The Residence at Freeman Lake community is very clean and well laid out. The rooms are better then other communities we had toured, they were set up better and have nicer updated appliances. The care services are inconsistent at time. When we asked for a couple things to get done they might not get completed in a timely manner, sometimes medication isn't handed out at the same time everyday. We do understand given the circumstance with staffing it could be an issue but they could also improve on bettering their communication with families. We think they would really benefit if they had some sort of app or portal where families could check in daily to see what their loved ones have been up to. We have not had first hand experience with the meals or dining service but we have met the chef and she is great and we have heard other residents rave about the food. They have had some changes and interruptions and have interfered with the activities but all in all they seem to be really good.

I loved this community but it was way more expensive than another community that we were looking at. We also did not feel like they had more amenities than the other communities that we looked at. They also required you to have to pay for 3 meals and my loved one would not have been able to do this.

The location for this community was too far away for what my loved one wanted. Also the environment that she was used to would have changed due to this communities surroundings.

They had small rooms and very limited closet space. The layout was nicely laid out and the dining room was nice as well.

It is one of the best options around. They are open to feedback and supportive to our family during this time. The location is close by to us. The staff do a great job considering the challenge of caring for residents with Alzheimer's.

The Residence has good food and a friendly staff. they offer a variety of activities. although everyone may not participate in them, they are offered if you want to. my loved one isn't the kind of person who asks a lot of questions, so I do think they could improve on communication between staff and residents. they don't really tell them things, so my loved one often wouldn't know unless he asked.

Our family had an in person tour and the people we met with were all very nice, the building itself is newer but it did not have a super big courtyard and another community did which is why we ended up not choosing The Residence.

The staff is really the highlight of this facility, they are just wonderful. The really make the residents feel very welcomed and at home. The room sizes at the facility are good, my loved one doesn't need much so it works out well for him. I would recommend The Residence at Cherry Hill to others looking.

It is a lot of work. This community is high priced and they are not easy to work with as far as the medical staff. As soon as medicine changes it take a lot to get this updated and taken in effect for my loved one. I know they are doing it to protect the patient but it is a lot on the family and the doctors that have to deal with the situation also.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was nice, but the staff were much younger and for our loved ones age we just did not think she would able to get along with them

My loved one did not like this community. He did not feel like he needed as much care as they provided. I just felt like it was the environment and the more care that made him stray away due to him feeling like it was not all needed

I would recommend The Residence to those who are looking. I think they have a great staff. I do believe it's more on the pricier side, but I also understand that it can be expensive to live in these type of communities. It was a little higher compared to our budget; I'm honestly unsure if the value is different than what you would receive elsewhere. Aside from the price point, it's a really nice place and a great community to live in!

This is a nice clean community. Everyone here is very friendly. The staff are quick to respond to questions or concerns we may have over our loved one. My loved one thinks the food is delicious. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in.

Beautiful community and much bigger than my loved one needed.

We really liked The Residence at Orchard Grove, it seemed like a nice facility. We were impressed with the lady who was showing us around on the tour. We did not like the rooms, the layout of it was strange which is why we decided against them.

We chose The Hearth at Glastonbury mainly due to the location, it was where he used to live so he is familiar with the location. Also after the tour I just really liked the place and thought it would be a good gift for my dad. It is a very clean and safe facility to be in. I would recommend to others looking.

My loved one is happy with the activities that the community offers. They have activities like church, cards, movie night, general get together and special activities like music outside with family. Overall I like this community, I am just concerned with the cost and some things seem a bit excessive.

Our family had an virtual tour and the reason we did not choose this community was the price, it was a little to expensive.

This community was very nice and the tour experience was great.

Right now like most other communities The Residence at Chadds Ford is understaffed, but right away they gave off an amazing first impression. Our whole family on the tour wanted to move in immediately and with our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.
