Overall they do a good job here! It's a nice looking facility, although I do feel the decor could use an update, and it is always well kept and clean looking. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.A month ago I would have said they could use some work on the food as well, but that has been improving and I've seen a lot more variety on the menu lately. I do think they could use a few more mentally stimulating activities, something a bit more creative and innovative.

This was one of the places we looked at when we were looking for care for Mom. I had to start looking for options on very short notice, and I appreciated that they were able to get me in for a tour so quick. It was a nice looking place, and the administrator was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little smaller than some others that we looked at, but overall it was a great place. It's not what we ended up choosing, but this was our number two choice.

We really like this community. The staff are amazing, they really make you feel like you are their only customer. They really understand the value and care in showing special interest and care to every member of this community. It is very expensive, but you feel like you are getting a lot of individual attention for what you are paying.

We ended up choosing this community, and it is good so far. They could improve on keeping personal items with that person. My mother-in-law came in with seven pairs of pants and they are all missing now. Apparently there is problems with the laundry, but supposedly they have changed their procedures. She shares a room. They take them out about once a week or so to different places like art museums and shopping centers. Overall we are satisfied.

We selected Traditions for quality of staff and "feel" of the facility. More "homey" than most of the newer ones; less like a hotel and more like a home. Apartments vary in size and configuration and have two burner stoves which are hardly ever used, but often help the new arrivals feel a little more independent. Staff has been very forthcoming about the pluses and minuses of assisted living; very responsive to individual needs.

I needed a place for my sister to stay while I went away for a week. She has short term memory loss and I needed a place where, if she woke up and 3am and decided to go home, it would not be possible. Everyone was very kind and caring and my sister really enjoyed herself. I would definitely use Albion Court again. I was able to take a much needed vacation knowing that my sister was safe and well taken care of.

(Value Not Rated) They seem to have plenty of activities for the residents that wish to participate. What really impressed me about the community is how clean it is and there are no odors. It looks like a nice little residence, more of a home like feeling then an institution. The staff is very accessible which gives us some peace of mind.

Food is excellent, all the staff are professional and friendly, the whole place looks and smells clean. The studio apartment size is sufficient for one person, especially one who doesn't move much. Haven't had much experience with the activities yet. My mom is still adjusting and has yet to participate in any of them. She is often asked by the staff if she would like to join in on things going on.

To be honest, I did not go on the tour, but my parents did. They said they really liked the place, but 1) it wasn't in a good location to walk their dog, i.e., there were no parks, fields, or walking trails nearby and 2) it was more expensive than other places they have seen without a clear reason/higher value services. They have opted not to pursue it.

We toured The Residence at Bedford as part of our search for an independent living community. The building was clean, attractive, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered our questions without pressure. We especially appreciated the opportunity to have lunch with a resident, which provided valuable insight into daily life. The location is excellent and convenient. While we came away with a favorable impression overall, we did have some concerns, including the absence of a library. Overall, we felt this was a well-run community that deserves consideration by anyone comparing senior living options.

My experience is with the Reflections unit only - the aids seem to really know the residents and their individual habits. They are kind and caring and they really seem to understand dementia and how it affects different people.

I wish there was more individual encouragement to participate in activities. The staff that work directly with my mom are fabulous. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families but I wish I had done this earlier when my mom was more independent so she could be more involved with the activities throughout the day more.

Clean and friendly and the employees go out of their way to ensure you have plenty to do and encourage you to participate in things. The food is very good and a good variety. I would recommend this place to others.

The first impression was so welcoming. They had a sign on the desk with our names and it welcomed us to the tour.

Despite the ongoing construction, it was possible together a good feel for the place. It is very nice. I had a meal that we very good. I liked the location, but it is not convenient for subway or bus if that matters. It is very convenient for being outdoors, next to a lovely park. it is a tough neighborhood for bicycling if that matter. Todd was helpful, quick with information. It is about as expensive as the competition. It is easy to leave if it isn't working. "Staff" below is just [Name Removed]

My host walked me through a video tour of the community, including the common areas and one of the 1-bedroom apartments. Along the way he introduced me to several employees, who were all friendly and enthusiastic. I had plenty of time for questions. I feel that the video tour was a very good introduction but not a substitute for an in-person tour. In person you would be able to get a better feel for the size of the rooms, cleanliness, noise level, and hopefully be able to get a taste of the cuisine!

I would recommend. I see the staffs interactions with the patients and they really do seem to care.

The facility itself is very nice. Grounds are very well cared for, indoor spaces are very nice and very clean. Apartments were ok sized, adequate for one person (my father had a 1 BR). Staff was always very friendly. Sometimes communication was a bit slow.

We were showed the facility which was very pretty, clean and comfortable. We will have difficult decisions in the future!

The facility is beautiful, and the staff is caring. Most of the activities and good for our memory deficient loved one, but a few activities can feel a little halfway. We feel extremely confident about her safety and the quality of care she is getting.
