all of her family as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I have lived in Legacy Village for nearly a year, and absolutely love it. The staff do everything possible to assist residents and make their day enjoyable, and having everything under one roof (fitness centers, theater, dining rooms) is a great convenience. I particularly like the fitness and yoga classes, as well as jewelry-making. The residents are friendly and helpful toward each other, and Sugar House is a lovely walkable community!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem to know all their residents by name. They recognized Dad and called him by name the first week he was living there. Dad had an issue with his TV and we couldn’t get there to help him but after we called Legacy they sent a maintenance person up to take care of the problem. Every time we visit the staff recognizes us and are very friendly. When we have to go out if town we feel very comfortable knowing that Dad is so well taken care of.

My mom loves it there. I asked her if she ever gets lonely. (we moved her from Idaho to Utah.) She thought a minute then said, "No, not really. There's so much to do here. If I get lonely it's my own fault." She has a positive attitude and participates in many of the activities. I love it because the staff is always willing to help. They are friendly and kind.

Legacy is a very nice place. Friendly staff and very caring. It is very clean. Would recommend them hands down. I only gave a fair on activities as it did not pertain to my mother. But I saw they keep all the people that live there engaged with many activities. We love Legacy.

The person I was supposed to meet with was actually out of town when I arrived for my appointment. I was given an informative tour butwas unable to receive availability and pricing information. Was impressed by what we saw.

The best place I’ve seen so far. It looks like a 4 star hotel when you walk in. The prices are better than other places I’ve seen. Full size fridge and closets in the apartments as well as a step-shower. Close to my home.

My mother lived at Legacy Village of Provo for 2 1/2 years until her recent passing. In fact, she was the 2nd resident to move into this brand new facility. She had previously lived in the Legacy House in Spanish Fork, Utah. Mother loved living at the Legacy Village of Provo. She transitioned from assisted living, to enhanced assisted living and finally hospice care. Jared and the Legacy staff could not have been more supportive of our family's decisions to transition her care. They were especially caring, thoughtful and attentive during mom's final days before her passing. This facility is very clean, beautifully kept and centrally located. The staff works hard to create a family feeling for their residents. They know them well and call them by their names. There are numerous activities, performances, outings and scenic drives for the residents. [Name removed], their resident hair dresser works very hard and is a sweet heart. [Name removed], who oversees maintenance is very capable and responds immediately to every request. [Name removed] the resident nurse and her med tech staff are the best in the valley. [Name removed] and the staff at the front desk work hard to make sure the family is included and updated on all care decisions. Our mother especially enjoyed the Legacy Branch that holds numerous on site meetings. President and Sister [name removed] are perhaps the kindest, most thoughtful hardworking angels on this planet. Their commitment to the residents and Legacy is unmatched. Our family can not say enough positive things about this facility.

This facility offers a nice environment and my Mother feels very safe and secure here. The community fits her perfectly and she likes it. The staff here is wonderful and I have no complaints. For activities, they have bus trips around town, bingo nights, and movie nights. My mom even likes that they have an in-house stylist. I would recommend this community to other families.

A Place for Mom really helped me in my search for a place for my loved one. They definitely made this easier than it could have been. This place is fantastic and father loves it. The layout of the facility is great compared to other places that I have seen. It is more spacious, there are two elevators, his room is small but it’s laid out better with a huge bathroom and swinging door. They have good maintenance and housekeeping, a huge spacious excellent dining area, and fantastic food. The staff here is friendly, helpful, and just perfect. There are a lot of conversation rooms and open areas at the end of the corridors. The architecture is just brilliantly done for people to get around. People who use walkers or wheelchairs need big hallways. They definitely have ease getting around here. There are not traffic jams with walkers. I definitely recommend this location.

Loved, Loved, Loved this place! 15 residents for memory care, which I like the smaller ratio of residents to staff and they are in the process of updating the dining, activity room and kitchen area which sounds delightful

We like that staff and the care from this community. We like the cleanliness and it is beautiful. The activities are offered for her to participate with the other residents. We know that she is in excellent care. The menu of the meals is very good with a nice variety of healthy meals. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We are all very satisfied with my loved one's stay so far. Even though he has had some difficulty leaving home,the staff are great and the facility is very well maintained. We also appreciate the fact that it's so convenient for the family, location wise, and that it is a brand new facility. Overall, everything is going so well that it seems like this move wasn't meant to happen!

I thought they representative was very upbeat, personable, and great when giving us the tour. However we kept returning to a different community.

My loved one is very happy with this facility. It is absolutely beautiful! The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. There are plenty of activities offered to my loved one, and she gets plenty of healthy options to eat. I would definitely recommend this facility!

The care at this community is good. I like knowing that my mom is in a good clean community that she enjoys. The menu is very appealing and she seems to enjoy the variety. They offer a lot of nice activities. We would recommend this community to other families for good care with a good value for loved ones.

So far our experience with Legacy House of Centennial Hills has been a very positive one! It's a brand new facility, and everything looks very nice! But really the best part of the whole experience has been the staff. From the front desk, to the dining room, to the care staff every one has been friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They really make you feel like you belong!

This is a great community. The staff is outstanding and attentive and caring. The community is always clean and maintained. The activities. The community stood out due to the staff made you feel comfortable and it seems like a nice resort and not a nursing facility. We would recommend this community to other families for the great care and value for a loved one.
