This community is very very clean and the staff members are so friendly, and they always seem very organized. They have plenty of different activities for the residents, we were speaking with the director the other day and depending on the residents abilities they will spilt them up into different activities and everything seems really varied. We would recommend this community to other families but we do have to say the price increase over the months has been pretty shocking.

The thing I like best about Residence at Ferry Park is the price. They don't nickel and dime you for everything. You pay one price, with everything included. While you might pay a little more, it's way less stressful not having to worry about any unforeseen extras each month. It's also a great atmosphere, which I feel right when I walk in the door.

It's a good place it's very hard to take care of the different kinds of variety of patients they have to deal with. They are doing a good job. I thank them every time I leave for doing what they do because I know I did it, took care of my parents for several years.

Mercer Hill in Doylestown is an extremely attractive environment. It's a brand new facility. Overall, the staff was very nice. It's hard to rate value for a cost because all of these places are so incredibly expensive but it's a kind of place you want your loved ones to be, the kind of place you hope you will be in eventually. My only real criticism is they don't seem to have the medical side together very well. They advertise personal care, but they really don't have the personnel to deliver it properly. They only started offering personal care toward the end of 2021 so I'm sure it will improve. There's a general attitude of motivating the residents to be active and engaged, which is wonderful, but I felt like it didn't necessarily take into account when a resident needed to be resting. while there were very nice aides, the actual interaction with licensed nurses much less doctors was minimal. The designation of personal care seems to be trying to skirt around not offering "assisted living". My feeling is it would improve the facility immensely if they would just commit to an assisted living level of care with all that entails. I should make a special mention that the administrative staff was particularly helpful and friendly. When it became clear after a few months that the level of care was not enough from my mother, they were very patient and helpful in facilitating our transition to a long-term care situation elsewhere. Despite it not being a good fit for our situation, I would still highly recommend Mercer Hill. it's a truly uplifting place to live as opposed to some facilities, which seem more like a dreary place to die.

We toured with The Residence at Silver Square. It wasn't the right place for Mom. They showcased the dining experience but Mom was only able to eat puréed food and the facility was very large and expensive.

We are very happy with the community right now, overall the experience has been really good. The staff is super friendly, and we really like the structure, décor and set up of the building,, which is also really.

Our family had an in person tour and the facility was very nice and modern looking. The staff members we me with were very pleasant, information and very thorough.

We've had no issues. They work with you and take very good care of their residents. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend the property I've done it multiple times already. I think the community should have better communication in the initial interview when there is care or medication's to be delivered.

I toured this community. It was beautiful. The staff was caring and compassionate. They answered all of my questions!

The experience has been okay. The community is expensive, but it is okay. The staff communication is good if the family has questions or concerns. The memory care is a separate entrance and family has to wait up to 10 minutes to get into the area to see our loved one and be admitted by a staff. The food could use more variety for the residents to choose from. There are three meals being served to the resident a day.

Our tour experience with Residence at Orchard Grove was great. The place seemed very nice and they had a lot to offer, but it was EXTRMELY expensive. It was about double what my parents are paying now at their current facility and they have the same amenities.

We toured with Traditions of Wayland and liked what we saw. They had just been bought out so they were in the middle of changing/re-doing everything. The sales person who we dealt with was great. We just felt another facility we were looking at was going to be a better fit.

What really stood out to us right away is just the facility itself, it is very clean, open and inviting. Based on our families experience so far we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Everything was good until the end. After my mom fell and had needs, there was no one following up to see if she was okay. No one cared after that.

I toured The Residence at Cherry Hill and it was a very nice facility and all of the staff were friendly. It was a smaller community and I was looking for something larger so there would be more to do and more people to interact with. It was a nice place but not the right fit for me.

The people here have all been very good. They have made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Some small things take a little bit longer than I would like. Overall I would recommend to others looking, the engagement that they have provided us has been very good. They check in every hour on the residents which is great and gives us peace of mind.

We really like how clean and new the community is, it is just the right perfect size for our loved one. It is not to small and not to large. We have had some challenges with communication and coordinating all the medical providers and schedule. At times it seems like everyone is all over the place and isn't sure who is in charge of what. It has caused some frustration so that could be improved, but based on the experience we have had so far with The Residence we would recommend them to other families..

My friend is quite contrary, she tends to irritate the aids which makes it difficult for her because she is very dependent on the assistance from them. She has not quite gotten the feel for it all since she has private aids and expects them all to act that way. Some are wonderful but I think some could be more sympathetic. The activities are wonderful, I have seen many of them going on. I have been to several of the religious services, painting classes, concerts, etc. The room sizes at Traditions are the largest out of all of the other facilities that we toured. The staff are very good with their response time and come when she calls them. Overall I am very happy with the facility, but my friend is hit or miss depending on the day.

For the most part, it's good. My mother is in a safe place, which is the most important thing. Hopefully she'll get more social interaction now that she's in assisted living. In memory care, that really wasn't the case. There were not many activities in memory care either. I'm hoping that will improve in assisted living as well. For the most part, everyone has been very nice, and they try to do the best for everyone, given that there are a lot of different personalities and ages and circumstances. They're not always the quickest in remedying things, bur for the most part, they try to keep everybody happy and safe.
