Very nice. My questions were answered and alot information was given to me. I liked what I saw walking through the halls and viewing the sample rooms. It was bigger than I thought, but with a warm, homey atmosphere. Christina was very easy to talk to.

Nice place with very caring staff, a little less luxurious than some of the others and we thought it would be a better fit for my inlaws. We were hoping a placement here would work out but they didn't feel our inlaws were quite the right fit.

Visited on [date removed].Staff very warm and welcoming. answered all my questions and concerns. Will follow up in the next day or two.

This community is very transparent with their intentions and on policies and procedures. And I appreciate that. Mom like it here it is nice and clean. They do here laundry 1x a week. The food is good and she is joining in the daily activities. This is close to my house, She loves her little 1 bedroom suite. I would recommend this community depending on the level of care you need.

I took a tour here when looking for a place for my mom and it was very nice. It was one of the places that I would’ve put my mom but ultimately the location wasn’t what we wanted. The facility looked very nice, it was kept clean, and it was just top notch. The price was roughly the same as it would be at another community. They told me about a few activities like bingo, cards, movie nights, happy hours, and things like that. Overall, it seemed like a nice place.

I liked it here. The size of the apartments was impressive, it's a newer facility so it looks really good, the staff was friendly and seemed to have great relationships with the residents. They offer a lot of activities.

Our visit to Brookdale in Rocky Hill CT was very informative. We met with [Removed] and were very impressed with her professionalism, upbeat personality and her passion. She answered all our questions and provided information so that we could digest all that we learned. [Removed]took my brother and I on a tour of the facility as well as introducing us various staff members who were very outgoing and pleasant. We met some of the residences and they were all happy and enjoying the various activities that are offered. All in all my brother and I were very impressed and would not think twice about having our mother become a resident at Brookdale when the time comes that we would have to do so Thank you [Removed] and everyone at Brookdale and [Removed] at A Place For Mom for all your help and support.

Approved on very short notice. [Removed] gave us a great tour; sending us home with a dinner sampling. Like the residence and my father in law gave high marks to the food. Still under consideration.

Traditions of Wayland is a wonderful community. The living space is a lovely estate. The apartments are clean and spacious. The residents are happy and enjoying their senior life. The staff love their work and are involved and attentive to the residents. The healthcare is impressive.

This community has only been opened for a year or so. Everything is still very clean and looks new very nice. The staff is very nice professional. They offer a nice variety of services and amenities. The community is centrally located

This was a beautiful community. The landscaping was very well done and the inside was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very nice. They seem to offer quite a few activities for the residents to do.

I liked this Brookdale the best in terms of the people, the wonderfully decorated resident doorways/corners, and the overall "warmth" of the place. I'm sensitive to the room sizes and want my mom in the largest possible living room/bedroom apartment I can find. This facility has memory care (the one at Evesham does not). Rooms are smaller than at Evesham Brookdale. I'm very torn!

I had recently taken a tour with my parents of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. It was a beautiful property with lots of great amenities for the residents and they had a two bedroom unit available that my mother was wanting. It was defiantly one of our top choices out of all the different places we had looked at but my mother just did not like the surrounding hospitals that where in the area.

Everything is new, so it takes some time to get familiar with all they offer. Was not too happy with personal hygiene. Seems they are trying to remedy the situation. Everyone is super helpful and cheerful. The living areas are user-friendly.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. My tour guide was there ready to give us our tour on time. She was kind, and informative. The staff we met was friendly, and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the facility, everything looked great. Everything went very well, but I did find another community that suited our needs better.

Brookdale is a lovely facility; it just did not meet our specific needs for Mom's situation at this time.

I toured this community for my brother, and his needs. Everything went well, and my tour was nice. The community from what I saw is well maintained. The staff I came across was friendly, and my questions were answered. The experience was a pleasant one, but I did find another community that met our needs better.
