One reason we chose Brookdale Voorhees was because of its smaller size. It is only 2 stories and looks residential, rather than commercial, from the outside. There are only about 80 residents, so most everyone knows most everyone else. It truly has a family feel. Folks are friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. The quoted price was attractive compared to a number of other South Jersey facilities we checked, but there is a caveat. The final monthly cost will be based on the level of assistance your loved one requires. The level of assistance required will be determined by a nurse from the facility after the nurse assesses your loved one. Family and friends can visit most any time and visitors sign in upon entering. It has only been about a week and a half since we moved Mom in but so far so good. She is encouraged to be active and we appreciate that. We would recommend Brookdale Voorhees. Thank you.

So far, we have had a pretty good experience with Cold Spring Commons. The staff is caring and attentive and they seem to genuinely care about the residents. The facility is clean and well decorated and seems to be well maintained.

We did find this place for my Husband and it is going much better than it was. Things are going well there and so far we do not have any problems or complaints with the facility. Things are going well.

Things are going okay. She is getting settled in and the staff is really nice there. Mom appreciates being surrounded by her own things as opposed to someone else's. We are very comfortable having her at Brookdale.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community the seemed like a slightly better fit, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I considered this location, as I was looking for options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice place. Their pricing structure was not really ideal for the amount of care my loved one needed. This just didn't appear to be a good match for us.

This facility is very impressive. It is brand new so everything is clean and modern. The food is good and the open dining arrrangement (any meal you want any time of day) is a plus. The staff was friendly and attentive. The apartments are very good size and bright and cheery. The only drawback is the cost, which is rather high for someone of limited means as my mother.

It's a good facility. Everyone is very good there. Being brand new they are still working out some of the kinks. Overall it has been a very good experience. The meals are very good. The facility is always very clean and well kept. There are no odors. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Audrey was absolutely wonderful! This being the younger of all the establishment had some charming pluses. It was very clean (immaculate), the staff was kind, attentive to patients and made eye-to-eye contact. I found dinner to be outstanding and knowing that all meals are made to order from 7 am to 7 pm was a plus for them as well.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The Residence at Watertown Square seemed like a very nice place, overall! The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff were exceedingly friendly.

I would recommend the Traditions of Dedham. It is a nice facility. I am very comfortable here. It is clean. The staff and the residents are very friendly. This is a nice community. It's been a positive experience.

Nice facility. Clean & well maintained. Told renovations are being done over next couple of months. Residents looked well cared for. Staff knew them by name. Also met with memory care staff. Was a clean facility. Nice rooms & common areas were clean & well maintained. Took plenty of time for tour & to answer my questions. Only drawback is the facility does not accept Medicare. We have resources but not unlimited resources.

Our experience with Brookdale Marlton Crossing has been a good one! We're very satisfied, we've only had a few minor issues here and there, and issues we did have were addressed immediately!

They were lovely and beautiful to work with, I think she would have liked it there. However we never made it there because my loved one passed away, and while I am sure they legally are not obligated to, it would have been a nice gesture to get some of the money we put down, back, since she never got to go there. I haven't asked or pushed the issue, I am sure they are within their legal right, it just would have been nice.

I know its not there fault but the only flaw we have found is that everyone there is low functioning, and my mom is more high functioning. She has difficulty finding someone to talk with there. The employees are really friendly and kind, they treat my mother well. As for Activities there didn't seem to be many activities available but my mother didn't show interests in joining in as well. Also in the afternoon there is quiet time.

Very nice facility. Debi was very welcoming and informative. Toured with another friend whose husband has Alzheimers. Pricing structure leavesme a bit wary. Too much room for un expected rate increases. Will explore again.

I toured this community when I was looking into care options for a loved one. I actually toured a few different Emeritus communities, and I was impressed by the overall quality of all of their facilities that I saw. This community was well maintained, and I liked their policy about upgrading and renovating the rooms that new residents move into. I didn't end up selecting this specific Emeritus community due to location and logistics, but it was definitely somewhere I'd recommend looking into for other families.

Everything has been good here so far! It's a nice looking place, they keep it very clean, and the aides are all friendly and professional! The main complaint I've heard is that the food could be better. They don't have much variety, and they could use more options for their diabetic residents.

It's going good so far. I'm happy with it. We haven't had any concerns.
