Very nice place. Cleaner and more welcoming than most. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is very good and menu is extensive. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Facility is not cheap but I would definitely recommend to others.

I am overall happy with the facility and care my parents are receiving. A bit overpriced though since they raised rates again this year. My parents have been there for a few years. One thing I don't like is that they wait to turn on the a/c as a newer facility I don't know why it would have to be that way since each unit has a thermostat in it. If there is a hot streak before they turn it on it could get very hot in their apartment. And same with heat.

When it comes to the meals they can't make the necessary accommodations for my friend, there are few vegetables. Yes I think I would recommend this community to other families.

The meals that were served to the residents at the beginning were very good but now they are not as good since the chef has left. When it comes to the value for cost all assisted living is way too expensive in this country. Based on the experience we have had with The Residence at Basking Ridge, we would recommend this community to other families.

Mercer Hill at Doylestown is a newer facility that looks beautiful but the coordination of care needs improvement. Mom always complained about the food.

The staff is nice but many times they are short staffed. Many nights I gave my mother a shower myself and got her dressed in her pajamas. They served French fries a lot instead of vegetables. The food was not very nutritious. She would have hot dogs frequently. She never ate hot dogs.

Major complaint is the dining room. Its what my loved ones complain about almost daily. Other than that the cost of living there is outrageous. I would recommend it for peace of mind.

As I expected; pleasant. Food needs to improve; there are more people with memory problems than I expected.We picked this community because of the location, ambiance, and the fact that rooms are live in place.

The facility (memory care section anyway) is brand new so everything is fresh and clean and new. The "apartments" (room with mini kitchenette) are good size.

I would definitely recommend Salem Woods to others. Everyone there is so kind, very helpful and attentive. The facility is always clean and the food is restaurant quality. Delicious!

We chose The Residence at Cherry Hill because it is close to my house, the facility is clean and staff are friendly, and also comparatively it was a lower price. There is also a good number of men and some Jewish residents.

What our family likes the most about the Anthology of Mills community is the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful spaces and the nearby surroundings. We also like their flexible dining. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The main areas of the community are gorgeous, very impressive facilities with big open spaces, tons of windows, a movie theater, pool table, a little lounge area with an outdoor balcony, and a gorgeous garden. It was also [fee removed] less the other facilities in the area. However, there could be so improvements with the care at times

I am overall happy living here at Brookside I am, however not that happy about the recent increase in price for my apartment. I think the staff is friendly and the food is good. I don’t really participate in the activities, but I do not think the value for cost is equal.

I like living at Brookside I think it is clean. I think that the meals are OK there should be more activities and I also think the staff is friendly enough and it is nice to see all of the Christmas decorations and the staff participating.

I agree with my husband on the friendliness of the staff. I also think that the dining room is nice and the food is very good. The cleanliness of the building is top-notch. I do think there could be more activities in the afternoon.

I think the building is very nice and very clean. I think the meals are great. The activities are a lot of fun and the care service is also a number five but I do wish that the staff would be a little more friendly because that would make a big difference in a community of this size.

I wish there was a place that we could put our walkers when we are in the dining area. It seems like they’re all over the place and it would be nice to have a designated area for them. I am very happy with the dining service and the food.

Although this is an issue for many places, there could be more consistency in the staff. They seem to be short staffed at times. Also, the sales staff made it seem like the residents of memory care would be more involved in facility wide events. It does happen occasionally but we thought there might be more opportunities. Communication from LPN could be much better. Takes several attempts to get responses.

The place is clean...friendly staff...the meals are ok but cost is high. I feel good because I know my mom is safe ..she seems ok and happy she is still adjusting and still thinks she can go home but no...and she is eating well and starting to walk around the facility upstairs not into socializing yet but hopefully that will come in time she really doesn't remember from day to day why she is there but like I said she's safe and that is our main focus for her! Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend tis community to others
