I am happy with the care that my father is getting with a great staff. He is happy with the meals and the variety. His room is very comfortable for him in this studio he lives in. He enjoys being able to enjoy the garden and the outdoor environment . We would recommend the care and value to other families.

I was very impressed with my tour of this community. Everything went very well, and we visited this community a couple. This was one of our top picks, it is very nice community. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and informative. They provide their residents with good care, and that was very important to us. We found a community that was closer to us, but this a nice community.

I really enjoyed my tour of this community. This a nice community with friendly people. The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. I was informed of new information I didn't know about regarding Alzheimer's. Everything looked great. You can tell they do a good job with the cleanliness of the place. Overall it was a good experience.

This is a beautiful community and I was impressed. This community cost a little more than we could afford. The people I met were fantastic and the community was clean. I would move in if I could.

The staff is great and my loved one really feels like they are at home. My loved one really enjoys being involved with the activities. The only thing that my loved one does not like is the food. They do not give enough and it can use work on the variety. The community is always clean and neat.

It's been 17 days and so far so good. As a result of Dad's advancing dementia, he had experienced several violent episodes at home. Within the structured assisted living environment of The Residence, there have been no recurrences of such behavior. Another facility nearby wouldn't take him at all, and another facility wanted to place him in a memory unit locked ward. Since Dad has not been a wanderer, assisted living appears to have been the right choice. It's been quite a relief for the family to see him safe, well adjusted and cared for.

The community is in a good area. The staff was great at answering all questions. I feel that they went into depth when asking about the financial part of it all. They worked with us. The community was clean and neat when I arrived.

The staff here was nice when I took my tour, but they could have done a better job at explaining things to me about the community. I liked the layout of the place though and would recommend them to friends.

It has been a great experience for my grandmother here at this community. They have a lovely staff, we know she being cared for well here. They do a good job keeping the community nice and clean. This community looks great. They have nice activities daily. She is pleased with the meals. We are very pleased with her move here. I would recommend this community it is a nice place.

I liked this community at the time and I wanted my dad to come here. After realizing the geography, it was going to be distant from family. I felt this place no different than other places. I had a short tour and I saw nice staff and a clean facility. It was a good visit.

My questions were answered, and they were very knowledgeable. It was a great experience. They offer nice activities and good food. This is lovely community.

My tour of this community was a good one. The community looked well-kept. From what I saw everything appeared to be neat and tidy. The staff that I came across was kind and courteous. This is a nice community, everybody was very nice. It was a good experience.

It has been an okay experience for my father here at this community. The upper management of the community are a bit abrasive at times. Also their prescription management needs improvements. Other than those issues, it is a nice looking community. The care staff is good. There are nice activities and good food available. They need to improvement on their upper management abrasiveness, and the prescription management.

My father is doing okay here at this community. He recently returned for rehab back to the community. He is doing okay so far. It is a nice and clean, everything is very well maintained. The staff for the most part have helpful and kind. I know he is in safe community. I'am hoping with some more time he becomes more comfortable. It is still a work in progress, but this is a community I would recommend.

I ENJOY LIVING AT THE HEARTH

The Residence at Watertown Square was a clean and up-kept community. I was received with friendly staff and a smart tour guide. The community unfortunately did not meet our needs but it was very nice. Nurse care and complimentary transportation was available. I would recommend a tour of the community to families in search of a good community.

The food is good and they are willing to make my mom something else if she does not like the food she receives. The grounds are well maintained and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community. She likes to play bingo and other cards games.

I'am very pleased with this community and everything they have done for us. My mother is doing pretty well here. It is a nice looking community, they a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is good, my only concern has been that there aren't much of a night staff. We are working with the director to fix that. She is trying a few of the activities they offer. She is pleased with the food. Overall everything is working out well and I would recommend this community.

I have lived at The Residence at Pearl Street for 2 1/2 years. I really enjoy living here. It feels like a family here. The other residents are nice and friendly. There is always something to do and they have great entertainment 2 to 3 times a week. I would definitely recommend Pearl St.
