Overall, we've had a good experience at The Residence at Boylston Place. However, there are some things that need improvement. My loved one is in a wheelchair, but his apartment is not wheelchair accessible. This has made things more difficult for him than necessary. For example, we had to remove the bathroom door, making it almost impossible for guests to use his restroom due to the lack of privacy. The food is inconsistent- sometimes it's great and sometimes it's poor. The aides are great. The communication with the family is good overall. The housekeeping is good. I have nothing to compare this facility with, so I would recommend The Residence at Boylston Place depending on the expectations of the resident.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Residence at Great Woods and everything at this facility has been very good for her so far. The staff are very nice, though communication with the family is lacking at times. The food is good, however it arrives cold at times. Overall, my loved one is happy at this facility. I would recommend The Residence at Great Woods to family and friends.

It turns out to be a good place but we really had no other choice. We live in a rural area without many services

My loved one is currently a resident at The Hearth at Glastonbury and everything has been really good for her at this facility so far. The move in process was a little chaotic, but I can't blame the facility for all of it. I'm very happy with everything at this facility except for the business manager. She was incredibly rude when I asked her about charges on my loved one's bill. The nurses and the aides at this facility are wonderful. I can only say that Mom hasn't complained about the food. It looks and smells good. Communication with the family is great, they're very good at keeping me informed about loved one. I would recommend The Hearth at Glastonbury to others.

Good but read the contract for the various prices on the levels independent living. It was very good I would go back again.

Overall, from all reports it seems to be going very well. She seems happy, healthy and safe. She feels the care is good. My dad had some confusion about the medical care- but that could be him misunderstanding some things. The facility is very nice and we are happy so far. I am neither the health care proxy nor the POA- so my communication with staff is limited.

My mom is currently a resident at The Residence at Cedar Dell and overall things have been very good. I find the communication with the family is good. I can't really rate the food, my mom is never happy with any food. The PT and OT is excellent!! The staff is friendly and engaging. My brothers are a little less impressed, but still like it. I work in healthcare, so I understand that my mom isn't the center of their universe. I would recommend The Residence at Cedar Dell to others.

I am currently a resident at The Residence at Watertown Square. My experience at this facility has been very good so far. The care services are great. The friendliness and food are both okay. The cleanliness and staff are good. The activities and value for cost are also good. Overall, this facility is a great place. I have, and will continue to, recommend The Residence at Watertown Square to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour with The Residence at Chadds Ford and overall we thought it was a nice tour experience, but for our loved one it was just a little bit smaller.

We toured with Chadds Ford and the facility was right on busy 202 and seemed more like a high rise community. It seemed more like a place for independent living rather than assisted.

I'm understanding the following: Our loved one and family have had a good experience with The Residence at Great Woods. The staff are kind and caring towards the residents. Everyone is friendly. The dining room and food service needs some assistance for improvements for the residents. Overall, we would recommend you check out the community to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one.

It's a very nice place and has some communication issues that they address when it is pointed out to them, and is most likely due to changes in staff that come with a new business. Overall very pleased with the place and experience.

We really like how Suffield by the River has different levels of care in the same complex - there is independent living, assisted living, memory care and there is even a nursing home right next door that we believe they have some affiliation with. The location is very ideal for our family and we also like that it is not huge, it is a smaller facility that does not get overwhelming. There are plenty of sufficient activities for the residents there - our loved one seems happy with them. The meals started off really good and then there was a turnover in their staff so the meals dropped off and were disconnected, but they are recovering now so the meals are better.

This facility has been great! My loved one really loves the food. They offer a huge amount of activities. Communication with the family is great. Housekeeping is once a week and it's been good. Some of the staff are responsive and some not so much, so follow up can be poor at times. But overall, it's been a great experience so far. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Very positive experience - the staff is very happy, it shows they love working there. I would absolutely recommend The Residence at Valley Farm to others looking for their loved ones.

Most of everything with Mercer Hill has been a great experience, but when it comes to the meals and dining service that could be improved, it is one of the biggest problems. They could offer more options for those with dietary restrictions as well as adequate portion sizes. The dining service itself is just very slow and the food a lot of the times comes out cold .

Suffield by the River is a very nice and welcoming community and right when you walk in there is no smell so you know they do a great job cleaning. With it being very nice it is on the pricier side, but the meals and dining services are really good and their are plenty of activities going on for the residents to do. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Since our loved one has been there, there are been quite a big turnover with the administrative staff team which has been quite cumbersome. However the nurses there have been there for awhile which is great. The care services are really good - the price is quite high but at the end of the day it is worth it. Based on our experience we would recommend The Residences at South Windsor Farms to other families.
